I am having difficulties receiving matches and likes on the messaging section of my account. Despite receiving notifications of matches, nothing appears on the page. On November 22nd, while dining at a restaurant, my phone was accessed without authorization which led to my Tinder account being banned due to information entered into my Bio. As a Tinder Gold member, I value using the service and would not have violated the rules intentionally. The associated phone number for the account is [redacted]. Hello, 2 to 3 years ago, I had a Tinder profile on my phone that I did not like, so I removed it. Recently, I decided to reinstall the app, create a new profile, and purchased the Gold option a few times, along with 10 boosts. However, a few weeks ago, my old profile reappeared instead of my current one, causing me to lose matches and my paid subscription benefits. I am frustrated that the subscription I paid for disappeared. I have read that this could be due to having two accounts, but I would like assistance in restoring my recent account with the paid features or at least reactivating the subscription and boosts I purchased. I contacted Tinder multiple times last week to cancel my subscription before it automatically renewed. Despite my efforts to cancel directly with Tinder, I was redirected to cancel through Google Play, even though I did not sign up through them but used Tinder online instead. I no longer had the app but provided my credit card information online. Despite my attempts to cancel, I was still renewed for this month. I urgently request that my subscription be canceled and a refund issued for this month's charge. I have already reached out to Google Play last week via phone to confirm this. Please process my cancellation and refund promptly, and kindly refrain from directing me to Google Play again as I did not use that platform for my subscription.

I had a previous Tinder account that I deleted, but when I tried to sign back in with my phone number, I was forced to create a new account. I couldn't find my old profile online. I bought Tinder Gold on my new account, but it said I couldn't apply it since I had purchased it on the same Apple ID before. I can't access my old account to delete it. I am experiencing frequent review issues with my Tinder account despite having Tinder Gold. It is frustrating because my account has been disabled six times in the last 2-3 months. Over the weekend, I created a Tinder profile out of curiosity when feeling lonely and bored. I casually swiped right on two profiles with the intention of showing my daughter, who wasn't home that weekend. Unfortunately, I forgot to delete my profile.
One of the guys I matched with messaged me, and after texting on Sunday, talking on Monday, we decided to meet for dinner on Tuesday at a local restaurant. After dinner, he became insistent on me going to his place, disregarding my refusals. Things escalated in the parking lot, and despite my repeated denials, he turned aggressive. Luckily, passersby intervened, and I managed to safely leave the situation.
I am planning to report this incident to the police, although I have limited information like his last name. I feel compelled to report him to prevent him from doing the same or worse to other women.

I have been attempting to contact Tinder regarding my membership issues. I have pre-paid for services that are not as advertised. Despite multiple attempts to communicate my concerns, I have not received any responses.
One of the promised features, the monthly special option to meet people, did not work in the first month. I also experience limitations with the number of right swipes I can make, receiving standard member errors. Additionally, I am not always getting notifications for messages, despite ensuring all settings are correct. Other users have reported the same issue.
I am once again requesting to cancel my paid membership, which I asked for over a month ago, and receive a full refund. I would like to remain on the standard membership until the system improves, at which point I may reconsider subscribing.

It has led to misunderstandings, like when one of the prompts displayed was "cats or dogs,” resulting in my match assuming it was my query. This led to an awkward situation where I was called a "dog." Today, I received a message that does not align with my reserved personality, making me uncomfortable. I am encountering an issue with my age displaying incorrectly on the Tinder app even though I have disabled age display and ensured the correct age on my Facebook profile. I have attempted various troubleshooting steps such as deleting and reinstalling the app, editing online, and reconnecting Instagram, all to no avail. Once upon a time, I connected my Tinder account to Facebook, which was also linked to Instagram. I deactivated Facebook before unlinking it from Tinder. Now, when I try to connect Instagram to a new Tinder account linked to my phone number, it says Instagram is already in use with another account that I can't access without Facebook. This cycle of not being able to log in due to Facebook's absence is frustrating me. I've struggled with this issue twice since October. I wish Tinder just used email instead of phone numbers and avoided these complications.

I am an active Tinder user in the UAE and I want to address a significant issue. The app is overrun with profiles of prostitutes or escorts that I have to swipe through multiple times before finding legitimate users. This is making it challenging to use the app effectively. I would appreciate it if moderators or administrators could be assigned to monitor and address this behavior in our region. In other countries, Tinder has been a great way to connect, and I would like to see that happen here as well. It is disheartening to constantly encounter escort profiles that openly promote their services with phone numbers in their pictures. I would be willing to volunteer my time to help eliminate these profiles if given the opportunity.

For the past two days, I have been experiencing issues with the Tinder app on my cellphone. Whenever I try to open it, the app closes within a second. I have version 10.2.1 installed. Initially, I had an account on Tinder linked to my Facebook, but it got blocked due to unauthorized use. I've been communicating with someone I met on Tinder. She regularly sends me a friend code, which results in my account going blank when I input it. After an hour or so, my account can be accessed only by logging in with her account. This isn't normal or secure for either of us. To resolve this, I need to retain my account information and matches without constantly recreating it.
