I am reaching out regarding the ban on my Tinder account. It is registered under the name Cal camp at me.com and linked to phone number [redacted]. I am confused about why my account got banned as I don't believe I did anything to warrant it. I am sorry if any inappropriate messages were sent from my account; it's possible someone else accessed it as I don't always use it. I recently downloaded Tinder, but less than twenty-four hours later, I found out I was banned. My ex seems to be behind this as he has a history of creating accounts with my details to get me banned. Despite reaching out to Tinder customer support multiple times, I have not received any assistance in resolving this issue. I am unable to create a new account due to the ban. While in the process of creating a Tinder account and awaiting approval, I noticed my account was unexpectedly banned, even though I had not engaged with any users. Subsequently, when I attempted to create an account on Meetic, a similar dating platform, using the same photos, my account was swiftly deleted without explanation. I am unsure why this occurred.
I was genuinely interested in exploring Tinder and am disheartened by these experiences. Is there any assistance you can offer to address this situation?

I don't understand why my account was banned. I have always been polite and never offended anyone. I only interacted with two women, and I had a 6-month subscription that I used for only two weeks. I don't understand the reason for the ban. I want my 68 euros back because I believe I am in the right since I haven't done anything wrong to anyone. Before banning someone, you should check if I have written anything bad or offensive to others. I await your response. Thank you.

I created the account for my boyfriend, and he unknowingly used his facial recognition instead of letting me set it up for him. Both of our pictures were on the account in the same proportion. Someone must have reported the account unjustly, likely out of pettiness. I feel like we were both treated unfairly by the system. My boyfriend had my permission to use the password, and we set up the account together. The only issue seems to be that his face was recognized instead of mine, even though both of us had an equal number of photos on the profile.

I am new to Tinder and have encountered numerous technical issues trying to use the account. It froze multiple times during setup, and I am now locked out after briefly using the app instead of the website. I am very dissatisfied and regret purchasing Tinder Plus. Could you please cancel my account, and provide a refund for the Plus subscription that has not met my expectations? I would rather address this with customer service than involve my credit card company or leave negative reviews.

If I have violated the policy, I need a way to access my account to correct it. It seems unfair that there are no options provided for me to resolve the issue. I am a victim of cyberbullying, public corruption, sexual harassment, and discrimination. This treatment is unjust to customers, voters, the Russian-American minority, and taxpayers like myself. I set up my account with the email [redacted] right when I turned 18 (I actually created it at midnight on 10/16/[redacted]). I got age-restricted because I "wasn't 18 yet." It's been nearly a year since I turned 18, and I've been banned ever since. I'd like to use the app, but I can't because my email and phone number are tied to the account I just made. I believe this latest action by Tinder is once again unjust and possibly illegal due to its arbitrary nature, as they failed to inform the user of the reason for the punishment and did not allow for any opportunity to understand the true accusation or identify the real offender.

On another note, on the 12th, after not receiving any explanation or resolution from Tinder, I tried to access my account using a different phone number, and this user's paid Tinder account was also banned. I believe Tinder's handling of this situation is once again unjust, bordering on illegal due to its arbitrary enforcement without informing the individual of the cause for the imposed punishment, and denying any right to explain or investigate the true accusation or harasser.

As a retired school teacher, I unknowingly breached the terms of service on Tinder due to my limited understanding of the platform. My intention was to explore casual relationships but my approach may have been too forward. Being out of the dating scene for a while, I hoped this would be a suitable strategy. I purchased Tinder Gold for 6 months on August 1, [redacted]. Unfortunately, I had to delete my account in September and lost the email with the restore token. My email was [redacted] I reached out for support from my other email, [redacted] I can access both emails but created my new account with [redacted], which is why I contacted support from that email.
After no progress, I ended up buying another month of Tinder Gold on September 5 for my new account. However, this subscription has been disabled, and I cannot access it anymore.
I would appreciate assistance in reclaiming the lost month for my account linked to [redacted] Additionally, if possible, I would like to recover the 6-month subscription for the previously deleted account associated with [redacted] so I can reactivate it on my new account.

I have a Tinder Gold subscription, but I'm having trouble contacting real people. Most profiles I come across are fake, with either prostitutes or unresponsive women. Despite being on Tinder for weeks, I haven't been able to make any meaningful connections. Messaging requires an additional €89 payment on top of my current subscription, which is frustrating. I decided to download Tinder since I am 18 years old and currently in college to make new connections. Upon receiving a prompt in the app to verify my account, I submitted the requested photo to match my face with my profile pictures. Unfortunately, my account got banned right after that. After reaching out via email, Jenny from CA at Tinder mentioned my ban was due to violating community guidelines without addressing my specific question. I purchased your Platinum service for $49.99 on September 11, [redacted], through my Apple ID on my mobile phone, providing my credit card details. Today, on September 13, [redacted], I realized that I am unable to send texts while using the Tinder app on my iPhone. After rebooting my phone and launching the app, it prompted me to verify my photo in a 2-step process. Following that, the app stated my account was under review, and within 10 minutes, I received a message that my account had been banned. I am unsure why this occurred as I have not violated any service policies.
