Hello, during the summer, I believe my Tinder account was compromised and subsequently banned without explanation. I was a premium member seeking to connect with others, but upon attempting to log in, I found my account barred. Though it has been a few months, I refrained from addressing the issue as I was uncertain of the recovery process. Given my recent relocation to Toronto, Tinder was instrumental in expanding my social circle. I am hopeful about the possibility of regaining access to my account and resuming my Tinder Gold subscription. I am puzzled by the ban as I never engaged in inappropriate behavior or frequently accessed the app. I suspect a hack or an unjustified penalization as the cause. An explanation for the ban or assistance in account retrieval would be greatly appreciated. Tinder Gold enhanced my experience, and I am eager to utilize its features once more for meeting new people in the area. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I recently changed my phone number from [redacted] to [redacted]. Since then, I have been unable to access my account. Despite trying to use the option to update my phone number, I have not received the necessary link via email. The email address I used for signing up is [redacted], which is also linked to my billing subscription. Despite repeated attempts to receive the link, I have not been successful. I am unhappy with the service and request a full refund along with the deactivation and deletion of my account. After several failed attempts to resolve this issue, I am frustrated and would appreciate a prompt resolution. Thank you for your attention to this matter. If needed, you can reach me at [redacted]

Hello, my name is Arthur and I have been using Tinder for nearly five years without any issues. I have formed numerous connections through the app. Recently, I encountered a "something went wrong" message, and upon investigation, I discovered that my account had been banned. I am unsure why this action was taken, as I have always adhered to the rules and have not engaged in any spamming activities. I am relocating to a new city and was looking forward to utilizing Tinder to meet new people in the area. I am seeking an appeal to regain access to my account so that I can continue using the app. I was even considering upgrading to a paid account before this incident occurred. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could contact me to assist in resolving this matter and restoring my account.

I have tried to contact you multiple times regarding my account issue. Despite my attempts to cancel my payment, the option is not available in my account. Every time I reach out, I am instructed to handle it myself on the website, but as I have explained before, the option is not there. I am persistently charged $9.99 monthly even though I have deleted my account entirely. I urgently request that you remove my bank account details from your records. Despite changing my cards, I am still being charged, indicating my bank account details are stored. If the issue is not resolved as requested, I will have to escalate this matter further to ensure I am not unfairly losing money. My name is Tyler P. Kindly locate my account and cease the unauthorized charges since I am unable to do so myself.

Tinder, please reach out to me as I have made multiple attempts to contact you. I was unexpectedly informed yesterday that my account was banned. I am completely puzzled as I have not engaged in any prohibited activity. I was informed by a purported Tinder customer support representative over the phone that my account was banned due to suspicious activities originating from Mexico, which I had no knowledge of. They also made unsolicited remarks about my age (20 years old) not being suitable for a dating app. After conducting further research, I discovered that Tinder does not have a customer service phone number. I am eager for someone to address this issue and provide clarification regarding my account status, as I believe I am innocent of any wrongdoing. My contact number is [redacted]. Thank you, Marissa

Hello, I have encountered an issue with too many notifications flooding in from various matches on Tinder. Despite having a Tinder Gold membership, which allows me to match with those who like me, receiving over [redacted] messages in one night became overwhelming. Regrettably, the phone app has restricted my access, leading me to continue using the web browser. However, this method proves to be sluggish due to the high volume of messages. I believe some users might have reported me assuming I was either unresponsive or a bot, impacting my user experience. I kindly request a review of my account, as I have maintained good conduct as a paying member. Occasionally, I have had to address disrespectful behavior from others.

Whenever I attempt to log in using "log in with Facebook," the process asks for my phone number, which I provide. A code is sent to my phone, but the system indicates "login successful" before I can input the code. Despite this, Tinder shows an error message on the swipe page saying "oops something went wrong, try again later," preventing me from updating my information. I have attempted various troubleshooting steps, including force-quitting the app, uninstalling/reinstalling it, and clearing data through app settings. However, none of these efforts have resolved the issue. Even after logging out and restarting my phone, the problem persists. I am unsure whether this is due to an app glitch or an account problem. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hello! I wanted to share a positive experience regarding online dating. I had been frustrated with other dating platforms but decided to give Tinder a chance. Surprisingly, I found my soulmate there, despite initially thinking it was just for casual hookups. We live close by, but without Tinder, we might never have met. I haven't seen many Tinder commercials compared to other dating sites, so let us share our success story! We're thrilled and eager to represent Tinder. If interested, I can provide more details and photos. Finding true love on a free dating site is possible, and I hope to hear back soon. Thank you, Amanda M.

I would like to file a formal complaint about the lack of support from Tinder, the online dating app. I have recently been banned, allegedly for violating their rules, which I strongly deny. After the end of a long-term relationship, I turned to Tinder to meet new people. However, I was surprised to receive an error message indicating a ban. Upon contacting Tinder for clarification, I was informed that I had breached their terms of service without any further details or specifics provided. I take this issue seriously as it has unfairly damaged my reputation. I have reached out to Tinder multiple times, only to receive the same automated response. I feel discriminated against as they have not conducted a thorough investigation of my case. I have reviewed their terms and can confidently say that I have not violated any of them. I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter promptly. I seek clarification on the alleged violation, as well as a potential reactivation of my account with an apology once the error is cleared.

I have been using the dating app Tinder for months and subscribed to Tinder Gold, which deducts money from my account monthly. A couple of months ago, I was suddenly logged out of my account and couldn't log back in, only being offered to create a new account. Despite contacting Tinder and sending multiple emails, they have not been able to help me restore my purchase. They requested a screenshot of the purchase on my iTunes, which I provided, but it's been three weeks without any response from them. I'm stuck and unsure of what to do next to resolve this issue.

Hello, I am experiencing some issues with my Tinder account. I believe my account may be flagged, but I am unsure why. I have tried creating multiple accounts, used different payment methods and phone numbers, but I am still unable to get any matches. Although I have activated Tinder Plus, I am not seeing any improvement. It seems like my account may be banned without any explanation. I have noticed other accounts with more explicit content than mine without facing the same consequences, which is confusing to me. I wish to have my account unbanned and would appreciate clarity on the situation. Thank you for your assistance. - J.

Step 1: Install the Tinder app from the Google Play Store. Step 2: Open the Tinder application. Step 3: Sign up using Facebook. Step 4: Click on "Login Using Facebook." Result: An error message appears saying, "Oops, it appears something went wrong. Please try again." (Optional code [[redacted]]) Please refer to the attachment for the error screenshot. My Facebook account ID is [redacted] PS: 1) Please do not ask if there is no Tinder account for the email provided because I am unable to sign up due to the error. 2) I can successfully sign up using another Facebook account, so the issue is with this particular account only. 3) It has been over a month since I have been unable to use Tinder with the mentioned Facebook account. 4) Kindly review previous email conversations; I have requested a refund. It is frustrating not being able to use the service. Please process the refund promptly without further delays or requests for the same details.

My Tinder account keeps logging me out repeatedly. I've had to create 2 or 3 new accounts due to this issue. Recently, when I logged back in with my phone number, I discovered that my account had been banned. I haven't done anything that I think would warrant a ban. Could you please assist me by explaining why I was banned so I can avoid the same issue with a new account or possibly lift the ban on my current account? The account is under the name Danny, associated with the phone number [redacted]0. I reside in Preston, England, and my email is [redacted] Your prompt help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

My Tinder account keeps logging me out, and when I try to log back in with my phone number, it says I have been banned. I'm not sure why I got banned as I haven't done anything wrong. To resolve this, I would appreciate it if Tinder could email me the reason for the ban so I can avoid it in the future, or please unban my account as I lose all my matches each time I create a new one. My account name is Danny, age 19, my phone number is [redacted]0, and my email is [redacted] I am located in Preston, England. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as I prefer not to create a new account again. Thank you.

I believe there might be an issue with my Facebook login account. I changed my email from [redacted] or [redacted] to [redacted] Now, the account is repeatedly requesting my phone number for verification, which I've done over 20 times. For some reason, after the 20th attempt, the verification code was sent to my previous Gmail address, leading me to a blank account. I'm confused as to why the logins got mixed up, and now I can't access my account. Currently, when I choose Facebook to log into Tinder, it uses [redacted], whereas my previous email was [redacted]/[redacted] I changed it a few months ago. I can't log into my old account that had three Tinder boosts remaining and many matches. My old number, +1 [redacted], no longer works because I've moved to Colombia and now use +57 [redacted], but I'm not receiving the verification message on it. I reached out three days ago but have yet to receive a response. Thank you, Andy

I encountered an issue with my account due to a phone number problem, which led me to create a new account. However, my Tinder account got suspended for violating the rule against having multiple accounts. I appreciate the strict safety measures on the app, but I believe there has been a mistake. Tinder is the main dating app in my area, and I have just started using it with minimal activity. I value respectful interactions and would never engage in inappropriate behavior. Despite reaching out to customer support, the responses received seemed automated and did not resolve the situation. Any assistance or clarification on resolving this matter would be highly valued.

I was recently banned for posting a picture that violated the app's policies, although the app is supposedly for users 17+ due to explicit content warnings. I know I made a mistake, but instead of receiving a warning and the opportunity to remove it, I was immediately banned. Now, I have lost access to important contact information stored on the app. This situation has left me frustrated as I am unable to connect with friends and acquaintances who support me.

Hello GetHuman team, I am new to using Tinder. Last night, I updated my bio and profile picture, and my account was unexpectedly banned within a short time frame. The reason provided was a violation of the terms and conditions. Upon reviewing the terms, I cannot pinpoint any infringement. The bio contained a harmless joke mentioning Venmo, without soliciting usernames or payments. I suspect the use of the word "Venmo" might have triggered the ban. It's frustrating that there was no opportunity for a review, especially considering the joke was not inappropriate or illegal. Comparing to other profiles with requests for money or more egregious content, the ban seems hasty. I am unsure what specifically caused the ban and would appreciate the chance to rectify it to regain access to my account. I have never shared explicit content or engaged in inappropriate behavior on the app. Thank you for your help.

I am writing about my issue with Tinder services. I initially subscribed to "Tinder+" on March 21, [redacted], for [redacted] kn. Later, on May 29, I upgraded to "Tinder Gold," which required an additional [redacted] kn payment. I believed this settled my subscription for a year. However, I was surprised on December 9 when Tinder attempted to charge me [redacted] kn for Tinder Gold through Google Play. I resisted this charge as I had already paid [redacted] kn in May. Unfortunately, as a consequence of not paying, I lost access to Tinder Gold (which I found to be unhelpful) and even my original "Tinder+" subscription, which was paid for a year. This situation feels unjust, and I seek assistance in resolving this confusion.
