I reached out to you over eleven days ago seeking assistance in recovering my account. The issue arose when I attempted to set up my Tinder account on my computer. Although I received a confirmation password from Google, I encountered difficulties setting up the account. Subsequently, I tried logging in on my mobile device using my email address and phone number. Although I successfully received a login code on my phone, Tinder prompted me to create a new account instead of accessing my existing one.
Despite numerous login attempts using my email [redacted] and mobile number +43[redacted]2, I have been unable to resolve this issue. I initially contacted Tinder support services on January 25, but regrettably, the problem remains unresolved.
I kindly request the restoration of my Tinder account or, alternatively, a refund of the payment made on January 16 for Tinder Plus, charged to my American Express card ending in 3[redacted]00 [redacted].

I recently reviewed my bank statement and found that I have been charged consistently over the last 4 months. This situation is frustrating because I initially enrolled for a one-month subscription only and subsequently got banned without explanation. Despite reaching out in the past seeking clarity on the ban, the responses I received redirecting me to the community guidelines were vague. Being unjustly banned is bad enough, but being charged for a service I couldn't access due to the ban for 4 months is unacceptable. I would appreciate a refund for the charges during this period since I was unable to utilize the app while being banned. I terminated my membership immediately upon being banned, yet I continued to be billed $5.30 monthly despite the circumstances, which is unprofessional.

Hello, this happened in January [redacted]. I had downloaded the application a few days after my birthday (when I turned 18). Over the course of one or two weeks, I met some people and had conversations with them. It was really enjoyable. Suddenly, my account was deactivated. I am not sure why, but I suspect it's because of my age. I had just told a match that I was born in [redacted], so perhaps they reported me. However, I was born on January 21, [redacted], and at that time I was 18 years old. So, I don't understand why my account was suspended.

I experienced a name display issue on my Tinder account. Despite changing my Facebook name from Cyrillic to Latin, my Tinder name remained in Cyrillic. This has caused confusion as people assume I'm Russian due to my name appearing this way. I looked into solutions involving deleting and reinstalling my account, but find this process cumbersome, especially as a Gold paying customer. I prefer not to change my Facebook name back to Latin for privacy reasons. If there is a straightforward way to change my Tinder name to Latin/English without deactivating my account or altering my Facebook name, that would be ideal.
