I am perplexed by the Tesco store policy at the Allerton rd branch restricting the availability of whole meal bread to odd days only. As a loyal customer, I believe that all bakery items should be accessible consistently. During my recent visit, I was disappointed to find no whole meal or white bread variants, which is not an isolated incident. Despite various explanations provided by staff, including baking schedules and availability, the limited bread selection is frustrating. Additionally, the manner in which the bread is packaged with tight knots or excessive tape poses challenges for customers with arthritis. The lack of attention from the cashier during checkout was also disheartening. Although there are commendable staff members, the overall experience has left me contemplating changing my shopping routine. As an employee at another major retailer, I can attest to a different standard of customer service. I kindly request prompt clarification on the bread availability matter at Tesco Allerton rd. Thank you.

Today, I received my grocery order from Tesco and was surprised by the poor way my groceries were packed. Items were carelessly thrown on top of each other, resulting in dents on some products and broken water biscuits. I have been using Tesco's delivery service for the past ten months, and their packing has always been excellent up until now. This is the first time I've experienced such a subpar packing standard from them. I'm unsure if it was the packers or the driver responsible, but I hope this is not repeated in the future.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the two rump steaks purchased at the Potters Bar store last Thursday. The quality of the steaks was extremely poor as they were tough and inedible. Despite being priced at £4.80 each, reduced to £3.80 with a clubcard, the total cost was £7.60. As pensioners, it is difficult for us to afford wasting money on such low-quality food. I kindly request a refund for this purchase. Sincerely, Denise A. Clubcard number: [redacted] 5[redacted]

I reside in Lymington, Hampshire at SO41 8JR, part of a community of seven cottages designated for individuals over 55 years old. Among us, we share a single visitors parking spot clearly labeled "Parking for Hamilton Place only." Recently, I have observed a recurring issue with the Tesco delivery driver utilizing this space when delivering to Bucklers Mews next door. Despite having politely reminded him once before about this misplacement, he responded rudely citing vehicle height restrictions. However, there is a lane adjacent to our properties where he could park without issue. Today, the same situation occurred, with the driver parking in our designated spot once more without regard, and given his previous behavior, I chose not to intervene. Regrettably, I am unable to locate a contact number for the Lymington Tesco branch to address this matter further. Could someone please investigate this occurrence? The incident took place at 4:30 pm today. I would be grateful for any assistance. Regards, Jenny.

I recently had an extremely frustrating experience at Colney Hatch Tesco. The self-service checkout I used had a malfunctioning belt and customers ahead of me had trouble scanning items and caused delays by spilling things. It took about 20 minutes for a small purchase, which led to me feeling overwhelmed and even crying. Despite being a long-time customer at the store, this visit left me incredibly disappointed, especially upon hearing that Tesco plans to switch to all self-service tills. As a customer over 80 years old, I am concerned about the lack of traditional checkouts. The manager suggested going to Sainsbury's, but my past experience there was also poor. It's disheartening that other stores like M&S are also moving towards self-service only. I believe Tesco could stand out by keeping some traditional checkouts for customers who value personalized service like myself. This incident has truly marred what was supposed to be a pleasant day.

At the Callington store in Cornwall, there is a software problem in their self-service section where the self-weigh products are not matching the labels on the screen tiles. This mismatch can lead to incorrect charges. I have informed the shop floor attendant about this last week and today. I believe Tesco should address this issue and ensure that the store staff, including managers, adhere to the uniform policy during duty for a more professional appearance and clear store identity.

I am a frequent shopper at the Tesco Leyland store. On 22/05/23, I bought a fresh chicken with a use-by date of 29/05/23. Upon opening the package today to cook it, I noticed immediately that the chicken had spoiled by the foul smell. I cannot return it to the store due to the condition, but I took a photo of the wrapper with the use-by date. I don't have the receipt as I disposed of it recently, but I used shop and scan, so the purchase should be on record. My clubcard number is [redacted] 4[redacted]. Could you kindly arrange a refund for this item?

My name is Terry Wakefield, and I would like to address an issue with your fresh meat supplier. As a 73-year-old retired butcher, I have noticed that they are making joints of pork look leaner by cutting a wedge of fat out just below the rind. I have experience in the traditional and supermarket over-the-counter trade where I learned to display the less appealing side of the meat to avoid customer complaints. The Tesco closest to me is in Milford Haven, Pembrokeshire, and I urge you to investigate the supplier for this practice. I hope that Tesco will take my feedback into consideration before I escalate this matter further. Thank you for your attention. Sincerely, Terry Wakefield

On 1/6/[redacted], at Tesco Extra in Carmarthen, South West Wales, I experienced a fall in-store. While speaking to my terminally ill husband in a wheelchair and my two sons, including one who works at Tesco, two customers approached, causing me to step back and trip over a protruding piece of metal on a fixture. This resulted in injuries to my back, coccyx, shoulder, and arm. I feel it is important to bring this to your attention to prevent a similar incident from happening to others. The situation could have been much more serious, especially for elderly individuals. I have photographic evidence of the fixture where the incident occurred.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Conduct of Employee at Trinity Square Gateshead Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to report an incident involving one of your employees at Trinity Square Gateshead. Recently, I was informed that this employee has been spreading false and defamatory comments about both me and my friend in a public setting, damaging our reputations. The comments allege that I intentionally caused a disabled person to trip by obstructing their walking stick, which is entirely untrue. The individual responsible for these remarks is Martin from Sydney Court Gateshead, who works part-time at the Gateshead branch. Despite reporting the issue to a manager named David, no resolution has been reached as David has been reluctant to address it directly with Martin. I am deeply concerned about the impact this situation may have on my standing in the community and potentially on my job. I urge you to promptly investigate this matter and take appropriate action to address this misconduct. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Paul Ennis

I am writing to share a recent experience my wife had with Tesco Cranberry Juice. She purchased 4 bottles at £1.15 each, part of the club card offer of 4 for £3.50. Today, she noticed that one of the bottles had a best before date of April 23 printed on it. The purchase was made on the 15th of June [redacted] at 11:23 at store [redacted] in Emery Gate Chippenham. It seems disappointing that the product was already a day past its best before date, affecting our experience. On another note, I have observed that Tesco seems to have discontinued selling milk in 6-pint containers, as I have not seen any available for purchase in the past month. Thank you for your attention to these matters. - R.W.

I reside on the Isle of Skye in the north of Scotland and I rely on ordering groceries online for delivery to Portree. Lately, the website has been frequently experiencing outages, making it impossible for me to place orders. I have contacted Tesco multiple times about this issue in the past few weeks but have not seen any improvements. Despite being regular customers throughout the year, it feels like Tesco has overlooked customers like us who rely on online shopping. If we cannot rely on a consistent service from Tesco, we may need to take our business elsewhere. I remain hopeful that this issue will be resolved soon. Best regards, Will B.

Today at 8:15am, I visited Tesco Express on Whitehouse Common Road in Sutton Coldfield with my ill two-year-old daughter to buy calpol and cough medicine. While at the self-checkout, my daughter scanned a chocolate bar and I allowed her to scan and "pay" for the items with my card, as we have done before. A staff member informed me my daughter couldn't pay due to her age and the medicine being considered. Despite explaining the situation, there was confusion, upsetting me. The issue was eventually resolved. The handling of the situation was distressing, and I believe the staff member needs more training in discretion. I want to know if the concern was about my parenting or my daughter's purchase capabilities. The support from other customers was appreciated, but the incident was unnecessary. I am willing to provide the employee's name for further action and hope this can be a learning opportunity.

On June 15th, I attempted to redeem my two £5 points vouchers at Hungry Horse. Both transactions went through, depleting my points to zero, but I only received one code, leaving me with £5 worth of points remaining instead of the expected zero balance. Since that was the last opportunity to earn triple points, the remaining £5 is now worth only double points. Despite the website experiencing heavy traffic issues, I feel that I have missed out on what should have been a £15 voucher for Hungry Horse.

I have tried contacting Tesco over the phone but haven't been able to reach a person due to the automated system. I purchased a double duvet cover, fitted sheet, and pillowcases from the Colney Hatch London store on June 29th. Unfortunately, I discovered a rip in the fitted sheet after washing it this morning before use. As I have difficulty walking, I will need my sister to assist me in returning to the store. I kindly request confirmation that I have reported the issue and seek assurance that I can return for a replacement when I am able to revisit. I have the receipt available for reference.

Hello, I recently placed an online food order with Tesco for delivery to my home. Unfortunately, I accidentally provided my old address at Cupar Balmerino Place 3a, KY154DN. By the time I noticed the mistake, it was too late to make any changes. I assumed someone would inquire about the person who paid for the order. However, on the day of delivery, I lost my phone, making it difficult to be contacted. To my surprise, when I checked the delivery status today, it showed as "delivered." I am concerned about who received my shopping without verifying the recipient's name. I am now worried about getting a refund of 63 pounds, which is a significant amount for me. I reside at 11 GL Pitfour Street, Dundee, DD22NU. If anyone can advise me on how to reclaim my money, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you. Karolina W.

During my time at Tesco, I encountered a suspicious situation involving a former colleague named Ahsan Longrai, who was leaving for another store. One day in August, he had a dongle, and I didn't think much of it until recently. There was also a girl, possibly Mariam, who was friendly with him, and they spoke in their language. I later discovered my bag open with both of them nearby, but they denied any involvement. I suspect the dongle may have been a hacking device as Ahsan's behavior seemed dubious. Upon leaving, I realized my phone was unlocked on the table as I had been using AirPods to listen to music. This incident led to accusations against me and unpleasant treatment. Interestingly, the girl found her missing AirPods later.

This morning at Tesco Pitsea, my experience with the staff was highly disappointing. After paying for my groceries and exiting the store, a female Tesco security staff member accused me of setting off the alarm. She insisted it was triggered by the steak in my bag, but upon checking, I found no security tag on the steak. She then claimed all steaks have security devices, which seemed unreasonable to me. This experience has made me reconsider shopping at Tesco. I felt humiliated and unjustly treated, especially in front of other customers. I hope Tesco addresses these issues with their staff and training procedures. Looking forward to your response.

I recently bought diesel fuel from your Bridge Of Don, Aberdeen station. The pump and forecourt sign indicated the price was £1.35 per litre, but I was charged £1.47.9 per litre on my receipt. This discrepancy is concerning, and I kindly request a refund of £5.65. The transaction was made at Pump 2 for Momentun 99 at 14:34 on 8/7/23. Please respond promptly via email at [redacted] Thank you.
