I contacted Ticketmaster earlier today to buy BTS tickets for my daughter. We were informed that she had purchased floor seats, but the tickets issued (in section [redacted]) are not on the floor. Despite being charged for floor seats, we are receiving hard tickets by mail for different seats. Before they are sent out, we would like the seats to be changed to actual floor seats since we paid over $[redacted] for each ticket.

I encountered numerous errors while trying to purchase BTS tickets for the Metlife Stadium. One message displayed a detective emoji and stated an issue on their end, requiring a restart. After selecting the desired tickets, the site logged me out abruptly, asking to start over, resulting in a frustrating experience. I tried to buy Soundcheck and section 9 tickets for four people, but each time I tried to proceed, I was pushed back to the end of the queue. After waiting for two hours, the system suggested my server might appear as a bot due to using Google Chrome and recommended enabling JavaScript. Unfortunately, I couldn't access the event due to Ticketmaster's server problems and missed the opportunity as tickets were sold out. The whole situation left me extremely upset.

I have been checking daily for circle or pit seating for the Michael McDonald concert at Pacific Amphitheater on 8/2 that are not meet & greets, but so far, I have had no luck. It seems that all seats in the venue have been sold except for the meet & greet options priced at $[redacted] and $[redacted], as well as the VIP package for $[redacted]. When I tried calling to confirm, I was only able to reach a recording stating that tickets are no longer available before being disconnected. I am unsure if there is a glitch in the system or if all seating options besides the VIP packages have indeed been sold, as hundreds of blue-dotted seats seemed to disappear overnight. I would appreciate it if someone could confirm if the concert is close to being sold out. Thank you.

I waited in line on the Ticketmaster app for over an hour on my phone to get BTS tickets for my niece. When it was finally my turn, the app just gave me a white screen. It is still there on my phone and will not let me purchase my tickets. I am extremely upset about this and cannot even explain it. There were plenty of tickets available, and there probably still are, but I cannot access them anymore. I had perfect service on my phone, so it was not an issue of not having Internet or cell phone service. It was a crash in the application.

I am facing a problem with the tickets my wife purchased for the MercyMe concert. We were not provided with a confirmation number or seat information, yet $[redacted] was deducted from my account. Unfortunately, we have a family emergency requiring us to be in Lafayette for a loved one's surgery. I would greatly appreciate assistance in facilitating a refund. I understand there may be associated charges, and I am willing to cover them. Thank you for your help in this matter.

I have received my three tickets for the Take That concert on May 12th, [redacted], at the Arena Birmingham. The ticket numbers are Block F, Row K, seats 12, 13, and 14.
I will be attending the concert with my sister and her partner. My sister, who has MS, is finding it increasingly challenging to walk and stand for long periods. Can you please let me know if it's possible to exchange these tickets for more accessible seats?
Additionally, could you provide information on the availability of parking bays near the entrance for Blue Badge holders like my sister?
The tickets were purchased by Paula Morris from 4 Longleat Close, Banbury, OX16 9TG, using a credit card ending in xxxx [redacted].
Thank you for your help. I am eagerly awaiting your response.
Best regards,
Paula Morris

Hello,
I hope you are doing well.
My name is Marcelina Spychalska and I am from Canada. I recently purchased a ticket for the BTS concert in London, UK on June 2nd, [redacted], from a reseller. Since I am not located in the UK, I used the address of the hotel I was planning to stay at as my mailing address. Due to unexpected personal circumstances, I will not be available at that address. My ticket has been sent to the hotel, and I am unable to retrieve it as no one can collect it on my behalf. Additionally, the hotel cannot hold the ticket for me until my arrival. I am concerned about what will happen to my ticket and if I will be able to pick it up.
I have already paid for my ticket with order number RE[redacted]. The ticket details are SECTION: BK [redacted], ROW: 19, SEAT: [redacted]-[redacted]. The event is BTS on Sunday, June 2nd, [redacted], at 19:30 at Wembley Stadium in London, UK.
I would greatly appreciate any suggestions or solutions to this situation. Is it possible for me to receive an electronic version of the ticket via email? Please advise on the available options. Thank you for your assistance.
Best regards,
Marcelina Spychalska

I purchased 2 tickets for Marvel Universe Live at Verizon Arena in Little Rock, AR for the 3/9/19 show at 11am with order number 28-[redacted]/SCS. On the day of the event, a tornado warning was issued in our local area. Despite wanting to attend, we had to take precautions due to the severe weather. I called Ticketmaster Customer Service at around 10:15 am to exchange the tickets for a different show time due to the circumstances. However, I was told that I had missed the cutoff time of 10am for exchanges. Feeling disappointed, I ended up buying new tickets for the 3/10/19 show with order 34-[redacted]/SCS. I did not seek a refund, just wished to exchange the tickets. As someone familiar with tornado conditions, I was worried about taking my child out in such weather. It seems Ticketmaster did not consider the safety of their customers in this situation. I paid $84.30 for the unused tickets and an additional $78.10 for the new ones. I would appreciate a refund for the unused tickets and hope to discuss this matter further. Thank you for your attention.
Regards,
Sondra S.

I had difficulty purchasing tickets through the Ticketmaster app for the May 8th Tool show. Despite clicking on tickets immediately, I couldn't select them. When I tried calling Ticketmaster within 20 minutes of the tickets going on sale, I accidentally reached a service called Master Events. The person I spoke to had tickets for all areas but was selling them at highly inflated prices. Now, the show is sold out, and I'm disappointed that I couldn't buy 2 tickets but scalpers managed to get their hands on tickets and are reselling them at much higher prices. I accessed the app before the sale started but still had to wait in a queue for 20 minutes, only to be unable to purchase tickets in the lower areas. I just want 2 tickets for the event at face value, not the excessive prices scalpers are asking for. It's disheartening that these online sellers are allowed to exploit fans with inflated ticket prices, enabled by the event and venue operators.

Hello, I have an inquiry regarding my tickets for the BBC Radio 1 Big Weekend.
I bought 4 tickets in 'Pot 1' using my Middlesbrough address as a Middlesbrough council resident for over a year. However, I used a debit card linked to my mother's address in Billingham, which is in 'Pot 2'. Recently, I learned that the billing address of the card should match the postcode entered for ticket purchase. I realized my card might still be registered at my previous address.
What will happen next? I don't want to lose my tickets. I can provide proof of address with a council tax bill from Middlesbrough council sent to my current address in Middlesbrough. The tickets can be sent there or to the address linked to the card if necessary.
Thank you for addressing my concern.

Hello,
I have a question regarding the tickets for the 'BBC Radio 1 Big Weekend'. I bought four tickets in 'Pot 1' using my Middlesbrough address. Although I've been a resident of Middlesbrough for over a year, I used a debit card with my mother's address in Billingham under 'Pot 2' to pay. I recently realized that the billing address for the card used should match the postcode entered during the purchase. I can provide proof of address via a council tax bill if necessary, confirming my Middlesbrough residency. I'm unsure of the next steps to ensure I don't lose my tickets. Could you please advise on how to proceed in this situation? Thank you.

I am looking to buy 9 tickets for the Monster Jam Nationals in Orlando on May 11, [redacted], but the website limits purchases to 8 tickets per household. I need them together, even if in separate rows. I've tried calling without luck, and my family is excited about this trip. Please contact me at [redacted]1 to discuss how to proceed. Thank you.

I bought 3 tickets for Elton John's Goodbye Yellow Brick Road show in Columbia, SC on March 13, [redacted] from Ticketmaster. We selected seats in section [redacted], but upon arrival, our tickets wouldn't scan. We were given new tickets for section [redacted] behind the stage, obstructing our view. Many others faced the same issue. I had saved up for over a year for these tickets and was extremely disappointed. A refund seems reasonable given the last-minute seat change without explanation. I hope to resolve this soon.

I am writing to request a full refund for the three tickets I bought for your show today. Multiple issues led to us missing the first 45 minutes of the performance. Despite arriving at 4:30 for a 5:00 start, we faced a 35-minute wait in a line of over [redacted] people due to only one security check-in staff. Upon entering, the show had begun, and seating was restricted due to an elderly woman's unfortunate fall. The subsequent delay in medical assistance and the cleanup that followed caused further delays. The unpleasant odor and scene led to discomfort for many attendees. After missing a significant portion of the show, my wife and I decided to leave. This experience was highly disappointing, and I hope for improvements in the future. You can reach me at [redacted] or [redacted] Thank you.

I purchased tickets for the Book of Mormon show at the Fox Theater in Atlanta on July 22, [redacted] through Ticketmaster. Unfortunately, my husband was hospitalized on July 19, [redacted] and we couldn't attend the event. I contacted Ticketmaster immediately requesting a voucher or refund, but they claimed they couldn't provide either option. Months later, in January [redacted], I tried to recoup the $[redacted]+ I spent on the tickets without success. Recently, Ticketmaster denied the existence of these tickets in their system, insisting I must have bought them from a third party, which is untrue. I have proof of purchase showing Ticketmaster's name and my Visa statement confirms the transaction went to Ticketmaster. I feel let down by Ticketmaster's customer service and suspect I may have received fake tickets. Despite the setbacks, I am determined to seek reimbursement. Any guidance on escalating this matter within Ticketmaster would be appreciated. Thank you. R. Barclay.

I received tickets as a birthday present for the YG Atlanta concert at The Tabernacle on February 27th. The event got postponed due to scheduling issues, but I haven't seen any updates on a new date. Is there a possibility to exchange these tickets for another event of equal or higher value, and I'm open to paying the difference. Feel free to ask for more details or photos of the tickets if needed. My contact number is [redacted]. Thank you. - Heidi

Last June, my husband and I received gift cards from our family for our Ruby wedding anniversary. Unfortunately, due to my husband's medical issues and pending hip replacement surgery, we were unable to use them. Now, after his successful surgery and recovery, we have realized the cards are soon expiring. While exploring events in the north of the UK on Ticketmaster's website, we found limited options as most are in London, which we are unable to visit this year due to time constraints. We kindly request Ticketmaster to consider extending the expiry date for us, as we would be truly disappointed if we couldn't enjoy this thoughtful gift from our family. Thank you. - W and M Darnell from East Yorkshire

I was at work on Saturday, April 6th, when I received an email from Ticket Master at 4:38 PM. The email contained a confirmation and E-tickets for Shawn Mendes in Glasgow for the same day at 6:30 PM. I did not make this purchase, as the tickets cost £[redacted].50. Upon checking my online banking, I noticed the pending transaction. I contacted Halifax, who advised that it is Ticket Master's responsibility to refund the money due to this fraudulent transaction. Since the bank cannot assist while the transaction is pending, I am reaching out to Ticket Master to address this fraudulent activity on my account. Please contact me at your earliest convenience at [redacted]7. Thank you, Rebecca Shannon.

Hello Ticketmaster,
I recently tried to buy tickets through a Facebook group and unfortunately learned a valuable lesson. The seller provided a picture of tickets for the Luke Combs concert in Edmonton, Alberta, claiming the seats were in section [redacted], row 15, seats 3, 4, 5, 6, 7.
I hope you can assist in preventing those tickets from being used or taking any appropriate action.
Thank you for any help you can provide in this matter.

Additionally, my old address (10 Greenlea Fold) is outdated; my current address is 76 Leeds Road.
