A few months ago, my TikTok account was hacked, and unfortunately, TikTok has not been helpful in resolving the issue. The hacker used my old phone number that was associated with the account, which is no longer in my possession. Consequently, my account was promptly locked, and I have been unable to access it since. This account is significant to me as it is my original one. Despite reporting the incident, TikTok has not responded, leaving me frustrated. All I am asking for is to regain access to my account and have the old phone number removed from it.

Dear TikTok support team, I am the owner of the account SKYMAXPRO @skymaxprousa across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. We are facing an issue as our former social media consultant, Marty Robertson, has departed the company and has taken control of the account. He has changed the user ID, password, and added his phone number (+1 [redacted]) to our TikTok account. Unfortunately, we are unable to reset as he has added his phone number without our consent. We have attempted to reach out to Marty Robertson with no response. We kindly request to update the phone number on the account to +1 [redacted], which belongs to us. The account is associated with our email addresses, [redacted] and [redacted] All our content, including videos and logos, can be verified on our other social media accounts for confirmation. My account has been repeatedly hacked, with the hacker changing my password, phone number, and email each time to prevent me from regaining access. Despite their efforts, I managed to regain access twice. I noticed a strange pattern in my liked videos, where videos from two unknown accounts, belonging to teenage girls who appeared to be friends, were liked using my account. I blocked these accounts, changed my password, and restored my information. However, the same situation occurred less than two days later, with the girls' accounts unblocked and their posts liked again. The login location indicated Illinois on an iPhone 11, matching the girls' residence. While I have no connection to the girls and live far from them, I suspect they might be involved. I'm unsure how to prevent this from recurring or prove their involvement.

Despite not engaging in harassment or posting revealing content, one of my videos was removed a few months ago for "minor safety" concerns. This led to a prolonged shadow ban. Following a successful appeal, the ban was lifted. Recently, I uploaded a video sharing my sexual assault experience, a topic many users discuss online. Surprisingly, the video was removed twice for "harassment and bullying," even though it wasn't about bullying my assailant but rather recounting the events. I've noticed inconsistencies in how content is moderated, such as 14-year-olds dancing in revealing outfits without repercussions, while reports of serious issues like hate speech go unchecked. This bias is concerning, especially when I see misinformation and offensive content that isn't addressed. It's frustrating that simply mentioning my assaulter's name is deemed inappropriate while other harmful content is allowed to remain.

Hello, I recently created a TikTok account, and only 2 days later, I found out that my account was permanently banned for allegedly violating community guidelines multiple times. I am baffled because I believe I did not post any violating content. I am a personal style coach who helps women feel confident by expressing their personal style. I decided to create a new account, thinking it was a mistake. However, I woke up this morning to find out that my new account had also been banned. Dear Sir or Madam, Last night, my daughter Gina Kwaschnewski's account, dancing_cat_, was deleted. The reason stated was that her sister, who was even blurred out, was too young. We understand this, and I urge you to reactivate the account without the mentioned video. I assure you there will be no more videos featuring underage participants! Gina is very upset, especially since her confirmation is the day after tomorrow. Please do not ruin this special day over one thoughtless video. It will not happen again, as Gina loves creating dance videos for TikTok and does so every day. We have even gone on various outings to get beautiful backgrounds. Hello, my account @valyaxolove has been blocked by mistake. I was checking it in the morning and everything was fine, nothing was wrong. When I came home in the evening and tried to open TikTok, it kicked me out of my account. I don't understand what happened or why. I haven't done anything wrong, my content was harmless. My videos were blocked for no reason, they were just regular videos. Even if I unknowingly violated community guidelines, I apologize, and I will make sure to follow all the rules of TikTok. Plötzlich wurde ein neues Konto erstellt, obwohl ich schon lange mit meinem Profil "Janderisback" auf TikTok bin. Ich wollte zum ersten Mal einen größeren Betrag direkt über Ihre Browserseite kaufen, als das unerwünschte Konto entstand. Da mein Profil mit Instagram verbunden war, kann ich nun nicht mehr darauf zugreifen, da ich das Gerät, mit dem ich TikTok genutzt habe, nicht mehr besitze. Ich habe eine Zwei-Faktor-Verifizierung eingerichtet, aber beide Methoden (Handynummer und E-Mail-Adresse) sind versehentlich mit dem neuen Account verknüpft. Die erste Methode, bei der ich den Code auf mein Handy erhalten habe, funktioniert, aber bei der zweiten Methode, um mein Passwort zurückzusetzen, scheitere ich, da ein Gerät verlangt wird, das ich nicht mehr besitze. Leider weiß ich mein Passwort nicht mehr und habe noch über 70 $ auf dem Account sowie ein Abo bei Emre. On Saturday, May 14th at 8:29 p.m., my account, @miss.nonexistent, was banned. I currently have no access to this account and cannot utilize the self-service center due to the restrictions placed on the account. When attempting the self-service center with another account, I encounter one of two messages: either "cannot find this username" or "this account is suspended" when using my phone number. I suspect my account was banned due to multiple reports on a video, which I believe could have been resolved by having the video taken down. Additionally, my age might have been a factor as your guidelines specify users must be over 13. I have provided proof of age by submitting a photo of my state ID. Unfortunately, logging into my account only allows me to download data and log out, offering no assistance in recovering the account. This account is significant to me, holding cherished memories and personal milestones.

I have been experiencing bullying and trolling on TikTok for the past 3 months. Mr. Ben Mason has shared my private details, posted false videos, and has been stalking me, making me feel threatened. He has even started contacting me through other social media platforms. Despite blocking him on TikTok, he keeps creating fake accounts. I have reported everything, but TikTok has not been helpful in addressing the situation. It's not just me; he has started targeting my family as well. This has had a severe impact on my mental health, especially since my mother passed away in January, and Ben Mason even created a fake account impersonating her. His hate campaign on the app continues, and despite my reports, no effective action has been taken, except for restricting my account.

I am experiencing an issue with my account @dominic_torelka, which was blocked in early May. The account had received 2 warnings regarding profanity, which I acknowledge. However, a ban typically requires 3 warnings. Unfortunately, I unexpectedly received a third warning for "incitement of hatred." Upon investigation, I discovered it was due to a duet video I did with another user who had racist content. While I do not condone such content, my part of the duet was not in violation. Despite explaining this to support over the past month, I keep receiving generic responses asking me to address the issue within the Tik Tok app, which I am unable to do. I am seeking assistance in resolving this issue promptly as my account faces deletion soon. I accept responsibility for the previous warnings but believe the third warning is unfounded. I kindly request for the ban to be lifted or for the severity of the punishment to be reduced. Thank you for your help in this matter.

I observed suspicious activity when one of my videos received millions of views and faced multiple content strikes for unclear reasons. Additionally, after adding an avatar featuring the Ukrainian flag (due to my nationality), I received numerous offensive messages from Russian accounts, resulting in my account being banned without a clear explanation. Hello, I am reaching out seeking assistance with a concerning issue. My name is Janko, I am an 18-year-old content creator on TikTok under the username "Jankoscrazyshit." I create comedy and entertainment videos that bring joy to over [redacted],[redacted] viewers daily. Recently, I have been facing unwarranted warnings and bans on TikTok citing "bullying and harassment." My content involves harmless parody of successful influencers, always accompanied by a disclaimer that it is for entertainment purposes only and not meant to harm anyone personally. Surprisingly, even the influencers I parody find no offense in my videos. Despite my precautions, my videos are still being removed, and I am now seeing an "Account warning" message on my TikTok profile. Another warning could lead to the ban of my account, which I believe would be unjust. I have been advised to seek help here by Adam from TikTok Live, as he does not have the means to assist me further. I urgently request my account, @ChelseaMidori, to be unbanned. Despite appealing the ban for "Nudity," it seems the review process was not conducted by a human. TikTok has failed to reinstate my account and release the funds sent to me as gifts by my supporters. The video in question, which appears to have caused the ban, is from 6 months ago with minimal cleavage showing. I have not received proper clarification or evidence from TikTok regarding this matter. It is crucial that this issue be raised to a supervisor or that my account be reinstated promptly with access to the funds. As someone with a significant following and engagement on the platform, the unjust suspension and withholding of funds are concerning and need immediate resolution.
