Recently, I've encountered an issue with my Tinder account linked to phone number [redacted] and verified with my email [redacted] on December 22, [redacted]. On December 21, [redacted], I bought Tinder Gold via the Apple Store using my Apple account with the email [redacted] After I logged out, my friend used my phone number to access her account. However, when I tried to sign back in, I was prompted to set up a new profile. Despite numerous attempts, the verification code sent to [redacted] didn't work, citing an expired link. I attempted to resolve it independently but unintentionally created and deleted multiple accounts. Moving the Tinder Gold subscription to a new account failed as the original account was still active. I seek assistance in restoring my original account and transferring the Tinder Gold subscription. I possess all verification emails and Apple Store receipts.

I have sent three emails without receiving any responses. On Sunday morning at 2:30 a.m., I was informed about a fake account created under my name with my picture and inappropriate comments. I have consulted with my lawyer who advised me to reach out to you to request the associated URL or email address of the creator and to have the account taken down due to privacy invasion and the harm it's causing. I urgently seek your assistance as I haven't heard back since contacting you on Sunday. The account in question is under the name Janice 35, featuring offensive content not associated with me. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I have linked my Spotify account to my Tinder profile for a long time. When I tried to update my top songs, it removed the current ones but failed to import new songs from Spotify. Whenever I attempt to connect, it briefly loads and then displays an error message saying, "Error Loading - Something went wrong! Check connection and try again." This issue has persisted for about a week despite trying with different strong connections. I have even uninstalled and reinstalled the Tinder app, but it only removed my long-standing anthem. Being a paying member just trying to update my music preferences, I am disappointed with my current Tinder experience. Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue, either on my end or on your end?

Issue: Having trouble with my new Tinder profile creation. My account seems unable to retain swipes or receive matches. Background: I had a functioning Tinder account previously, but after a breakup, it was hacked and became unusable. I've created a new account with a new phone number, but it seems to be glitched. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but it hasn't helped. Contacting Tinder customer support via email provided no solution. I'm unsure why I'm experiencing these issues even after purchasing a Tinder Gold subscription. I need assistance in resolving this matter to reactivate my Tinder account successfully and enjoy its features once more. Thank you in advance for any assistance.

To Whom It May Concern, I am inquiring about the recent ban on my Tinder account. I am unable to access my account and would like to know the rationale behind this. Although I could create a new account with different information, I sincerely want to understand the cause of the ban on my current account. I firmly believe that I have not violated any rules. It would have been appreciated if you had informed me prior to taking this action or provided a warning. I am curious if an investigation was conducted before my account was banned. It seems that someone reported me without giving me a chance to explain my side. This has left me feeling upset and disappointed. I am hopeful for a response that clarifies the situation. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Thank you, Jenn

Hello, I recently purchased Tinder Gold, but it has not activated on my current account. Instead, it seems to be linked to an older account that I cannot access due to a forgotten password. I have not deleted the old account, I just created a new one. Unfortunately, I am now unable to use Tinder Plus, which I paid for. Can someone assist me in deleting my old account? My email is [redacted] I have tried to resolve this by logging in on my phone and laptop to no avail. Despite multiple attempts to adjust my GPS settings and clicking the login link in the email, I have been unsuccessful in accessing the account on my Mac. Thank you for your help. Rafael V.

Hello. I am dealing with a concerning situation regarding my ex-wife's online activities. She created an account that features pictures of our 4-year-old daughter, and one of the images, shared on her Instagram, shows our child inappropriately exposed. This has put my child at risk by revealing personal details like our address and her school to strangers on a dating platform. I am seeking advice on how to determine the account's activation date as I am pursuing custody modifications through legal channels. It is important to note that my concern lies with my ex's actions, not with the Tinder application itself. Thank you for any help you can provide in addressing this serious matter.

My son's account has been hacked. Someone used racist messaging on his account to communicate with an African American female. The issue came to light when Tinder matched them at the top of the page. My son was not using his account and only found out when contacted by his college due to the actions of the upset young lady's sister trying to shame him. It has escalated since then. I'm concerned that not only my son but also others may be targeted. He has deactivated his Tinder and all social media accounts. Whoever is behind this needs to be stopped immediately before someone gets hurt. This is a serious racial matter. I've included his email for further assistance. Thank you for your help.

I have been trying to contact you via email for the past two weeks but haven't received a response in the last week. I am having an issue with a service I am paying for but not using. If you could review our previous correspondence, it would be greatly appreciated. I encountered a problem with my Tinder account linked to my phone number. After being unable to log in, I created a new account with the same number and cancelled the old subscription. Unfortunately, when I purchased Tinder Gold for my new account, it applied to the old account. I am now unable to access the old account to remove it. Could you please delete the old Tinder account associated with this phone number and email address? Additionally, I would like to receive credit for the month of Tinder Gold that I have already paid for. Thank you for your assistance.

Dear reader, I am reaching out with hope that this message finds you well. My phone number is [redacted], and I encountered an issue with my Tinder account a few months ago. Despite having around one hundred friends and connections, my account got locked, preventing me from sending or receiving messages. This problem arose after experiencing difficulties with the app, possibly due to my phone's limitations or other reasons. I made a note on my profile seeking direct contact due to this issue and was subsequently locked out by the automated system. I understand the security measures taken, but it stemmed from my initial struggle to communicate with my matches. I have spent $[redacted] on Tinder Plus and Superlikes from August 14 to September 7 to connect with new acquaintances in different cities successfully. However, I've lost touch with many individuals due to the messaging problem on the platform. I am not requesting a refund but simply asking to have my account and contacts restored so I can reconnect with others during this festive season. I look forward to rejoining the Tinder community and appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. Warm regards and best wishes,

I have been a user of Tinder for over five years, intermittently. The information on my profile, both written and visual, has always been appropriate and has not violated any terms of use. I am a psychotherapist in New York City, and though my profession is listed on my profile, I have never used Tinder for patient solicitation. Recently, I experienced a ban by Tinder, seemingly following a breakup. The ban occurred when logging in through Facebook, although I had been having technical difficulties with my phone number login. I am concerned that my ex-girlfriend may have maliciously reported me. I have a clean record on Tinder over the years with no content violations. I kindly request a review and resolution of this issue. Thank you. - Sincerely, Shimon Bellis

I downloaded Tinder on my friend's phone to access Tinder Gold, but to avoid using his card, I opted to subscribe to Tinder PLUS for $10 on my computer through Tinder Web. Everything seemed fine until I decided to pay an additional $6 for Gold on my phone. Subsequently, I encountered a "no connection" notification on Tinder despite being connected and lost access to features on both devices. I attempted to adjust the purchase method on my friend's phone by using my card, but received a "purchase error, must use original device" message. On the computer, I tried to buy Gold, but received a message stating I have an active subscription and could not make the purchase. Despite spending $30, I have yet to receive the Plus or Gold features on either device.

I recently logged out of my Tinder account to create a new one using a friend's Facebook. Although I only used my phone number for the access code, now I can't sign back into MY account because the Facebook account was deleted. I have tried to recover my account using my personal email as a backup, as I've done in the past when changing phones, but I haven't received any recovery links. The new account linked through the deleted Facebook account is still accessible, which is frustrating. I made another Tinder account, but I can't link my Instagram because it's already linked to the inaccessible account. It's unfair that I have to start over when I can't access my original account. I would appreciate any help in getting my account back as the email recovery option doesn't seem to be working.

I wanted to share an unusual situation I've encountered. Living in Connecticut, I often connect with individuals from Long Island on dating apps despite the considerable distance between us. As the exact locations are undisclosed and I prefer not to ask directly, I find myself engaging in enjoyable conversations only to realize later the impractical proximity. This discrepancy, while unique to my area, could possibly be resolved by implementing a feature that filters profiles based on estimated driving time rather than just linear distance. I acknowledge the complexity of such a request, involving collaboration with a GPS service, but felt it important to bring it to your attention for consideration. Your team may not have encountered this issue before, so I hope this feedback reaches someone who can assess its relevance. Thank you for your attention to this matter. - Ben

Hello, I am a twenty-seven-year-old female artist from the Caribbean. Yesterday, when I opened the app on my phone, I received a notification stating that my account has been reported multiple times by users. They mentioned they would review my account to decide on any necessary actions. I believe some men on the app reported me because I rejected them, declined their offers, or didn't accept their Whatsapp information when they forced it upon me. I am unsure how long this review process will take and when I will regain access to my account. Despite having around eight hundred and twenty-two matches out of the nine hundred I initially had (some unmatched), I am still receiving notifications about messages from app users, but I can't read or respond to them due to the temporary suspension. Although I can log in with my phone number and verify it, I can't proceed further. Additionally, in the two months of using the app, I have experienced frequent freezes, crashes, and even instances where it incorrectly matches me with people I had already swiped right on.

Product: Tinder App on iPhone 6s with iOS 10.2.1 Issue: After being inactive on Tinder for 2 years, I reactivated my account two weeks ago and have been using it daily since. Everything was going well until suddenly I stopped receiving messages from all my matches at the same time. Coincidentally, it seems my matches can no longer see me on their lists either. I have reached out to a friend who confirmed he can't see me as a match anymore, although I can still see him and my messages show as sent. This is a significant problem as I had promising conversations with people I can no longer contact due to this issue. Solution: I need assistance resolving this bug on my profile to reconnect with my matches and resume communication.

Hello, I'm Isabella. I recently joined Tinder and attempted to add humor to my bio with a line about only responding to good pick-up lines or payment on Venmo. Unaware it violated terms, I apologize for not carefully reading the guidelines before posting. I've learned from this mistake and assure you I will comply with all rules moving forward. I hope to regain access to my account and handle it responsibly. Thank you for your attention. Respectfully, Isabella.

Last Sunday evening, an unusual issue occurred with my account on Tinder. I noticed a lack of messages and matches, which is out of the ordinary as I typically receive many. When I messaged a guy, he mentioned not receiving it despite it showing as sent. Additionally, a match that should have appeared due to a super-like did not show up. It seems that I am unable to send or receive new messages, and new matches are not reaching me as well. I have attempted various solutions like reinstalling Tinder, force-stopping the app, and clearing the cache. While these steps have sometimes resolved the problem temporarily, it continues to persist.

Hello, I recently found out that my photos are being used on Tinder. Can you please verify this using my Facebook pictures under the profile name Mehnaz Thomas? My email addresses are [redacted] or [redacted] I haven't received any emails from Tinder. My phone number is [redacted]. Please confirm if there was a profile using my photos and that it has been taken down. I am very worried about what is online and how long it has been there. Thank you, Mehnaz

After deleting the Tinder app due to its slow performance, I reinstalled it only to find that my account has been completely reset. I no longer have any matches, conversations, or profile details. I've attempted logging in with all my emails and phone numbers but still encounter the same issue. Although I was able to restore my Tinder Gold subscription after resetting purchases, my profile information and matches have not returned. I am uncertain how to resolve this situation.
