Following a call with management, they agreed that the mistake on such a significant occasion warranted a refund and an upgrade on my tickets. They proposed replacing my tickets with 2 Ultimate FULL VIP tickets or providing a Gift Card equal to the $1,[redacted].19 charge, allowing me to purchase the upgraded tickets. I reached out to [redacted], and they acknowledged my email, mentioning they would resolve the issue shortly. With the concert tour coming to a close in faraway cities, I am eager for a resolution. I recently encountered someone impersonating Jonathan Davis and unfortunately fell for the scam for a whole day. I am concerned that they may have my ticket details as they requested a picture of it to give me a surprise. I sent a picture of the ticket but not the barcode. I want to ensure my safety. I realized this morning that they accessed a kiosk, and I am unsure what they printed. He also hacked into my Google Hangouts account. Now, I have his contact information. He has already suspended his Twitter account after I threatened to report him. I shared a picture of the ticket, and later discovered he was at a kiosk. I am uncertain about his access to my Google Hangouts account.

I am a huge fan of Lizzo and was excited to see the announcement for her November concert at the Olympia. Unfortunately, my attempts to purchase tickets have been frustrating. I received a presale code from Spotify, but it didn't work when I tried to use it right away. When tickets were released this morning at 10 am, I was ready, but there were no tickets available. Shortly after, tickets were being resold at a much higher price in the fan resale section, which seemed unfair. Ticketmaster's pricing tactics seem manipulative, leaving true fans struggling to afford tickets. This isn't the first time I've been let down by Ticketmaster. I am disappointed with their practices and support the Anti Ticket Touting Bill [redacted]. I hope that Ticketmaster can address these issues and provide tickets at the advertised price.

Today, when tickets went on sale at 10 am, I was unable to purchase any despite being prepared right on time. Shortly after, tickets appeared in the "fan resale" section at a significantly inflated price, making me question if this is truly for fans. Ticketmaster's manipulation of ticket availability and prices is disappointing, leaving genuine fans struggling to attend without paying excessive amounts. This is not the first time I have been let down by Ticketmaster’s practices. I hope that legislation will address these issues, such as the Anti Ticket Touting Bill [redacted]. I am disheartened by this situation and would like to see a resolution with tickets available at the advertised price of €39.50.

I purchased 4 tickets for "Harry Potter Part 1 and 2" on July 25 and 26 at 7:30. I received an email reminding me to pick up the tickets for the event. When I went to the box office, they told me it was too early and advised me to call Ticketmaster to add my name, Karyn Kornreich, as an alternate for ticket pickup. Although I received a reminder, I was informed that no tickets had been issued to me yet. The tickets were purchased under the name Joel Kornreich. Despite trying to call, I faced long waits and the calls were disconnected. I am concerned as my grandsons are looking forward to this event and I do not have a confirmation number. I was told the tickets had to be picked up at the box office. I would like to know if the tickets will be available for pickup at the box office at the scheduled time. If the order is lost, I would appreciate assistance in obtaining good seats for those two nights, as this is the only time my grandsons will be in town. Thank you.

I bought two tickets for the Fortnite World Cup for my grandson, who is undergoing cancer treatment, and myself. I can only attend with him on the first day. His father will accompany him on days 2 and 3. Is it possible to transfer both tickets and the interactive bracelets to his father? My son is traveling and I bought a ticket for this Friday with order number #51-[redacted]/UK3. He will not be back until Friday and mentioned that a ticket should have been sent here, but I have not received anything yet. Since he is currently in Cambodia, he can't contact you himself. I am concerned he will fly in and not be able to attend the concert. Can you please cancel the existing ticket and either re-issue an e-ticket or send another one to him? I recently received an email from Global Citizen informing me that I won tickets to a concert on August 24th. The email provided instructions on how to redeem the prize, but when I followed the link to Ticketmaster, I couldn't find where to enter the code. I reached out via email through Ticketmaster but received no response. When I called customer service, I was told to contact Global Citizen, and the call was abruptly ended.

Hello, I signed up for the Yankees Season Ticket Presale but Ticketmaster is unable to match it with a valid season ticket account. I am reaching out to discuss my recent purchase of Pitbull tickets at the L.A. County Fair. I am seeking a full refund for both tickets. Unfortunately, I was unable to use the seats as my wife was on crutches and decided not to attend the fair. I took my daughter instead to make sure the tickets didn't go to waste. The tickets were allegedly found under my email, and I need them to be transferred to me or my cousin for The Who concert at Jones Beach in Long Island, New York. I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent purchase of 2 tickets for the Peaky Blinders Festival. I was under the impression that the event would heavily focus on the Peaky Blinders program, rather than primarily being a music festival, which I found out upon arrival. The event started late and it was confusing as no one seemed to have information on what was happening. I was especially disappointed to learn that if I wanted access to Q&A sessions with main characters, I needed to upgrade to VIP, an option that was not made clear beforehand. I spoke with a staff member who acknowledged the confusion and directed me to seek a refund from Ticketmaster. My boyfriend and I spent more time traveling to the event than enjoying it, making the experience very disappointing. However, upon checking the Ticketmaster app recently, I noticed that the countdown had restarted for ticket sales, indicating they will be available tomorrow. I received an email last week informing me that my tickets would be shipped on the 16th of September and delivered by UPS on the 18th of September. Despite changing the delivery address to a UPS store for personal pick up, I haven't received an update on my tickets in 5 days. I tried contacting UPS, but they advised me to reach out to Tickets Now as there has been no activity on their end. The concert is in Chicago next week, and I am unable to book a hotel without the tickets in hand. The longer this issue persists, the more expensive the hotel prices become. I urgently need a resolution to this matter.

COMPLAINT
I purchased two tickets for Cage The Elephant at the O2 Institute in Birmingham for their [redacted] tour which was unfortunately cancelled. Before today's presale, I received an email informing me that previous ticket holders would have early access. Despite preparing for 15 minutes, I found no tickets available when I entered the site. After refreshing the page, I was unable to access the presale at all, even after using the link from the email multiple times. It has been 7 hours since the presale started, and I am still unable to purchase tickets. Ticketmaster's handling of this situation has been disappointing, as they provided false hope to previous ticket holders and then prevented them from buying tickets, leaving many fans disappointed after the cancellation of the last tour.

In early September, we bought Washington Capitals game tickets for February using our dedicated credit card. However, on September 30, we received a notification from Capital One about a charge for St. Louis Blues Capitals game tickets, which we did not purchase with that card. We immediately contacted the credit card company, who froze the card. Given that both transactions involved Ticketmaster and the same credit card, which we used for the first time in early September, we are concerned about a possible security breach. We want to clarify that we only intended to buy the Penguins tickets in September. The St. Louis Blues game tickets purchased on September 30 were unauthorized, and we have taken steps to stop the charges. We appreciate your attention to this matter to investigate any security issues on your end.

I am trying to purchase tickets for the Billie Eilish concert in Newark, NJ at the Prudential Center. I signed up for the presale code and joined the queue when they went on sale at 10AM today. However, the site encountered technical difficulties and instructed me to return at 10:50AM. Upon my return, the message on the screen stated, "You can't join this queue because you're already in line. Please return to your original device or browser to complete your ticket purchase."
