This morning, I discovered a TikTok page saving and reposting videos from our Shults Ford business account with added inappropriate and false information about the company and its employees. I have reported the account and videos through the app, but they were deemed not in violation of community guidelines. I find it concerning that content spreading lies and hate using our material is allowed. I am urging for the immediate removal of this page and have also involved the authorities in this matter.

My TikTok account is having some issues. Suddenly, my account got locked by TikTok. I contacted TikTok to review why my account was locked, and they replied stating my account will remain permanently banned for violating their Community Guidelines. They advised me to submit an appeal by logging into my account, selecting 'Appeal,' and submitting any necessary documents. However, when I logged back into my TikTok account, I couldn't find the button mentioned by TikTok.

This evening, when my daughter attempted to log into her TikTok account, she discovered that it had been suspended. I am unsure of what prompted this action and would appreciate assistance in reinstating her account. Good afternoon, I am experiencing an issue with my in-game chest rewards. For the past two days during a stream, the coins from the chests have stopped dropping. I even subscribed to a streamer who was supposed to send a [redacted] coin chest, but nothing happened. I heard there might be a limit issue, but I am not sure. It is very unfortunate that you delete an account without checking it. After carefully reviewing the community guidelines, I am confident that my videos did not contain anything graphic or illegal. The guidelines for graphic content specifically mention prohibiting content showing extreme violence, torture, or harm to humans or animals, which my videos did not depict. Regarding illegal goods, I did not promote firearms or explosives as stated in the guidelines. My 12-year-old daughter created a TikTok account with the username Preppy_Kristen. Unfortunately, the account was hacked by someone at her school with the phone number xxxxx3003. The individual with this phone number denies the action. The issue we are facing is not being able to change the password and email without the 6-digit code sent to xxxxx3003. I created an account a while back with the username @elitoosmoove on TikTok. Due to issues with the app, I deleted and reinstalled it hoping to get the latest version. However, upon trying to log back in, my password was no longer working. Despite attempting various passwords linked to my email, it kept failing, leading me to create a new account @eliizab3thh_. It has been a struggle to rebuild my following after my previous account was unjustly banned. I am reaching out to request a password reset for my original @elitoosmoove account. While live streaming on TikTok, I was suddenly kicked off for allegedly discussing prohibited topics. However, I was innocently chatting about video game controllers. Shockingly, my account got permanently banned citing multiple guideline violations, which I vehemently deny. Despite previous misunderstandings, where restored posts implied no violations, this ban seems final. I wish to have my account (thehighestfive) reinstated, erase the erroneous violation marks, improve the guideline system, and have easier access to app support. Although my account still displays externally, once I log in, it states the ban. This occurred on Jan. 20, [redacted].

Hello, this is not my first attempt to contact you about this matter, but a few years ago my account "Yanislefou95" was banned. I joined this platform during the musical.ly era in [redacted] and since [redacted] it has been banned for no reason. If I did something wrong, I apologize and promise not to do it again, but I believe this is a mistake. I have been saddened for 2 months because I lost someone dear to me, and on this account, I had videos with that person. Hello, I’m Jess Harvey. I really enjoy watching videos on TikTok, but I recently got permanently banned and I’m confused as to why. I only watch videos and have never posted any myself. I don’t understand the reason for my ban. It’s also frustrating to see people getting banned based on reports without clear evaluation of the content. I’ve come across inappropriate videos with curse words and nudity that are not banned. My 11-year-old daughter, who is special needs, was banned for innocently talking about her cat and school. Meanwhile, I’ve seen other kids do much worse without consequences. It seems unfair that someone can just report a person and get them banned without proper review. I’d appreciate assistance in understanding what went wrong since I don’t create videos, unless it was done unknowingly by my daughter. It would be helpful to receive specific feedback rather than just being told we violated guidelines when I’m not even an active poster on the platform. Best, Jess

My TikTok account, @stevie.bea, was hacked and banned on January 2nd, causing me great concern. I reported the issue through my new TikTok account @stevie_bea, and contacted TikTok via email at [redacted] Unfortunately, TikTok has not reviewed the evidence I submitted or provided any helpful response. The login records from TikTok show that my account was hacked at 3:12 AM by an iPhone 13, which I do not own. Subsequently, at 8:41 AM, a login was made from my iPhone 11, when I discovered my account had been banned. Upon reviewing my TikTok data, I found that the hacker posted five inappropriate comments resulting in the ban. The comments included offensive language and targeted harassment, and it is evident that someone intentionally logged in to sabotage my account. It is crucial for platforms like TikTok to protect their users from such malicious actions. I request TikTok's assistance in recovering my account so I can continue fostering a positive community on the platform. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
