I'm frustrated with the current situation. I find it hard to believe that I have to pay just to talk to someone for help. I encountered an issue where a customer has been using my photos inappropriately across various platforms like Tinder, Facebook, and Google. This situation is unacceptable, and I shouldn't have to pay to address these serious concerns.

Good morning, I will explain my situation once again. My account has been indefinitely blocked. I have been using the app for about a year. In July, I started seeing a guy and we wanted to explore new experiences, like many people on Tinder who explicitly state it in their profile. My problems started when I began looking for women. I have talked openly and explicitly about sexual topics but always in a polite manner. My profile was discreet as I didn't specify what I was looking for. I spoke with several lesbian women and when I made proposals, they may have felt offended. With the guys, I have talked about sex as it is a dating app... and what I find completely unfair is that with them I could do it and with women not. In fact, guys have talked about sex more directly. I would like to know if my penalty is minor as I assume it is, and if it can be lifted after a period of time. I have also paid for Tinder several times, which should be considered, and back then, I had no problems. I have noticed that since I stopped paying, I have had some issues, even with guys, and my account was temporarily suspended. I request to speak with a human as the response is always the same. Hello Tinder support team, I am experiencing some issues while using Tinder that I would appreciate assistance with: 1. I keep encountering the same individuals who are located thousands of miles away repeatedly. 2. Despite swiping right on every user I come across, I am not receiving any matches, and I am unsure if my profile is even visible to others. 3. I attempted to delete my account in hopes of resolving these problems and creating a new one, but I am unable to delete my account successfully. Each time I try, I receive an error message prompting me to try again later. I am seeking support as I am looking for both friends and potential dates. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for responding to my email. I am posting my question here as per the email link provided. I have only one account. I had a polite interaction with other users recently and unexpectedly received a notice of my account being locked late at night. After thoroughly reviewing the terms, I confirmed there were no breaches, and this has significantly impacted my usage and experience. I am experiencing difficulty accessing my Tinder account, to which I have a gold membership. I was logged out when attempting to switch from my phone to my computer. It seems that the phone number associated with the account is not mine due to an error by Apple's autofill feature. I am unable to recall the email address I used for signing up, despite attempting multiple ones. I am willing to provide bank statements as proof of my membership payment if necessary. I’m Julia B. and I recently discovered that I’ve been banned from Tinder. I’m not very tech-savvy and tried downloading the app yesterday on my computer. Earlier, about a week ago, I made an attempt to set it up on my phone, so I wonder if it mistakenly looked like I was trying to create two accounts. I’m unfamiliar with how the Tinder app should appear once it’s downloaded and ready for use, which is why I gave it a try on my home computer yesterday. I have thoroughly reviewed Tinder's terms and conditions, ensuring that all the information and images on my profile are mine, even including some pictures of my student ID. I will offer additional details about the images below. I trust that the Tinder team will address this matter seriously and handle it fairly. It is disheartening for new Tinder users to be banned without cause. I await a prompt response from the Tinder team.

I recently registered on the app in September and was surprised to find my account has been forbidden from accessing. I completed numerous human verifications, all of which were successful. I have been banned from Tinder for a few months without any clear reason. I am reaching out to request a review of my case to have my account reinstated promptly. I am a 23-year-old female who has never engaged in any inappropriate behavior on the platform; moreover, my account has always been verified. I was unexpectedly banned from my account. I recently logged in after a period of inactivity and went through several verification steps like captchas and a photo submission, only to find out later that my account was banned. Unfortunately, the responses from support only mentioned a violation of terms of service without providing specific details. Excited about the attention, I engaged in multiple conversations using a similar opening line, "Hi, how are you?" One day, I was prompted to verify that I am not a robot, which I completed. I have downloaded and deleted Tinder multiple times, and I suspect this is why I have received a shadowban. Despite multiple attempts with new details like a different phone, email, and photos, I am still shadowbanned immediately upon creating a new profile. It appears that the app might have a feature that scans and recognizes faces to verify profiles. Is there a solution to creating a profile without facing a shadowban, or am I permanently shadowbanned? If there is a way to address this issue, please share it with me. Thank you.

Hello, I encountered a sudden ban on my Tinder account, preventing me from logging in. I believe I did not violate any rules, yet the ban was still imposed without a clear explanation. Subsequently, when trying to create a new account, it was immediately banned as well. Hello, I kindly request that you reactivate my account. I have read the terms and conditions, and I have not made any mistakes. It is your application that is malfunctioning by consistently giving me a code automatically, and when I validate it, it crashes. I have tried this several times, and you have blocked me. I had to re-register due to a breakup, and I am not responsible for the site crashing; it's the first time this has happened to me. I ask you please to be understanding and lenient.
