Hello, I wanted to share my experience with the 'gold label' 80 tea bags I recently purchased on Sunday. After buying them, I noticed that when I pour hot water over the tea bags, the bags split at the edge seal, causing the contents to spill out. This has happened with every bag I've tried so far. I bought the box from the Tesco store at the Brookfield Centre in Cheshunt, Herts.

I need to file a complaint about the footpath access from Hewits Avenue. I use my mobility scooter to travel from New Waltham to the shops, but I encountered a barrier that blocked my way. I had to go back home as it was my first time out after being ill. It was really disappointing and frustrating. I heard it might take two weeks to fix this issue, but I believe this is not acceptable for disabled individuals. I reported this to the council, as I didn't get a response from you initially.

I apologize for having to send this message. I visited your Swansea Cadle Extra store on August 19, [redacted]. It was a very emotional day for me as it was my dad's first birthday since my mom passed away a few weeks ago. My husband stopped by the store on our way back to Carmarthen from visiting my dad in Llantrisant. I bought 3 pairs of bathers on sale to try on at home since fitting rooms were unavailable. While self-scanning, I noticed one pair had no hygiene strip. I informed the staff twice, but they assured me it was fine. Days later, I tried to return them at Carmarthen Tesco, only to be told I couldn't return the pair without the strip. This left me upset as I was told otherwise in Swansea. Now I'm stuck with items that don't fit and can't be returned. Despite them being on sale, it's still frustrating to lose out on £8. I was instructed to go back to Swansea to resolve the issue, which is inconvenient. As a loyal customer, I am disappointed by this experience.

I am trying to reach Russell Brown, the Store Manager at Berwick-upon-Tweed. Coldstream's community is fundraising on October 1st at the Royal British Legion to buy a Defibrillator for the town. Many in Coldstream rely on Tesco Berwick-upon-Tweed for their shopping. As a former Coldstream Guard and British Legion member for 23 years, I too will be there. While on vacation in Tiverton, I visited the Tesco Tiverton Blundells store. I had my Clubcard with me but the cashier didn't inquire about it, and I forgot to present it as I was rushed since my wife was waiting in the car. The checkout occurred at 3:18 PM on 09/14/[redacted]. Unfortunately, I missed out on £5.76 in Clubcard savings. Upon returning to our accommodation and unpacking, my wife asked about the Clubcard savings, prompting me to notice my mistake. The next day at 12:09 PM on 09/15/[redacted], I returned to the store but was informed at Customer Services that they could credit my Clubcard points only, not the £5.76 as their policy had changed, requiring claims to be made the same day. As an elderly pensioner, every penny counts, and reclaiming £5.76 is significant. It seems more reasonable to allow claims within 24 hours. I have photos of the receipt for reference.

We needed to switch our Tesco car insurance from my name to my wife's. The cost was high, so we researched new quotes. Tesco offered the best rate, so we switched but kept the same car registration. We forgot to cancel the automatic renewal, so now we have two Tesco insurance policies for the same vehicle. I tried calling Tesco Customer Services, but their line is closed. Can someone assist me?

Yesterday, I received my order, but instead of the raspberry Activia yogurt I ordered, I received the Activia strawberry flavor. Due to a severe allergy to strawberries, consuming them caused me to have a reaction, requiring the use of my epi pen and an ambulance visit. The lack of substitution notification led to this serious incident. As a safety precaution, I had someone with me at the time. The error is concerning, and I believe it requires immediate attention. Complaint regarding service standards at the Hawkes Green Store in Cannock. Once again, there was a shortage of staff and inaccurately marked prices on items, as is often the case. Today, when attempting to purchase flowers at the self-service checkout, the price was incorrect. After seeking assistance, the staff member was unable to override the error, leading to a suggestion to use a card-only payment terminal. Wanting to pay by cash, I proceeded to a staffed checkout where the issue also required authorization. After a prolonged wait, I decided not to purchase the flowers due to the ongoing problems. The service and pricing at this store are consistently disappointing. It seems necessary for there to be effective management in place to address these recurring issues.

After placing my first online grocery order, the delivery didn't arrive, and I had to call them to resolve the issue. Concerns about Construction Noise at Tesco, 7 Broughton Road, Edinburgh
I have been enduring the deafening construction noise from 7am to 5pm daily for nearly 3 months now. The constant scraping, screeching, drilling, and banging, accompanied by the loud beeping, are intolerable. I am eagerly awaiting the end of this relentless disruption, as I have witnessed roads being built in a fraction of the time. I am puzzled about the reason why the parking lot is repeatedly dug up. The generator stationed near my home in the west produces an ongoing low rumble that disrupts my day from the onset. I sincerely hope this cacophony will cease soon. As a loyal customer who frequents Tesco almost daily, my patience is being truly tested.

Is it even possible to speak to a human at Tesco? The phone numbers I've tried only offer automated options, none of which connect me to a person. How can I contact a human? The customer service is lacking. I have a simple query but none of the options help. Please address this issue. Customers should have the option to talk to a real person.
