Hello, my name is Mrs. Kathryn Bathers, and I recently moved to Penley near Wrexham. I have been receiving home deliveries from Tesco without any issues previously. However, since my move, there have been continuous problems with my deliveries. The items I request are frequently unavailable, leading to substitutions or even items being out of stock for weeks. I shop biweekly, and I understand that the goods come from the Ellsmere superstore. Would it be possible for my orders to be fulfilled from the Wrexham superstore instead? I have been a loyal Tesco customer for five years, but the delivery service and stock availability in Ellsmere have been disappointing. I am considering switching supermarkets despite my love for Tesco's finest foods. It has become challenging to access the products I need as they are often unavailable for extended periods. I apologize for this inconvenience but I am inquiring if my deliveries could originate from the Wrexham branch. Thank you. Mrs. K A Bathers

I feel uncomfortable and hesitant to visit shops with beggars outside, especially when they are drinking. Due to this, I tend to avoid these establishments and choose to spend my money elsewhere, where there are no beggars loitering outside or inside the premises.
It is disheartening to see that some Tesco Express stores, like the one at Cobden Avenue, Southampton, SO18 1FX, seem to tolerate beggars outside their entrances, even on private property. This was evident today around 2:50 pm and even after an hour and a half later, the beggar was still present and consuming alcohol.
I urge Tesco to prohibit beggars from lingering outside their stores and to actively discourage this behavior. I suggest that Tesco promptly remove any beggars who appear and educate customers on why they should refrain from giving money to beggars, while providing information on meaningful ways to assist those truly in need.

I would like to share a recent experience at Tesco in Shankill, Belfast. During a shopping trip with my partner and twin two-year-old sons, we encountered an upsetting incident. My partner was accused of not paying for items, and we were followed by security. This made us feel humiliated and singled out in front of other customers. The situation escalated when we were confronted about a banana and a toy my son had mistakenly dropped. Despite explaining our circumstances, the confrontation continued, causing further distress. As a cancer patient undergoing treatment, the experience was particularly difficult for me. I hope to receive an apology from the staff involved to address the way we were treated. I am disappointed in how we were perceived and treated during what should have been a routine shopping trip.

On October 3rd and 5th, while browsing Facebook, I came across an advertisement for a portable and foldable steel carport measuring 250x600cm. Clicking the ad led me to a webpage called IT-TESCO with colorful images of the carport, prompting me to proceed. On both days, I completed the form with my name, address, email, and phone number, and made online payments via Postepay for two separate charges of 44.92€ each, which were successfully processed according to the post office. The beneficiary for the charges is listed as TECHSETTR SINGAPORE SG with numbers [redacted] and [redacted]. The sales presentation mentioned that I would receive shipping and delivery details, but I have not heard anything since then. I am seeking information about my purchase. Thank you. Gennaro A. Via del Fosso della Castelluccia [redacted]/14, [redacted] Rome, phone: [redacted].

I am frustrated that the online ordering process keeps skipping steps and going straight to checkout and booking a slot, causing unnecessary delays and confusion. It's frustrating when previous orders are misplaced and items need to be re-ordered multiple times. This process can be overwhelming, especially for older customers like myself.

I would like to share my experience with Harvest Growth soya milk. Over the summer, I suffered from severe asthma problems. I couldn't identify the cause and even visited my doctor for a chest infection check due to the asthma flare-up. In September, I switched back to Tesco's organic soya milk and noticed my wheezing and coughing disappeared. Recently, I bought Harvest Growth milk again, and unfortunately, my asthma symptoms returned. I urge the company to investigate this product as it seems to trigger serious chest issues for asthmatic individuals. I bought two boxes that I will now have to discard. For further communication, you can reach me at Gillian [redacted] @ gmail.com or [redacted]2. Sincerely, G. K.

During my recent visit to Cleethorpes Tesco Extra, the store was bustling with customers. I, unfortunately, faced challenges with my balance and walking due to strokes, and thus resorted to using one of the provided mobility scooters. Maneuvering around the store proved to be quite challenging as I encountered customers who seemed unaware of my presence or purposely obstructed my path. The abundance of Shop and Go trolleys scattered throughout the aisles added to the difficulty, with some shoppers lingering around and blocking the way. Politely waiting for them to move instead of using the scooter's horn became a necessity. I believe the Shop and Go system at Tesco should be reevaluated to ensure smoother operations. In light of my experience, I have decided to explore shopping at Asda or Morrisons in the future to avoid a similar ordeal.

I signed up with Tesco Mobile believing I would receive customer service from a British call centre. Disappointingly, I've spent two days speaking with representatives in South Africa and India, struggling to resolve an issue with a missing SIM card in my new phone. I'm frustrated by the lack of British support and feeling misled by their promises during sign-up.

Hello. Today, I purchased several items at Tesco. However, upon returning home and reviewing my receipt, I noticed that the cashier mistakenly charged me for three cauliflowers instead of one, resulting in an overcharge of 3 pounds. I would appreciate it if Tesco could refund the excess amount back to my card without necessitating an in-store explanation. I can provide the receipt as evidence of the error showing the triple charge for the cauliflower. Thank you.

Hello, I recently had an online chat regarding an issue, but I am unable to locate the chat history. The representative provided me with a phone number to call today to update my bank card information.
The problem I encountered was on December 3rd when I made a purchase at the Carlisle Warwick Road store. I paid £[redacted].76 for groceries, and an additional charge of £4.45 was deducted from my card on the same day. My bank confirmed the charge was related to Tesco groceries.
I am certain I only made one payment and would like clarification on the second charge. The customer service representative mentioned that their records only show the £[redacted].76 payment.

Subject: Issue with Tesco Money Saving Coupons
Hello Customer Service,
I hope this message finds you well. Upon returning from our Tesco shop last Friday, I received the latest Tesco Money Saving Coupons in the mail. However, I noticed that the first voucher, valued at £12, was already expired by 5 days.
As we rely on these vouchers to manage our household expenses with a limited income, this oversight is disappointing for us. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Wishing you all Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
Thank you for your attention to this issue.
Best regards,
Richard C.

I have attempted to call Tesco Customer Service at the Holmbush Centre, but unfortunately, no one is picking up the phone.
I have a couple of concerns: 1) I am wondering why Tesco has decided to stop carrying Kerrygold Butter. I have been buying it for years and when I inquired about it, the Customer Service representative took my number promising to call me back. It has been three weeks, and I haven't received any response. I prefer Kerrygold because the cows are grass-fed.
2) I am also curious why Tesco has discontinued stocking the Frozen Swedish Style Meatballs. They were available a few weeks ago, but now they are nowhere to be found. A staff member tried to locate them using the stock checker but couldn't find any information.
It is frustrating that Tesco stops selling items without any explanation, and even the employees seem unaware of the reasons. In the past, I had a similar experience when looking for Dreamies for my cat, which also disappeared without any explanation. I hope for a response this time, as it seems the Customer Service team hasn't deemed my inquiries important enough to address.
Regards,
P. H. Le Grice

I purchased a pay-as-you-go mobile online for £42.99, believing it included a £10 top-up. Being 83 years old, I needed assistance assembling the phone at a local store, where I paid an additional £10 for credit. I later realized the credit is only valid for one month, which I find inconvenient as I only use the phone for emergencies. It is not truly pay-as-you-go if I must top up monthly for minimal use. I would like to return the phone for a refund as I am dissatisfied with the terms. Thank you. Marion B.

I would like to acknowledge the exceptional service provided by one of your delivery drivers, Kieth, who went above and beyond during the delivery of order [redacted] this morning. While some drivers can be unhelpful, Kieth's efforts were truly appreciated, especially for elderly and disabled customers like me and my neighbor. We have been wanting to express our gratitude and hope that Kieth's dedication is recognized and perhaps he could even provide training to others. Kieth stands out as one of the best, and we truly value his hard work. Please ensure that he is aware of how much he is valued. Thank you, Brenda James.

The pay-at-pump-only filling station in Tetbury, Glos deducts £[redacted] from my bank account each visit regardless of how much fuel I purchase. The real inconvenience is that the adjustment takes five days to reflect accurately, affecting my available funds immediately. I've discontinued using this station due to this frustrating situation.

I have been a loyal customer of Tesco for many years. Recently, I was hospitalized for 8 weeks, and my son handled the orders for delivery to my address. Unfortunately, he forgot to use my Tesco Clubcard vouchers. I am trying to check if any vouchers have expired and if I have missed any. I visited the Clubcard site and have a list of redeemed vouchers, but I cannot match them with my remaining vouchers since the online codes are not provided for each one. I also tried to update my new mobile number by calling twice, but both times the call was disconnected. My new mobile number is [redacted]4.

I have been trying to upgrade my sim only contract to the £11 a month offer with no success. When I tried to proceed to checkout, I noticed that the debit card information stored was incorrect, even though you have been receiving payments correctly. Furthermore, my surname was misspelled as "Bartcham" instead of Bartram. I have since corrected the debit card details in my account. However, now I am unable to complete the upgrade due to the recent payment details change, and I am instructed to try again later. This whole process, which should be straightforward, has been incredibly frustrating. If I continue to face these issues, I will consider switching to a different mobile provider. Contacting customer service has been extremely difficult.

I recently bought curtains from Scotts of Stow with my Tesco credit card. The catalog mentioned they are wine-colored, but I received red curtains. When I contacted them, they mentioned a slight color variation. I sent a picture comparing the catalog to what I got, showing the clear difference. They agreed to accept a return but won't cover the delivery or return charges. Can anyone offer assistance with this issue?

While shopping at Tesco on April 11th for eggs, I noticed there were no signs indicating a limit on the number of boxes one could purchase. I proceeded to buy multiple boxes but was then informed by the cashier that there was indeed a limit of 3 boxes per customer. I expressed my dissatisfaction as I had not seen any signs about this restriction. Despite explaining the situation, the cashier's colleague reinforced the limit, which led to a conversation with the manager. The manager insisted on the limit without acknowledging any fault on their part for the missing signage. The manager's unfriendly attitude and insistence on enforcing the limit caused further frustration. I tried to explain the misunderstanding, but the manager was not receptive and provided no assistance. The whole experience left me feeling unhappy and unsatisfied with the customer service received.

My bank Visa card is being declined at my local Tesco store. Oddly, it works fine at the petrol station and everywhere else. We are regular customers at your store, visiting weekly, but this issue is distressing. It has happened four times in the last six weeks, and we have been loyal customers for many years!
Could you kindly investigate the card reader in your store to understand why it is rejecting my bank card for payment? This issue is occurring at 'Stafford Tesco.' On 29/04/[redacted], my bank confirmed that there are no problems with my VISA card.
