I signed up for a 6-month Tinder Gold subscription on [redacted]/04/17. Three days later, I deleted my account to refresh my matches. After restoring my profile, I attempted to restore my subscription, but it indicated it had expired. However, my subscription is valid until [redacted]/10/17. I have evidence to support this. Please reinstate my 6-month Tinder Gold subscription I purchased for $[redacted].99. Thank you.

I also checked Google Play for my subscription but couldn't find it, even though I had paid for it. This adds to the confusion caused by Tinder's glitches.
Please reach out if you need more information.

I'm having trouble with my Tinder account. I had a previous account that worked fine, but I deleted it. Now that I've created a new account with my phone number, I'm not getting any matches even after a week of swiping and using a boost. I suspect I might be shadow banned. I even created a new account with a new number and email, but I'm still not getting matches. I tried to match with a friend to test it, but we didn't get a notification saying we matched. I've tried logging out, restarting my phone, closing Tinder, and even deleting and redownloading the app, but nothing has fixed the issue. I contacted Tinder, but their response was unhelpful. I've been trying for two weeks now with no success. Can anyone assist me with this problem?

Hello,
I wanted to share my experience with the Tinder upgrades - Tinder Plus and Tinder Gold. Recently, I opted for Tinder Gold hoping to see who liked me already, giving me an advantage. However, after spending 28€ for just 4 weeks, I was disappointed to find out that all my matches were over [redacted]+ miles away. This rendered the upgrade useless for me. I realize now that Tinder Plus would have been a better choice.
I am requesting to downgrade to Tinder Plus or potentially have the purchase reverted. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and prioritizing customer satisfaction.
Regards,
Paul W.

My account was recently suspended, and I am unsure of the reason. I have been using online guides to improve my interactions on the platform because I struggle with messaging matches. While I suspect this may have triggered the ban, after reviewing the rules, I see no violations. Additionally, my humor, which can be sarcastic or quirky, may not always come across well in text. I have unintentionally followed guidelines that might have led to this situation. If possible, I would appreciate knowing the specific reason for the ban so I can address it promptly and avoid causing further disruptions. Thank you for your assistance, and I am hopeful that we can resolve this matter swiftly.

Hello, I believe my Tinder account was terminated a month ago, and I am unsure of the reason behind it. I have consistently followed the terms of use and community guidelines, never engaging in inappropriate behavior like being rude, asking for money, or bullying others. My fiancé and I both have separate accounts on Tinder and use it to connect with other individuals or couples. When I mention that we are a couple, many women un-match with me, possibly leading to reports of inappropriate actions. However, if you review my conversations, you will see that I maintain respectful communication at all times. I openly display pictures with both of us in them, so I do not conceal our relationship status. I would appreciate any guidance on this matter. Thank you.

Hello Tinder, I am experiencing a problem regarding matches and messages on the app. I am receiving notifications about new matches, but they are not showing up in my list of matches. These are fresh profiles of people I have not encountered before, ruling out old notifications. Moreover, I am repeatedly getting message notifications, and although I see the other person typing, no messages actually come through in the chat. This has hindered my ability to engage with matches as intended. I joined Tinder to connect with others, and currently, I am unable to do so. Kindly address this issue promptly so that my account can display new matches and deliver messages correctly. I first encountered this problem last night. Thank you.

I recently discovered that my Tinder account has been banned, but I'm unsure why. I had only used the account for three days around six months ago to see my potential matches and didn't message anyone before deleting it. Upon trying to reinstall the app today, I found out I was banned. I didn't have any content on my profile that could violate Tinder's policies, so I'm puzzled as to why this happened. I suspect it might be due to a match with one of my ex's best friends, but it's just a guess. I've been reading online forums where others have faced similar issues with getting banned from Tinder easily and struggling to be reinstated. I live in a small town and wanted to use Tinder to meet new people after a breakup, so I'm eager to resolve this situation and start using the app again.

I am confused by the automated responses I am receiving from this service. I have genuine questions that need answers. I signed up using my email [redacted] and received verification codes, such as [redacted] and [redacted]. I am having trouble accessing the service from my computer without linking to Facebook, which I do not want to do. Can I use the service without connecting through Facebook? Additionally, I am interested in upgrading to the gold feature and would like to know if I can pay with my AMEX card. I do not own or wish to use any APPLE products. Please provide me with direct answers to my inquiries instead of sending irrelevant automated emails.

I've been using the app for over a year, and it's been great overall. I've encountered some rude individuals, but unmatching took care of that. I reported one person for real-life harassment, and I woke up yesterday to find Tinder acting oddly. The swipe page kept scanning for matches, unlike before. When I clicked on a message, I got logged out and saw a gray banned page. I tried logging in through Facebook, only to find out I was indeed banned. I checked the guidelines and terms but couldn't pinpoint any violations. I was disappointed as I was about to sign up for Tinder Gold. I'm not too worried about getting my old account back, but I'd like it deleted so I can start fresh with my real Facebook/phone number. I prefer using my authentic details on the app. Support from Tinder would be appreciated.

I attempted to make a new account with a different phone number to keep my old one, but the system didn't accept the new number. I then tried using a different email for the new account while keeping the old number but now I can't access my old account. I connected the new account to Facebook, assuming it wouldn't affect my old account since both had the same email and phone number. After deleting the new account, I lost access to all my data on the old account. I am inquiring if there is a way to recover my old account and retrieve all my previous data.

I am having trouble unmatching someone on Tinder. When I click the three dots on the person's picture in the Matches section and try to unmatch by selecting "No reason," it doesn't proceed to the confirmation step. Instead, it just returns to the person's picture. There have been no interactions between us, and their profile page appears empty when I click on it. How can I resolve this issue and successfully unmatch from this individual?

Hello, I am experiencing some difficulties with my iPhone SE in relation to my Gold subscription on the app. The issues I am facing are:
1. Initially, I encountered repeated profiles of girls, but the problem eventually resolved itself after several logouts.
2. Despite using super likes for a few days, I have not received any likes as expected.
3. Suddenly, after a few days, my account reset itself, prompting me to confirm my email address, re-enter photos and information, and reset all my previous likes.
4. Currently, I am facing a situation where girl profiles are repeating from the beginning, suggesting that Tinder might not be receiving my information correctly.
I would appreciate any assistance you can provide.
Thank you,
Karol

Hello, may I inquire why my Tinder account was disabled? The app mentioned a violation but didn't detail the specific issue. The phone number linked to the account was +[redacted]18, email address [redacted], and the account name was David with a birthdate of February [redacted]. Understanding what violation occurred would be appreciated so I can address it accordingly. Reinstating the account is important to me. Thank you.

I can provide more details if needed to assist in recovering our messages. Thank you!

After moving from Amman, Jordan to Toronto, Canada, I updated my Tinder account with my new Canadian number. Despite upgrading to see who likes me and using the boost feature, I encountered issues. Upon trying to check my likes, I repeatedly received an error message. I discovered that Tinder was functioning without accessing my location; this led to me reinstalling the app, losing my previous matches. Despite my efforts, I wasn't able to view the people who liked me even though the app still indicated I had three or more likes. It's been 24 hours since upgrading, and I haven't been able to resolve this issue or determine if Tinder is working correctly.

I encountered issues logging into my Tinder account. The app requested phone number verification and prompted me to create a new account. Upon restarting the app, it repeated the same process. I am unsure if Tinder exhibits bias, but I assure you I have not violated any terms or policies. After attempting to contact support, the app eventually logged me in. I suggest Tinder consider implementing a block feature for users one wishes to avoid. Additionally, there is room for improvement in the reporting system to prevent innocent users from being banned. Is Tinder more focused on profitability than app quality?

Recently, I encountered a technical problem with Tinder where I purchased a Boost for $14.99 but did not receive confirmation of a successful purchase. Subsequently, I made a second purchase, which indicated success, allowing me to use the boosts. However, upon checking my bill, I noticed I was charged twice for $14.99 each. I promptly contacted Apple via email but received no response. I attempted to seek a refund through the iTunes app twice, but was unsuccessful. This situation is frustrating as it is a technical error on Tinder's end, and I believe I should be refunded for the duplicate charge. I have encountered few issues before, and I trust that the company is aware of such problems. If further proof is needed, I would not have made two back-to-back $14.99 purchases within minutes if I intended to purchase more Boosts. I am requesting a refund for the duplicate charge.

Hello, my name is Yasemin. I believe my Tinder account was incorrectly banned. I've had positive interactions on the app but was suddenly banned. I have never knowingly violated any rules or been reported before. A friend had my phone over the weekend and may have interacted with my matches. I can't prove I didn't break any rules, but as a long-time user without incidents in nearly two years, I value Tinder as a way to connect with people on campus. I am disappointed by the ban and would be grateful if my account could be reinstated. Thank you for your attention.
