I transferred and secured my number on TextNow, but I forgot my email and username. However, I do remember my phone number. I need assistance cleaning up my account so I can utilize it. I created the account solely to keep that number, but I haven't been able to use it. Please either enable me to access my account with my number or help me transfer my number elsewhere. Thank you.
I've had number [redacted] for years. I considered getting a phone through Optimum internet so I asked if my number was available. Yes, it was since I had paid to reserve it for about a year. I ultimately decided not to get the phone from Optimum. When I tried to get my number back from TextNow, they said they recycled the number, which was disappointing. This number is connected to my Google account and my Facebook. I provided pictures to TextNow as proof, but they claimed they didn't have any records.
I'm Belinda Collier and I'm having an issue with my TextNow app. The phone number linked to it is [redacted]. I previously explained the problem, and you sent me a reset code once. When I tried to change the email associated with it, I was unable to do so. The old email is [redacted], and the new one is [redacted] I have important calls to make urgently. I am encountering issues signing up/logging into the 2ndLine app. After completing all details and clicking on sign up/login, a 'verify you are a human' message appears, but the verification box never shows up. I have searched online, contacted TextNow, and even tried signing up on my computer using an android emulator, but TextNow detected the emulator. I have not found a working solution so far. I am reaching out here hoping for assistance. Thank you.
