My account was banned due to having multiple identical photos, but I would like to request restoration if possible. This is regarding the Facebook account of Barbara Zadra. I had several photos on my Facebook profile related to politics during the election period in Brazil. After not updating my Tinder profile for a few days, I suspect it was reported, although it was not a fake or political account. I can provide proof by sharing a screenshot of my Facebook profile pictures. I kindly ask for a review to see if my account can be reinstated. I have been using Tinder on and off for almost 5 years and enjoy the app. If there is a way to verify my identity, I would appreciate any assistance. Apologies for any inconvenience caused and thank you.

Hello, my name is Mikey and I've been using Tinder for about 4 days. This morning, when I tried to log in to see if I had any new matches, I was surprised to find out that I had been logged out. Upon trying to log back in, I received error code [redacted], indicating that I had been banned. I am unsure why this happened as I have always followed the guidelines, used my own pictures, and had a genuine bio. I have only had interactions with two people and have always been respectful and kind. I am genuinely looking for a real relationship on Tinder and have a premium account. I believe I may have been unjustly banned as I was not notified of any issues with my profile. I am unsure how to proceed and would appreciate any help in resolving this issue.

I'm experiencing difficulty logging into Tinder using my phone number. I'm not receiving the verification code, and the option to get the code via phone call is not working. I keep getting error messages such as "something went wrong. Please try again later ([redacted])" or "oops! That phone number didn’t work." My phone number is correct, and I can't find information on what a [redacted] error indicates. I'm considering creating a new account, but I want to ensure my old account is deleted first. Can someone assist me in resolving the login verification issue or guide me on deleting the old account?

Hello, I found myself in a challenging situation. I connected with a lovely girl on Tinder, but we had some technical difficulties exchanging contact information. She requested my phone number, but due to a small mistake, I provided the wrong number initially. By the time I noticed and tried to correct it, she may have already left the platform. I understand the limitations on sharing details, but I wondered if there was a way to assist in ensuring she receives the correct number. I am willing to provide my account information for verification purposes. I am linked with Facebook under the name Steven Goedseels and email [redacted] My phone number is [redacted]. Thank you for your attention and understanding. My native language is Dutch, and I am unsure if there is a Dutch department available.

I encountered an issue on the app where I couldn't message my matches. I followed Tinder's suggestion to log out and faced a problem when logging back in as it required a code sent to my linked phone number, which I didn't have access to. After realizing my emails from Tinder were hard to find, I attempted to receive the code via email but didn't receive it. When I contacted customer service, I received delayed and unhelpful responses. The confirmation emails arrived late and the codes had expired. Upon getting my phone back, I tried again and encountered an error page prompting me to try later. Contacting support, I was informed I was banned without clarification. Even the profile data feature didn't load. The entire experience has been frustrating and I am seeking assistance to access my account temporarily to inform my friends about discontinuing the use of the app.

I am facing an issue with my Tinder account. Despite deleting the app months ago, it seems to still have access to my Facebook profile pictures. I tried to disconnect the Tinder App from Facebook but encountered difficulties due to a broken part on my phone. Even on my tablet, I'm unable to proceed as the app requires location activation, which is already allowed in my phone settings. Using the tablet also doesn't offer me the option to login via my phone. I have attempted to delete my account multiple times without success. Can someone please assist in deleting all Tinder accounts associated with the email addresses [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted]? Thank you.

Hello, I am seeking clarification regarding the suspension of my account. My account was suspended after I made light-hearted jokes about individuals misusing "Venmo." However, I suspect someone reported me for this irony, which seems to contradict the rules against scams. It appears my account was banned without a thorough review of the situation. During my time on the platform, I did not engage in inappropriate behavior, only posting harmless jokes in my bio. If such jokes are in violation of the Terms & Policies, which I believe they are not, I may reconsider using this app. I am simply looking for an honest response clarifying the reason behind my ban. I would appreciate a personalized reply addressing my concerns. Thank you.

My account is currently under review. I can assure you that all the pictures I used were recent and truly represent myself. I am new to this app and still learning the ropes, but I've already had positive interactions with some great individuals. It seems likely that those who reported me did so because I didn't respond immediately to their messages or because we didn't hit it off. I am willing to provide any necessary verification to confirm my identity. I am feeling concerned because I paid for this service and hope to continue making meaningful connections. It's disheartening to have a conversation cut off mid-flow due to a report. It has been two days, and I worry about explaining this situation to someone I was getting along with. Please advise on how I can resolve this matter.

I was using Tinder on 12/06 and everything was fine until I purchased the $79 unlimited chat package. When I tried to log back in after a few minutes, I was unable to access my account and received a message saying "Your account has been banned." I have not violated any policies, and I believe the ban might be due to having multiple windows open on the site. I haven't posted anything offensive or inappropriate. Can you please help me to regain access to my account or provide guidance on the next steps? I have made valuable connections on the app that I don't want to lose. Thank you for your assistance. - RBDavis

Hello Tinder Support Team, I hope you are doing well. I need to address an issue with my Tinder account. I received error code [redacted], indicating that my account has been banned from Tinder. I want to apologize for any inappropriate behavior on the platform. I was not aware of the consequences of my actions, and I was only trying to be humorous. I truly regret any offense or upset I may have caused. Could you please reconsider lifting the ban on my account? I assure you that I will adhere to all guidelines and be respectful moving forward. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, D. Evans

Subject: Issues with Tinder Gold Membership Renewal and Profile Restoration Dear Customer Service, I am writing to address two concerns regarding my Tinder Gold membership. Firstly, despite being a Gold member with proof of payment attached, I have been unable to restore my purchases after deleting and creating a new profile multiple times. The app prompts me to try again, but the issue persists. Secondly, I subscribed on December 4th, yet Google indicates that my subscription renews on December 24th, which seems to be 10 days earlier than expected. This discrepancy is causing confusion about the billing cycle. I have enclosed two screenshots as evidence of my Gold membership and the ongoing issue with the app functioning incorrectly. I urge you to resolve these issues promptly as I feel dissatisfied with the service I have paid for. Best regards, Rajat

I have a Tinder Gold subscription on a banned account due to a misunderstanding in my bio. I learned from this mistake and now have a new account. However, I am unable to access Tinder Gold on my new account as the subscription is tied to the banned one. I tried to cancel the subscription, but I can only do so on January 8th. I'm paying for a service I cannot use, which is unfair. I kindly request a refund and the cancellation of my subscription. I apologize for the incident that led to the ban and assure it won't happen again. I hope to continue using Tinder Gold once the subscription is canceled for this month as it's unjust to pay for a non-existent account. Thank you for your assistance.

My account has been compromised by an individual named Lisa. Her photos did not match the person she claimed to be. She has escalated the situation by contacting people, including potential dates, and somehow mirroring my phone to reach out to my contacts. She is upset because the pictures I initially responded to were misleadingly old. After meeting her in person and realizing the discrepancy, our date was brief. However, her actions post-meeting have been intrusive, obtaining my phone records, addresses, and banking details. She continues to reach out to my contacts and potential dates from the site. I have not had positive experiences on this platform due to Lisa's interference. Please contact me to resolve this issue as she may see this email and respond. Thank you, Edward.

Hello, My partner and I, based in the US and Vietnam respectively, share a Tinder account under the phone number (+84) [redacted]51 or using the Facebook login of Anna Lê, with the email "[redacted]" With my upcoming visit to Vietnam for New Year, we are seeking potential partners through the app. Lately, we have been facing issues with our account as we are not receiving any matches or responses from our messages. This is unusual considering my partner usually receives numerous likes and messages daily. Even when attempting to match with individuals who superliked us, there seems to be a problem with the functionality. I believe there might be a technical glitch affecting our account, and I kindly request assistance in investigating and resolving this matter. If additional details are required, please feel free to reach out. Thank you.

Every time I download Tinder, I receive a ban notification for violating the "Terms of Use." My experiences on the app have been positive, leading to successful dates unlike any other platform. Despite using my account correctly, I suspect my ex and their friends are maliciously reporting me out of spite to impede me from moving on. Repeated unjust bans strip away my chances of connecting with new people through a familiar platform. Experiencing successful encounters only to lose contact due to undeserved bans is disheartening. The uncertainty of what transpired after meeting someone is frustrating and leaves me wondering about missed opportunities.

I had a account under my number ending in [redacted]. I had a gold subscription and some boosts. Last night, I tried to create a Tinder account for my friend using his Facebook. When it asked for a phone number, I quickly entered mine (same number used for my gold account). I didn't anticipate any issues. However, when I tried to log back into my account using my phone number (not linked to Facebook), I kept getting directed to my friend's account. Feeling concerned, I deleted my friend's account associated with my number. Now I am unable to access my old account using my number and it prompts me to create a new account instead. This is distressing as I had valuable connections on my old account. I was unaware that creating a new account with the same number would erase my old one, as this was not mentioned during sign-up. I hope to recover my old account linked to [redacted] as I had invested in gold features.

Hello, I have an unusual request to make. Recently, I had a match on Tinder who 'superliked' me, but when I tried to message her later, she was no longer there. While it's possible she unmatched me, I suspect there may have been some unauthorized activity on my account. I have a suspicion that a female co-worker might have accessed my account and unmatched me with this girl named Cheyanne, who I was really interested in. She was 27 and our interaction meant a lot to me. It might sound far-fetched, but reuniting with her could lead to a real Tinder love story. Alternatively, if this is not the case, it raises concerns about the security of the app. I don't usually use Tinder, but the notification about Cheyanne caught my attention. I would appreciate any assistance you could provide. Thank you for understanding. Feel free to reach me at my phone number [redacted].

Hello, good morning. I wanted to express my gratitude to Tinder for helping me find the love of my life. We are now engaged, and we are overjoyed. Unfortunately, my fiancée lives in a country where LGBTQ marriages are not allowed. We are planning for her to come to the U.S. so we can marry here. To apply for the fiancé visa, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services requires a letter from Tinder clarifying that they are not a Marriage Broker site and are exempt from the International Marriage Broker Regulation Act. I have tried to explain that Tinder is simply a dating app that facilitates connections internationally, but they insist on an official letter from Tinder. I am seeking guidance on how to obtain this letter. Thank you in advance for your assistance. Sincerely, Vanessa D.

Hello, I have an iPhone and I use the Tinder app. I have noticed several issues with the app, but my current concern is that when I logged out to refresh my messages, I couldn't log back in with my phone number as I always do. Instead, the app prompted me to create a new account or log in with Facebook, which I don't have or intend to create. I was worried that my account was deleted, especially because I have matches and Tinder Gold. Fortunately, I can still access my account through the website. It seems like the app is now pushing users to use Facebook, which is frustrating for me and others who prefer not to use it. I hope this issue can be addressed soon.

Good morning, I tried to log into Tinder today and received error code "A40393," indicating my account was removed for violating terms and conditions. I was chatting on my account last night, so I'm unsure of what happened overnight. I had a user claim my account was fake, and despite trying to clarify, they did not provide the required details. It's possible they reported me as a fake account. I hope I can get assistance in understanding why my account was removed, as I was having good conversations with nice guys. I have a strong understanding of policies and regulations due to my work. Thank you for your help. -Nicole H.
