I booked an apartment a week ago. The owner mentioned that I would be contacted by the Tripadvisor team after paying the deposit and rent. I transferred the money, but I still have not heard from anyone. The owner is also not responding to me. Booking reference: 2F470CDA Owner's name: Ammon Vivienne The apartment should be located in the city of Karlsruhe. Please look into this. Thank you.

Yesterday on February 21, I booked a tour of the Coliseum in Rome for June 7, [redacted]. However, when checking my reservations this morning, I noticed it didn't appear but was still in my cart. I made the booking again, and now two identical bookings are showing up. I have reached out to the operator for assistance but haven't received a response yet. I suspect this issue might be related to the nationwide AT&T outage that occurred overnight. Could you please assist me in canceling one of the duplicated bookings?
