I purchased two Take That tickets for friends who cannot attend due to illness. Ticketmaster assured me they would assist, but I'm now struggling to get a refund. I believe, given the circumstances, a refund should be possible. I have already reimbursed my friends and am left with the tickets. I am unable to reach Ticketmaster for assistance despite trying all day yesterday. I would appreciate any help you can provide. The reference number is 61-[redacted]/UK1.

For my 60th birthday last November, my colleagues surprised me with two tickets for Mrs. Brown D'Musical on Saturday, April 13, [redacted], at 6:00 pm at Manchester Arena. The tickets were for Section BL106, Row X, Seats 9 and 10. Despite my colleagues requesting the tickets to be sent to my address at 62 Geoffrey Street, Chorley, PR6 0HF, they never arrived. This was very disappointing as I am a huge fan of Mrs. Brown's Boys, and it affected the birthday gift they gave me. I had to explain to my colleagues at work why I didn't attend. They also purchased insurance, which I provided via email, and now I'm reaching out to you for assistance. I would still like to attend the show, either in Leeds or Liverpool, or alternatively receive a full refund. My level of disappointment cannot be overstated.

I am disappointed with Ticket Master's handling of my Rolling Stones concert ticket refund at the New Orleans Jazz Festival. I purchased two tickets for $[redacted], including taxes and fees. When the festival was canceled, I returned my tickets and only received $[redacted] back. Ticket Master is withholding $15 per ticket for Rolling Stones refunds. This feels like a money grab on their part and is unacceptable. I am extremely upset by this experience and will avoid purchasing tickets from Ticket Master in the future. Shame on Ticket Master for their poor business practices.

My husband and I live in Louisville, Kentucky and purchased tickets for the Brian McKnight and Stokely concert on April 19, [redacted] at Horseshoe Casino. However, today is April 29, [redacted], and we realized the concert is actually at a different Horseshoe Casino in another city. We were planning to stay overnight at the Louisville casino after the show, but they informed us there is no concert scheduled for tonight. We are disappointed as we spent $[redacted].00 on these tickets. Could we please receive a refund on our card or be offered credit for a future concert in Louisville? Thank you, Deborah. Your assistance is appreciated.

I have been attempting to buy 2 tickets for the Olly Murs concert in Aberdeen at AECC on May 1st, [redacted] since Tuesday, April 16th, [redacted]. Every time I try to purchase specific tickets online and reach the secure payment section, I am unable to proceed. Despite contacting Ticketmaster multiple times for assistance in securing tickets due to the online issues, the particular tickets I was interested in are no longer available. I have had lengthy, costly phone calls with them since Tuesday, and despite explaining my son's visual impairment and our need for suitable seating in sections C1, C2, or C3 that are not too far back, I have not received any satisfactory resolution. I am disappointed with the service provided and the high call costs incurred. I am seeking assistance in acquiring tickets in the same price range and seating areas I have been trying to purchase for my son's benefit. Natalie Welsh.

I created an account and bought 8 tickets for the [redacted] F1 Grand Prix in Montreal on April 18, [redacted]. Payment went through VISA. I got an email confirming the purchase, instructing me to print the tickets at home. On April 22, I had trouble signing in, managed to sign in but couldn't print the tickets and then got locked out of my account. After a 40-minute call with Patrick from customer service, no temporary email was sent as promised, and he mentioned my order number was unusual. He couldn't locate my phone number in the system, although I signed up with one. He mentioned the tickets are for pick up only, contradicting the email instructions to print them. My attempts to email the site failed. I'm uncertain about the validity of the tickets and need help to resolve this frustrating situation to print them if they're genuine. Denis from Halifax.

I purchased tickets online for the Roy Orbison and Buddy Holly Rock and Roll Dream Tour at The Brighton Centre on Tuesday, October 22, [redacted]. Initially, the website did not confirm my booking, so I thought it was unsuccessful and tried again. The second time, my booking was confirmed. After reviewing my bank statement, I noticed that both orders went through, resulting in me paying for four tickets instead of two. I kindly request a refund for two tickets or assistance in reselling them. My booking references are 39-[redacted]/UK5 and 39-[redacted]/UK5. Thank you, Christine C.

Order number 40-[redacted]. I recently purchased 2 tickets for the Marty Stuart Late Night Jam at the Ryman on June 5, [redacted]. Initially, I chose what I thought were two adjacent green dots (open seats) on the seating map. However, upon purchasing the tickets, I noticed the seat numbers are not sequentially together. The seats are identified as Section MF-3, Row K, with seat numbers 14C and 15W. It seems unclear why the seats are not next to each other. I spoke with the Ryman staff, who suggested that the W could be for wheelchair seating and the C for a companion seat, though this was not indicated when I made my selection. We do not require accessible seating, so I'm unsure what to do next. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

In November [redacted], I bought tickets for the Need to Breathe concert at the Ann Arbor theater scheduled for February 15, [redacted]. A week before the event, I received a reminder email. The tickets were meant as a gift for my brother-in-law, and on February 15, when they arrived at the theater, they were informed the concert had been rescheduled to April 26, [redacted]. Recently, my sister and brother-in-law realized the rescheduled date was actually April 29, which they can't attend. This situation has turned into a mess, and now they won't make it on the new date. I am hoping to get a refund for the tickets. I'm unsure if it was the band or the venue causing these changes, but it's been a nightmare. I initially wanted to give my brother-in-law a special Christmas present, but now we are left disappointed. Please get in touch with me to discuss the refund process. Thank you.

I purchased tickets for the [redacted] DPA-WDC AL European Championships at Empress Ballroom, Winter Gardens in Blackpool for Saturday, April 20th. The transaction was made over the phone with a staff member, and I requested the least expensive tickets. I was quoted £10.00 for each ticket, plus a service charge of £1.25 and £2.50 for delivery. I paid a total of £24.75 for two tickets. When the tickets did not arrive two days before the event, I arranged to collect them at the box office. Upon picking them up on April 20th, I discovered I had purchased seat tickets instead of entry tickets. I was required to buy entry tickets at £26.00 each to attend, costing £52.00. I have been mistakenly sold the wrong tickets and am seeking a refund of £24.75 for the seat tickets. I hope to have this matter resolved promptly. Thank you. - EB.

I bought tickets at full price in February, but at the theatre in March, I realized they were restricted view, which wasn't disclosed at the time of purchase. I lodged a complaint on 28 March and made two follow-up calls, receiving only a generic email from Ticketmaster, unrelated to my complaint. I've struggled to reach a person over the phone as the system directs me to computers and then disconnects me. My elderly mother fell ill near the end of the show since we couldn't see the left side of the stage from our seats, forcing us to lean forward throughout. I'm asking for a refund for the ticket costs (booking reference [redacted]3) or two tickets to a different show to make up for the unpleasant experience. We'd like to see "Rip It Up" again, but this time in seats without restrictions. I'm hoping to receive a response soon.

We purchased tickets to see Hugh Jackman on June 2nd at the O2 through what we thought was Ticketmaster, a site we trust. We were surprised to find that the tickets were not in our account. Upon re-reading emails, we discovered we were redirected to Viagogo. We paid over £[redacted] for 2 VIP tickets, feeling disappointed to have paid 4 times the value. Comparing the VIP experience with Birmingham, we noticed their package included a 2-course dinner and 3 drinks per guest in the price. This has affected our excitement for the upcoming event as we will need to spend more on food and drinks (my daughter is a Type 1 diabetic). I am upset that Ticketmaster did not make it clear they redirect to another company with higher prices. Can you provide food and beverage vouchers to help offset the cost? Thank you.

I purchased 3 NBA tickets through StubHub and got a confirmation of the order. I confirmed the payment via credit card. StubHub sent me an email to accept the tickets through Ticketmaster. By clicking the accept button, I was directed to Ticketmaster. However, upon logging into my Ticketmaster account, I received an error message. I tried resetting my password on Ticketmaster twice with no success. Strangely, I can access my Ticketmaster account on my phone and a different device separately, but when I try to accept the tickets from the StubHub email and log into Ticketmaster, it says my credentials are invalid. The NBA game is tomorrow, so I need the tickets urgently.

I have been attempting to buy tickets for Peppa Pig Live at Oakdale Theater in Wallingford, CT on September 8, [redacted]. Unfortunately, I have encountered difficulties purchasing the tickets online for several days. An error message appears stating, "We apologize, we are unable to proceed with your request at this time. Please attempt again later. Error Code: [redacted]." I am interested in purchasing the following tickets: Section [redacted], Row JJ, Seats 19 and 20 (standard admission), and Seat 21 (3D Collector Ticket). Please assist me with this issue. Thank you.

Hello, I am writing about an issue with my B105 Megaticket country music series purchased for shows at Riverbend Music Center. The tickets got wet accidentally, causing them to stick together. When I attempted to separate them, some tore, making the barcodes unreadable and the artist names barely visible. I am hoping to have them reprinted. The tickets are for Florida Georgia Line on 8/1/19, #RB0801, and Thomas Rhett on 8/9/19, #RB0809. I have since changed my address from [redacted] Broerman Ave to [redacted] Harpers Point Dr, Apt C, Cinti, OH [redacted]. I appreciate any assistance with this matter. Thank you, Shauna

Hello, I purchased a Lany ticket for the July 14th show at Enmore Theatre online from a person named Rotich Micah on Facebook. His email is [redacted] I have concerns about the legitimacy of the ticket because the seller blocked me on Facebook and Messenger. He was evasive when answering questions but still managed to convince me to buy the ticket quickly since the General Admission section was fully booked for that date. I just want to verify if the ticket is genuine. I'd appreciate any assistance. Thank you.

I purchased tickets for Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds on June 7th at Heaton Park. I was informed that I would get the tickets via email closer to the event. I bought them through the Parklife promotion as I'll be at the festival for the next two days. The payment was deducted from my account, and I have the order confirmation and receipt. With the event less than a week away, I'm concerned as I haven't received the tickets yet. There were 2 emails related to the event, one mentioning an age restriction issue with my tickets and another stating that it's resolved, and I can print them from my account. However, the tickets are not available for printing since I haven't received them yet.

I have attempted to reach out to Ticketmaster without success due to their poor customer service. Thank you, Sam

I bought tickets for the Isle of Wight festival back in January for my sister and myself. Unfortunately, my sister has been struggling with mental health issues lately, making it impossible for her to leave her home or be alone. I reached out to Ticketmaster to either get a refund or assistance with reselling the tickets due to this unforeseen situation. Despite emailing Ticketmaster multiple times, they have repeatedly stated that refunds are only issued if the event is canceled, which I find unreasonable considering the circumstances. I have tried calling them without any success. I am seeking help in addressing this issue and raising a complaint about their lack of understanding towards mental health challenges. Thank you.
