I signed up with phone number X and got banned from using Tinder after adding a picture. I then created a new account with a different phone number Y and subscribed to Tinder Plus and Gold. After using it for 2 months, I was unexpectedly logged out. When trying to log back in with number Y, I mistakenly used number X and was banned. Even after trying with the correct number Y, I remained banned. I did not violate any Tinder policies and seek help in restoring my account under number Y where I used my actual details. I seem to be having trouble accessing my Tinder account. It seems to have disappeared or been deleted without any action on my part. This has caused some confusion with people I had connected with and it is causing me some worry for my safety, especially with my children in the house. My username is Raven and I created the account at the end of January or the beginning of February. I received an email from Tinder asking me to verify my email on Sunday, April 14th, but after clicking on the link, my account vanished. I am extremely annoyed that after purchasing Tinder Plus for Rs. [redacted], when upgrading to Gold for Rs. [redacted], I was charged Rs. [redacted] + Rs. [redacted]! This is unacceptable! When upgrading from Plus to Gold, only Rs. [redacted] should have been deducted. Why was I charged separately for Gold on top of Plus?

This is now the third time I am reaching out to Tinder. Two days ago, my girlfriend and I both created Tinder accounts to meet new people. While she has received multiple matches and messages shortly after creating her account, I have not received any matches, messages, or likes. Despite being 22 years old and considered attractive, the app seems to be not working for me. I even had someone inform me they swiped right on my profile, but I cannot locate them. I set up my Tinder account a month ago using my email [redacted] and phone number [redacted]. I subscribed to Tinder Plus for a month. Upon logging in, I uploaded a slightly blurred profile picture of Divya, 30 years old from Hyderabad. I swiped right on many profiles and matched with [redacted]-[redacted] people. Recently, while in Arizona with friends, I allowed a friend to use my Tinder account to try to find marijuana, breaking Tinder's code of conduct. My account has been banned, and I understand and accept that, but I request that it be deleted entirely to prevent others from finding or searching for me. I recently tried out the free version of Tinder for a few days to gauge if there was any interest in me as an older user. While chatting with someone, presumably a woman, she unexpectedly blocked me suspecting me of being a fake profile. At 58 years old and with a reputable business background, I have never encountered such a one-sided judgment before. It was quite unsettling, to be honest.

While I took a break for a few years, I recently returned to the app. I used my phone number to create an account and connected it to an old Facebook account I had solely for groups. I distanced myself from Facebook a year ago due to undesirable content. Tinder banned my number suspecting a fake profile because there were no immediate photo matches from Facebook. I was under the impression that Facebook was just a means to log in, not the primary source of pictures. I recently got logged out of my account for some reason. I created a new account but can't access my previous purchases, notably my Tinder Gold subscription. I've had to create a new account multiple times due to issues. Despite swiping right on many profiles, I didn't get any matches.
