After attempting to purchase tickets for the Boston Celtics vs. Charlotte Hornets game on Friday, I encountered an error when trying to get tickets in section [redacted], row 9, seats 9 and 10. Despite the error message, I later discovered that the transaction went through. Subsequently, I unknowingly also bought tickets for section [redacted], row 4, seats 4 and 5. Both purchases charged my account, leading me to realize the double booking. I've made several unsuccessful attempts to contact customer service, including phone calls, emails, and live chat. Unfortunately, I have not received any response or assistance regarding this double booking issue, and I am feeling frustrated by the lack of communication.

I purchased tickets for Michael W Smith at the Bijou Theatre for 7:30 pm for myself and my disabled son. Unfortunately, my car broke down on the way, and we won't be able to attend. I'm currently waiting for a tow truck. I'm wondering if there's any way to get a refund for my order #64-[redacted]/SCS, placed on June 25, [redacted]. The seats are for ORCLFT E6 and E7. I bought tickets on 10/4 using card ending in [redacted]. After receiving an email from Chase asking about the charges, my husband Chad replied the next day. The payment did not process through the original card but went through PayPal to card ending in [redacted] instead. I bought two tickets for the Australian Open night session on January 24, [redacted], at Margaret Court Arena. My order number is #50-[redacted]/AU2, Section 16, Row D, Seats [redacted] & [redacted]. Unfortunately, I accidentally purchased a child ticket (Seat [redacted]) instead of an adult ticket. I would like to correct this error and pay the price difference before the tickets are mailed out after October 16. I've tried to call multiple times and sent two emails to address this issue. I received my tickets for the ‘Legends of Country’ show on October 25th on my phone. When I tried to open them, I was prompted to use Adobe, which I don't have access to. I also attempted to add them to my wallet with no success. Following the online instructions was challenging as I do not have an Adobe account. I need assistance in accessing these tickets. I purchased two tickets for the concert "Queen + Adam Lambert - The Rhapsody Tour" scheduled at Mount Smart Stadium Auckland on Friday, February 7, [redacted], at 7:30 PM. The ticket is under the name Divya Singh. The purchase was made online on April 17, [redacted], at approximately 4:00 PM (India Time - GMT +5.30) using a State Bank of India credit card with the last four digits [redacted], costing [redacted] NZ dollars. The email provided for ticket receipt is [redacted] Unfortunately, no confirmation was received upon account creation or ticket purchase. I recently purchased a ticket for the Whitesnake/Foreigner concert at Manchester Arena on 8th June [redacted]. I attended Jonathan‘s brothers' show in Boston on November 24. The tickets were purchased with confirmation number 66–[redacted]/NY2. I listed my tickets under listing P2106C98, but I believe I didn't remove them from the Internet quickly enough. I attempted to enter the show at the TD Garden, but I was denied access. I realize there may be consequences for not following all guidelines, as I am quite busy lately and may have missed details or fine print.
I may not have followed instructions completely, but I showed up expecting entry and was disappointed. I am wondering if a partial discount is possible or if I am simply out of luck.

This was my first ticket purchase experience, and it was disappointing. I bought tickets for Dave East at the Underground in Charlotte and got into a car accident on the way to the concert. Despite reaching out to customer service via chat multiple times that night, the chat mysteriously closed without a response. I finally spoke to an agent the next day, but I was informed that I couldn't get a refund without purchase insurance and couldn't transfer the payment to another purchase either. It feels unfair that I have no options considering the unforeseen circumstance of my car accident. I'm frustrated to be out nearly $90 with no recourse.

I recently bought tickets for the Dixie Nationals Rodeo. I chose a specific section where I wanted to sit. However, upon receiving my confirmation letter, I realized that the seats I paid for were not in the section I selected. I intended to get seats in section CD, row B, as those were the tickets I thought I was purchasing. I am disappointed with the service provided as it did not match my initial request.

I bought a ticket for Elrow WHP on December 14th. When I check my account to view it, it shows "Unreserved" and says "This is not your ticket." It indicates that my ticket is available through mobile entry, yet there is no barcode displayed. I can still see my order number and all the details except the barcode. How can I make the scan barcode appear on my ticket?

Hello, I need your assistance. I possess 2 general admission paper tickets for the Lewis Capaldi concert tonight at the O2 Academy in Glasgow. I wanted to purchase 3 tickets for the Celine Dion concert on 12/09/19 in Toronto using my Visa card ending in [redacted]. The website declined my card twice for amounts of $[redacted] and $[redacted]. I then attempted a third time with my wife's Visa card ending in [redacted] for $[redacted], but it was also declined. Despite this, I noticed all three transactions on our Visa account. I contacted my Visa company, and they confirmed the transactions. I trust that I won't be charged for these unsuccessful transactions. I would appreciate it if you could cancel them promptly.

I purchased tickets for the Louisville Bowl game this morning at 10:30 am. Unfortunately, I realized two hours later that I wouldn't be able to attend the event. I contacted the ticket seller to request a refund, and they directed me to Klarna for assistance. After calling Klarna, they informed me that I needed to reach out to Ticketmaster to cancel the order. Can someone please help me cancel this order? I purchased Sea Hawk tickets for the game on the 29th for $[redacted] from a season ticket holder. After I paid this person, the tickets were cancelled the next day from my account and resold to someone else. The ticket is in my Apple Wallet, but it disappeared from my Ticketmaster account. The person's name is Katelyn Palok, and she appears to be reselling tickets multiple times, potentially scamming people.

I ordered tickets for the NF The Search Tour in Tulsa, Oklahoma on April 10. Yesterday, it indicated that my tickets were being processed and would arrive within 24 hours. Today, when I checked my account, it stated they were avoided. Does this mean my order was canceled due to an issue?
