Hello dear administrators,
I have been unable to contact you for 7 days. Please help me as my account was stolen. My phone was being repaired, and after getting it back, I noticed someone else accessing my account. Initially, I thought it was a glitch, similar to a game message stating someone else was playing with my account on another device. However, when I saw the person playing had purchased a gold pass, I realized my game had been stolen.
I tried asking in chat for them to leave my game, but they continued to play. This has been happening since December 2nd, with the person playing for 12 days with my account. Finally, I was advised to change my email, which I did with relief, thinking my account would be safe. Unfortunately, half an hour later, I found my game blocked. I have all the game achievements, made my first payment for the gold pass, and know my village inside out with heroes and levels.
I sincerely ask for your help in restoring my account, as I have been without the game for 4 days now. I have been playing for 5 years, approximately since March 7, [redacted]. My username is "turok-XAH" at Town Hall 15. Please, I kindly request your assistance.

I would like to reach out to suggest an improvement for the game Clash of Clans.
Since the general chat disappeared, the recruitment system has become disappointing. The search is inefficient and mostly displays players already in clans, which is not helpful.
It would be great to have a "pseudo chat" that only shows clan recruitment ads or players looking for a clan. Users could use up to 5 keywords with specific buttons like "contact the clan" or "request to join" for clan ads, or "view profile" or "send invitation" for player ads.
This change could make recruitment more appealing and eliminate the need to recruit on external platforms like Facebook or Discord. I hope my idea is considered as I put effort into crafting this message. Thank you.

A few days ago, I began experiencing issues with my Clash of Clans game. The transitions between the main base and the builder base started to get stuck, leading me to repeatedly close and reopen the game. Yesterday, when trying to open the game, the opening scene would get stuck and not progress. Despite attempting to restart the game multiple times, clearing the cache and memory, and reinstalling the app three times, I continue to encounter the same problem. My player name is FancyPants, but I do not know my player ID number. I have dedicated a significant amount of time and money to this game, and it would be disappointing to lose it all. Hello. I experienced an issue where I lost my progress on the HayDay app after deleting and reinstalling it. Despite reaching out to support through the app and the HayDay contact form, my farm was not restored. Support advised me to log in with my email, but despite attempting to do so, I never received the verification code from Supercell. Additionally, my attempt to create a Supercell ID resulted in it being linked to a new farm that is not mine. I had reached level 49 and restarting is not something I wish to do. I would be extremely grateful for any assistance in recovering my original farm. Thank you for helping me regain access to my farm.

I have two villages that I switched to my Supercell ID. Now I wanted to load them into my clan after reinstalling my tablet. Unfortunately, I made a mistake during the reinstallation by connecting the starting village, which needs to be played in order to later load your actual village, with the Supercell ID.

Hello,
I've tried using the obstacle slider twice, but it hasn't worked either time. When I attempt to use the obstacle slider, I can't move the obstacle, so it remains in place even though the slider is used. I'm hoping this issue can be resolved, the spent obstacle sliders can be refunded, and I can once again have the option to move the obstacles I used the sliders on.

I was unexpectedly banned from the game for bug abuse, despite never intentionally exploiting any bugs. I reached out to support to clarify the situation and expressed my frustration about seeing YouTubers being sponsored for publicly exploiting bugs without consequences. Unfortunately, shortly after raising my concerns, I found myself banned for bug abuse as well. The ban came without specific details about which bug I allegedly abused, making it impossible for me to defend myself. On the day of the ban, I was simply playing a classic challenge and practicing with the mortar card when the ban was enforced mid-game.

I believe my account was unfairly banned for allegedly attempting phishing on an account I already own and could access. The ban occurred while I was trying to change my Supercell ID on a different account, leading to a misunderstanding. I found out that I needed to engage with the Support page to access the Chat with Us feature to change the Supercell ID after the ban. They banned me for not providing enough information to ensure the account's security. I tried reaching out via email on the Support page, but the support team's responses have been slow. Even in the game, I faced challenges with slow responses. Now, the in-game support team ignores my messages, convinced that the ban was justified and unwilling to consider the possibility of an error. Despite asking how I can prove my innocence, I only received responses stating that all possible solutions have been explored without any assistance offered.

I am a Clash of Clans player. Recently, someone with the username champ suman, account number 9J9YY2J9U, offered me their account, which I accepted due to its impressive base. After agreeing, I asked for instructions, and champ suman told me to provide an email address, I used "dangerous [redacted]" as instructed. Suddenly, champ suman informed me that my account had been stolen, admitting to enjoying taking others' accounts and mentioning that mine was not the first. My original username was aris17, which he changed to smart, and the account number is now QVLV8CJ2R. I am unable to access my account now. I have been playing Hay Day for years but noticed a strange issue lately. Even though I am connected to Supercell ID, I found that I was disconnected from Google Play within the game. When I went to my farm shop, someone else's farm name appeared instead of mine. I also saw someone else's farm name with my email address when trying to add an account to my email. I want the person's farm name removed from my email. I am unsure if this is a scam attempt. I attempted to contact Supercell ID support but can't access it as it kicks me out. Hello, I have previously saved Clash of Clans on Google Play, then received a save message from Supercell and saved it there too. Unfortunately, I forgot my Gmail password. I am having difficulty accessing my old Clash of Clans account that was previously linked to the Google account [redacted] and was not associated with a SUPERCELL ID. Upon connecting [redacted] to a SUPERCELL ID, a new account, which is currently townhall 9 with ID #LJYGGPGY9, was created, and I have been unable to access my original townhall 12 account named DEATH. After updating, I was surprised to find a new supercell account when I logged in. Unfortunately, it seems like I will need to start over from scratch using my Gmail account instead of my original GIMINI's account. I reached out in the chat room to explain the issue and requested a reset. The following day, my account was unexpectedly locked. I contacted the in-game help and support for assistance, but they are skeptical about confirming me as the rightful owner of the account.

I am Mr Arif Shahariar, and I have been playing Clash of Clans for nearly a decade. As a military officer who was on a UN mission in Sudan, I used my Clash of Clans ID regularly. However, upon returning to Bangladesh on January 11, [redacted], I discovered that my account had been banned for 31 days.
Previously, on October 12, [redacted], I encountered an issue with my account and thanks to the assistance of Supercell agent Alejandra, I was able to regain access to my ID. Additionally, in [redacted], when I wanted to change my account name, Supercell provided support.
Having invested both time and money into this account over the past seven years, losing access would be a significant setback for me. I recently purchased the Gold Pass this month but am unable to collect most of the rewards due to the ban. I was also planning to buy a new scenery, which will not be possible without access to my ID.
I believe the change in IP address from playing abroad to now being in Bangladesh might have triggered the ban. I have my Supercell ID and all necessary information, including purchase receipts, and I kindly request your help in unlocking my cherished account. I am willing to provide any additional verification needed and can receive an unlock code via email.

I am puzzled as to how this situation arose as I was active until around 3:00 p.m. yesterday. I had logged out to train my army and when I returned around 6:00 p.m., I discovered I was logged out of my Supercell ID. Upon trying to log back in, I received an error message stating, "Game account was not found. Please log in with another Supercell ID." Subsequently, I checked my Gmail and found a message stating, "Your Clash of Clans account has been disconnected from this Supercell ID account." Shockingly, it appears someone else has gained access to my account. I have dedicated much time and effort to reach Town Hall level 15, nearly maxing it out.
