I was banned from Tinder approximately seven months ago. I am eager to know the reason for this block as I have not received a clear explanation thus far.
I have reviewed both the Community Guidelines and Terms of Use and have not identified any specific violations on my part. If I unknowingly breached any rules, I sincerely apologize. Despite my repeated review of the guidelines, I acknowledge my error.
Over time, I have had multiple Tinder accounts, but I have always maintained just one at a time. Occasionally, I would delete my account to reset my matches. I assure you that I intend to adhere to your policies moving forward with just one account. I understand that my past actions may not have been against the law.
Regaining access to my account would greatly enhance my social life, especially after a recent breakup and relocation to a new city. Having my account reinstated would facilitate connecting with local individuals. I never received a warning prior to my ban, and I am eager to understand the rationale behind it.
Please advise if there are steps I can take to regain access to my account. This is significant to me. I have previously subscribed to Tinder Plus and am willing to purchase Tinder Gold upon reactivation.

Yesterday at 10:19am CST, I mistakenly trusted a person (a friend) on Snapchat with the username "Andrealily18." This individual somehow manipulated Tinder to send me a text to my cell phone containing a 6-digit code. They then requested that I send them the code, which I did out of trust. Unaware of their malicious intent, I regret my actions and have learned from this situation. I urge you to review my Tinder account activity from its inception, as I have never violated any terms, conditions, or policies. This incident occurred on 04/15/[redacted] due to Andrealily18 impersonating me online. I sincerely request the reinstatement of my Tinder account, with heightened security measures in place. I purchased the gold subscription last month on the 15th. However, a few days later, I decided to cancel my subscription as I had hidden my profile and wasn't interested in dating anymore since I already have a boyfriend. I made sure to cancel immediately even though I knew I would lose out on a month's worth of benefits that I didn't intend to use. After canceling, I uninstalled the app. Today, I received an email from Tinder stating my subscription was renewed, which is concerning because I didn't receive a code or confirmation number when I canceled, like I did when I first signed up. I reinstalled the app today to cancel my subscription again. I attempted three times, and I believe the last attempt was successful. I kindly request a refund for the renewal and confirmation that the subscription has been canceled. It's frustrating to have paid last month to opt out and yet face the same issue again due to a possible system glitch. Your prompt assistance with this matter is greatly appreciated.

I am experiencing confusion with the app's recent performance. In the past, I easily found matches, both before and after upgrading to a premium account. However, in the last two years as a paying member, the number of matches has significantly decreased. Previously, I would get one or two matches daily, but now I'm lucky to get one every few weeks, despite using boosts and super likes. Today, after boosting my account, I didn't receive any matches. I don't want to criticize the app, but I've noticed the same problem among my friends who use it. I stopped using Tinder a while ago because I kept encountering errors when trying to open the app. Despite deleting and re-downloading it, I couldn't access it easily. I signed up for Tinder Gold and paid for a six-month subscription. A few days later, I matched with someone and deactivated my account. Hello, I have a Tinder account that has been banned after more than 10 years of use. I am surprised by this and unsure why it happened. I have encountered people who misunderstood me and some who were rude or abusive. I simply unmatched them and moved on. It's possible someone provided false information out of anger. I always strive to be polite on the site and try to handle situations involving other members respectfully. If given the chance, I will be more careful to follow the rules. My account got banned in July [redacted] without any proper explanation besides breaking the terms. I want to clarify that I am of legal age, my photos are not inappropriate. Regarding my language, it may be debatable, but I believe it does not warrant a ban. I am a genuine user, not a fake profile or an identity thief, which are common reasons for bans. I suspect my account was mistakenly banned by an automated system without a thorough review. Despite numerous attempts, I have not been successful in contacting support or creating new accounts. It has been almost a year, and I request a review of my case, an explanation for the ban, and if possible, to lift the ban.

I have a PLUS membership on Tinder and use the Android app on my mobile phone. Two weeks ago, I encountered an issue where I couldn't access my profile on the app. Despite reaching out to Tinder through their webpage form, I was unable to resolve the problem. Even after following their instructions to create a new account and link it to my PLUS membership, the app still won't recognize my membership due to technical issues. I've been trying to communicate this to Tinder's customer service via email, but have only received unhelpful responses. While they mentioned escalating the matter to their technical team four days ago, I haven't heard back since. I feel frustrated and disregarded as I've paid for a service that I can't fully utilize. A few days ago, my Tinder account was mistakenly banned. It was unexpected as I have always abided by the rules and shown respect to others.
There seems to be an issue with the algorithm or possibly my profile was compromised. It is unclear why this happened, but I want to emphasize that I have not engaged in any misconduct.
As an active female user of Tinder in Germany, the app holds significant value for me, and I have never encountered any problems with it previously. There are limited options to connect with people in my area, so I am disappointed to be unable to use the app.

Unfortunately, my Tinder account was recently banned. I was simply engaging in friendly conversations when I received a message that may have been mistakenly reported as solicitation. The message was in response to someone inquiring about a painting in my profile picture. I shared the painting's title, artist's biography, and a link to a site where the image could be purchased. The link I provided was to alamy.com. Regrettably, this seems to have triggered the ban on my account, as the next time I logged in, I was greeted with the notification that my account had been banned.

Unfortunately, the only responses I received were automated ones from "gethuman," which didn't address my concerns. I am still waiting for a proper reply from a real person.
