Hello, my father set up the Folk concerts on TripAdvisor a while back and received a certificate, but it's outdated. Unfortunately, he can't recall his login details. His reviews are appearing on the St. James Church page directly. Could someone please contact me to help resolve this for him? I've attached the old certificate for reference. The night before my Austrian wine tasting tour, I developed a fever and started coughing. I'm concerned about potentially having Covid and infecting other travelers, so I'm contemplating canceling, although I would prefer to attend if a full refund isn't possible. The owner has kindly agreed to a refund pending confirmation from TripAdvisor/Viator. I made a reservation for a water park tomorrow on TripAdvisor. Once I purchased the tickets, the company contacted me requesting an additional €35 for a cash-only pick-up service. I declined and asked for a refund. They initially agreed but later stopped responding. I then cancelled the booking through TripAdvisor. Unfortunately, because it was less than 24 hours before the booking, TripAdvisor refused to issue a refund. The ticket company claims they are unable to assist, and I am unable to find any contact information for TripAdvisor. I am unsure of what steps to take next.

Hello, I made a reservation through Prestigia (Reservation number: [redacted]puns[redacted]) in May to stay at the Tropicana Hotel from Sunday, July 9 to 16. Unfortunately, there was a family emergency, and on the same day, I contacted a Prestigia agent who informed me about an 18% penalty for canceling. Given the circumstances, I am unclear why this charge cannot be waived or reduced. The agents I spoke to were unhelpful, impolite, and dismissive. I am requesting a full refund and to have the penalty waived.

I made a booking for an excursion through TripAdvisor yesterday. The charge is pending on my credit card, and I have a confirmation number for the transaction. I was expecting an email from TripAdvisor within an hour of booking, but I have checked my spam and junk folders, and there's no sign of it. I attempted to set up an account using my email, but I received a message stating that there's already an account associated with it. I should receive a link to reset the password, but I haven't received that email either. I am eager to resolve this by receiving the password reset link, as well as an email confirming my purchase with the attached tickets.

Hello. My group and three other groups gathered on time at the meeting point next to the carousel by the Roman Rider with our tickets! Unfortunately, no tour guide from Discover company showed up! After the guide did not appear, we tried calling multiple times but without success! I then logged onto the website and saw that there has been a different meeting point listed since 10:15 p.m. yesterday. I did not receive any email about this. Around 7:45 p.m., we found ourselves at 1 Allee Leon Bourgeois and met another group with their reservations, but again without a tour guide from Discover company. Therefore, I kindly request a refund of the amount paid for booking number BR-[redacted]. Thank you

I used to find it much easier to use Trip Advisor when searching for hotels and nearby restaurants in a city. The smaller window that displayed restaurants, attractions, and more along with the hotels seems to have disappeared from the site. This change has made it less convenient for me as now I have to search for hotels and restaurants separately. I would appreciate it if Trip Advisor could clarify if there have been technological changes that have led to this inconvenience. The previous system worked well for me as it showed hotel options with a variety of nearby restaurants, and I hope to see this feature restored for a smoother search experience. I have a reservation confirmation with the code # UF639021. On July 5th, I made a payment for 4 months plus a deposit through TA to a bank in Spain for an apartment in Ljubljana, Slovenia. I relocated all my belongings from Paris to settle in this apartment. The owner assured me that I would be welcomed at the apartment for inspection and key handover at 4:30 on July 27th. Unfortunately, no one arrived to meet me, and the keys were not provided. Despite numerous attempts to contact TA customer support via email and messages, I have not received any assistance. This situation has forced me to incur additional expenses for a hotel stay, dining out, and purchasing essential items. I am currently without a fixed address, which is hindering me from setting up a bank account, getting a phone contract, or finalizing a work agreement. All my belongings, including vital medications, remain packed in storage as I am unable to move into my apartment. I am limited in accessing funds without a local bank account.

I rely on Trip Advisor for all my travel planning. Recently, when organizing a trip to Milano and Portofino, I noticed that the "My Trips" section has been updated and now many items I had saved are missing. The layout is different too; now it's called "Trips." This change has disrupted our planning process, and it's frustrating that key details like restaurants and activities are no longer available. I wonder if there was a recent site update causing this. Hello, I need help with an issue regarding a tour I booked on TripAdvisor that did not go as planned. I purchased three tickets for a full-day Cameron Highlands and Batu Caves tour. The tour was supposed to last 9-10 hours and include visits to Batu Caves, Cameron Highlands, Boh Tea Plantation, Cactus Valley, Strawberry Farm, and Sam Poh Temple. The description stated that all tickets were included except for Batu Caves and Cactus Valley. Unfortunately, upon arrival at Cameron Highlands, we were informed that we needed to cover certain expenses ourselves, even though this was not mentioned in the description. Additionally, we didn't have enough time to visit all the attractions. We missed out on the Sam Poh Temple and Batu Caves, which were the highlights of the tour. We ended up spending most of the day in the car and returned to the hotel at 10 pm after leaving at 9 am. I would like to inquire about the refund process as the agency we contacted denied any responsibility and claimed that all the information was provided in the tour description. I made multiple bookings through Tripadvisor without logging in, and they appeared on the My Booking page. I only received one email confirmation despite clicking on the bookings several times. After a couple of days away from the website, all the bookings disappeared. When attempting to log in with the email I assumed was linked to the bookings, it stated the password was incorrect. Despite trying the forgot password link multiple times, I didn't receive any reset emails. I then tried to register an account with the email used for the bookings, but it logged me into an account with no bookings. I closed this account as it was incorrect. Tripadvisor then auto-logged me into a random account based in a different country.

I made a reservation for a tour with Viator on 7/30/23 for $[redacted].63. The tour was called "Tour of the Outer Hebrides - Love Hebrides." Despite arriving 15 minutes early at my hotel pick-up location, nobody showed up even after waiting for over an hour past the scheduled time.
