My registered number is [redacted] and my account has been placed under review for no clear reason on Tinder. I believe Tinder may be treating individuals who identify as the third gender unfairly. The system only allows a connection if both parties swipe right, which means the other person has shown interest. I am a gay individual who identifies more with the female gender, and I have only engaged in respectful conversations with guys who have matched with me. However, some people have started reporting me after connecting on Instagram following dates and intimate encounters. I urge Tinder to review my account and messages to see that I have done nothing wrong. I have refrained from linking my Instagram due to personal photos. It has been three days, and my account is still under review, which doesn't seem fair. It feels unjust to face such discrimination just because I am part of the third gender, especially with changes in laws like Section [redacted] in India. I seek fairness and justice in this matter. Thank you.

Hello,
I am having some issues with the app, and I have heard similar complaints from others. I downloaded it around two weeks ago, and I keep encountering network errors. Some matches I swipe right on cannot connect with me, and one person even messaged me on Facebook about this issue. The app frequently displays messages about unlocking daily picks, but then it freezes. Additionally, I am repeatedly asked to log in, answer verification questions, and verify my email.
I have attached a screenshot of an error message stating "network failed, please try again." Could you please clarify if these issues are intentional to push users towards the paid version of Tinder, or if they are bugs?
Thank you,
Georgia

To the concerned party,
I recently had my Tinder account banned, which also affected my email and phone number. I kindly request Tinder to review my profile and provide guidance on avoiding future issues. If I have made any errors, I sincerely apologize for my actions. After relocating from Canada to the USA for work, I linked both my Canadian and USA phone numbers to avoid carrying two devices, unsure if this led to the ban.
I have now disconnected my phones, intending to use only my USA number on Tinder, and updated my Facebook to reflect my location in the USA.
My email is [redacted], with my USA number being [redacted] and Canadian number [redacted].
I apologize again for any policy violations and, if reinstated, I will strictly adhere to the rules.
Warm regards,
R.P.

Hello, it appears that I have been unexpectedly banned from your platform. I have been a loyal paying member without any previous issues. Some background information: I initially used Tinder with a free account and later upgraded to Gold, linking it to my Facebook and email. After a break, I returned with a new number and no Facebook, opting for a paid subscription. However, I have recently been banned despite being an active user who enjoys using your app. I haven't received any complaints, but I did have some disagreements with my girlfriend who may have been involved in this ban. Additionally, I just renewed my subscription for a year a week ago. I would appreciate a prompt response to resolve this matter. Thank you.

I deleted my Tinder account two years ago after meeting my girlfriend on the app. After recently breaking up, I reinstalled Tinder using the same Facebook profile and subscribed to Tinder Gold for 6 months four days ago. Despite recreating my account and using a monthly boost, I have not received any matches. To test the app, I tried to match with a friend by setting our locations the same, but the app said it was impossible to match. It seems the app is experiencing a bug. I would appreciate it if you could resolve this issue promptly and consider reimbursing the monthly boost I used without success. Thank you.

A few days ago, I deactivated my account to focus on studying for exams, but later regretted it and recreated it using the same phone number and email. Shortly after, I was informed that my account violated community guidelines and was locked out. This seems too coincidental, likely due to the system mistaking my new account for spam.
There was no review period; my account was blocked shortly after I recreated it, far too soon for a violation to occur. Given the limited interactions, it's improbable for a user to report me. I suspect an administrative error led to this issue.
I recently renewed my Gold membership and hope to resolve this quickly to make the most of it. I request a personalized solution to address this uniquely challenging situation promptly. As a long-time user, I value your assistance in rectifying this error promptly.

I recently purchased Tinder Gold after seeing the app notify me of 30 likes, but I did not receive any matches. Despite canceling my subscription, several of my matches seem to be located about 5,558km away, with some having identical descriptions. Additionally, profiles mentioning they're thousands of km away often claim to be from London. I never set my profile to show availability at such a distance, yet these likes appeared even before upgrading. Can you clarify why this discrepancy exists in the match locations, distinguishing between legitimate and potentially fake profiles?

Hello Tinder Community,
I've been a faithful user of Tinder for over two years now and unfortunately, I've yet to secure any dates through the app. Initially, I was selective with my swipes but not discerning enough, feeling guilty swiping left on people. Frustrated due to poor profile decisions and excessive right swiping, I took a break from the app. Recently, I tried mass right swiping, unaware of the consequences of such actions. This led to more disappointment and damaged my profile irreparably. Despite purchasing Tinder Gold and boosts, I seemed to attract matches I wasn't interested in. Realizing my errors, I wish to start fresh by resetting my account, deleting my data, and clearing my elo score. Researching how to do it myself proved complex, and I hope Tinder can offer me a clean slate without creating new accounts. I'm willing to give Tinder another chance, but if not, I might have to quit using the app altogether. I appreciate your consideration and the opportunity for a second start.

Hello everyone, I recently got banned for using my profile as an ad during my campaign for VP of USC. I understand it may have violated the rules, but I believed as a gold subscriber using the app appropriately, it wouldn't be an issue, especially since I never acted inappropriately by sending strange messages or discussing my campaign. This violation occurred in February, and I am currently away from campus, so I would appreciate assistance in regaining access to my account associated with the phone number [redacted].

I would like to address a recurring issue with my Tinder account. It seems to be under review frequently, despite my efforts to engage respectfully. I only swipe right on those I am interested in and do not initiate conversation until they do. I suspect that as a third gender individual, some users may report me unfairly which is distressing. I believe in my right to use the dating platform without discrimination. This is the second time this has occurred, and I feel the need for resolution. I urge Tinder to review my interactions and reinstate my account without unjust scrutiny. Thank you for considering my situation.

My Tinder account got banned recently after I believe a guy I went out with reported me. He started talking about marriage and children on the first date, which I found overwhelming. I told him I wasn't comfortable with his approach, and I assume he got upset. I hope you can reconsider lifting the ban as I don't use aggressive language or photos towards others. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I've created an account multiple times with Facebook and my phone number. After a few days of usage, my account is deleted, and I am prompted to create a new one. This has occurred the last 4 times I've used the app, and it's frustrating. I have verified my email for each account, but the issue persists. It's been happening for at least half a year now, and it's discouraging me from using or supporting the app.

I am curious if I have been flagged as a "fake account" as the number of matches I receive seems low. The profiles I do match with typically have just one photo, lack a bio, and do not connect their Instagram or Spotify. I am starting to think this might be connected. Even though I don't swipe right on many profiles, I have done enough to notice a pattern. I have purchased multiple boosts, but only receive 2-3 extra likes from each. Any assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Dear Tinder Support,
I am reaching out because this morning when I opened the Tinder app, I was prompted to log in with my phone number, which struck me as odd. After entering my phone number and receiving the verification code, I was surprised to learn that my account had been banned. I suspect this could be due to me sending a similar message to multiple users, leading the system to flag me as a bot. If that is the case, I sincerely apologize for the confusion.
Yesterday, I purchased Tinder Gold with the intention of continuing the subscription monthly. Unfortunately, with my account now banned, I am unable to enjoy the benefits of this service. I had barely used the features for less than 12 hours after paying £13.99 for it. I would greatly appreciate it if you could review my account status and consider unbanning me so I can continue using Tinder Gold.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Best regards,
James.

I encountered an issue with my Tinder account after purchasing Tinder Gold. My account got bugged and deleted when I tried logging back in. Despite reaching out to Tinder via email, there was no response, so I created a new account and bought Tinder Plus, which didn't process correctly. When attempting to restore purchases, an old iTunes login appeared, but it didn't work. After canceling the membership and noticing my card wasn't charged, I reinstalled the app as suggested by friends, which didn't resolve the issue. I then attempted to purchase Tinder Gold without success and later my card was charged for both transactions. While I may not be able to receive a refund, I would like to have the Gold features I paid for. Unfortunately, I understand the first account cannot be restored, but any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I am Harris E. and I'm reaching out regarding my Tinder account. I had a previous account linked to the phone number [redacted] which got banned recently. Despite appealing three times, I haven't received a response from Tinder yet. I am eager to regain access as I have invested in boosts and a year gold membership. I attempted to create a new account with a different number, but it seems to be shadow banned. I deeply regret posting a graphic photo and understand my mistake. I am looking forward to rectifying this situation and promise not to repeat the error. Your assistance in resolving this matter promptly would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I bought a 12-month subscription to Tinder Plus and only used it for a week. I then left the app after thinking I met someone. When I recently returned, I couldn't restore my purchase. I checked my iTunes purchase history, and nothing is showing up, leading me to believe I bought it directly on the website. I don't recall receiving any token, especially not in my email. I've been trying to contact customer service via email, but have not received any responses for weeks. Why is there a lack of communication with paying customers? It's frustrating not having access to what I paid for. I was charged 88.39 euro on April 16 for Tinder Plus, but now I can't use it.

Help! I recently started using Tinder, but my account got banned after just one day. If I made a mistake, please forgive me and let me know what happened. I'm new to the platform, so please don't be too harsh on me. I tried reaching out via email but didn't receive a response. Using Tinder in China is challenging, and I value the opportunity. Please assist me with this issue. Thank you and best regards.

Upon logging into Tinder today, I noticed a notification informing me that one of my pictures had been removed due to a violation. The image in question depicted me smoking at a hookah bar. I find it perplexing because hookah bars are legal, and I am of legal age to smoke, as indicated on my profile. It's puzzling why my photo was removed when other user photos showing explicit content or illegal activities seem to go unnoticed. I have observed images of individuals engaging in drinking, smoking, and drug use without consequence. It seems unfair that my innocuous tobacco smoking photo was singled out. I am seeking an explanation for this action, as it feels unjust and unequal. If a satisfactory reasoning is not provided, I will have to consider further steps against Tinder for their inconsistency.

I last accessed Tinder on March 5th, [redacted], and have always followed the guidelines. Upon attempting to log in recently, I discovered that my account was banned, leaving me devastated as I valued the connections I had made. The ban was revealed to be due to a person I rejected who later harassed me on a different platform. Despite my efforts to log back in, I remain unable to access my account after two months of trying. I was even considering upgrading to Premium before this happened. Using Tinder helped me come out of my shell, make friends, and enjoy meeting new people, which I cherished as growing up I was quite isolated. However, now I feel a regression to my former secluded self. I sincerely request the reactivation of my account. Thank you.
