I later logged in from my Huawei i7 phone but lost track of the account after it was activated in Russia. I can provide specific details about the account that only I would know to confirm my ownership. I have been playing Clash of Clans since [redacted] and have invested significant funds into the game over the years. Hello,
I am encountering an issue with my Supercell account. I forgot my phone's passcode and had to reset it, causing me to reinstall the game. However, I am unable to access my Supercell ID, even though I am prompted to load my old village, which is unsuccessful. The following message appears:
"Load village?

Despite numerous login attempts, I consistently receive this message:

In December [redacted], I was on Telegram with a person using the Gmail ID [redacted] Unfortunately, this person betrayed my trust by asking for my Supercell ID and then replacing it with his own, resulting in me losing all connection with my original ID. One key detail I remember about my base is that I had unlocked the Ice Queen skin and my Town Hall was level 12. I can verify that the ID is mine by mentioning that prior to the replacement, I had linked it to both Supercell and Google Play, where all my achievements and information were stored. The person changed the name to "toxic owner" and TH14. Following the incident, I had reached out via email at [redacted], sending numerous screenshots of my base and any relevant clues to prove my ownership. I kindly request a response and for the user with the Supercell ID [redacted] to be blocked, as it rightfully belongs to me.

I am having trouble accessing any Supercell game like Clash of Clans, Clash Royale, and Clash Mini. When I open the games, they get stuck on the loading bar. Despite trying various online suggestions like deleting the game and cache or restarting my iPhone 12, the issue persists. Four days ago, I tried to update my Supercell ID email, but the automated system locked my account and directed me to seek assistance. Despite my efforts to provide all requested information, the support team continues to claim I am not the account owner. I offered to submit my government ID, which contains my legal name matching the Supercell ID email. I shared past usernames, devices, account creation details, and even provided old receipts linked to my previous Apple ID that I can no longer access. I also attached recent receipts and offered detailed information about my registration date and recent purchases. I've done everything I can to prove my ownership. I simply want my account unlocked.

Supercell has locked my account as I wanted to update my Supercell ID email to my new address. Despite providing various details like previous names, devices used, account creation details, and attaching recent receipts, they keep insisting I'm not the owner. Even though I suggested verifying my identity with a Government ID and offering to provide full card details of recent purchases, my account remains inaccessible. I am frustrated as I shared specific information like the registration date and details of my purchases that only the account owner would know, but the issue has not been resolved yet.

While playing Clash of Clans, I encountered a player named Hayden. We chatted, and he requested my Gmail linked to Supercell. He asked for an OTP promising it would arrive shortly. I fell for it, shared the OTP, and he accessed my account, depleting my [redacted] to [redacted] gems. Now, my account is locked. Supercell, please unlock my account. Hello Supercell, I used to play this game some time ago and stored my game data in iCloud. Recently, when I tried to log in again, I received a message saying I was banned and that my current login method is no longer supported. I'd like to play the US version of Clash of Clans and retrieve my old game data without having to start from scratch. My game ID is Yunhanqaq, #P8RYQ9QUU. Although I can see myself in the friend list in the Tencent version, I'm unable to access my old game account. I hope to have my account back without the need to contact Tencent or Kunlun, as I no longer reside in China and lack a Chinese phone number to reach them. I submitted a customer support ticket through Supercell's chat feature because I wanted to recover an old account I had built years ago. I selected the lost account option and provided all the necessary information about it. However, the automated chat system seemed to ask me questions without considering how I lost my account. My old account was linked to Facebook from when that was possible, but I couldn't remember if I had a Supercell ID. As I tried to recover my old account to play, the chat bot accused me of phishing and locked me out of the new account I had created in the meantime to play with my son, for 31 days. It's frustrating that there was no way to explain the situation or clarify that the old account was actually mine. The customer service experience was definitely lacking.

Last week, my old iPhone 8 was swapped with an XR, causing my account linked to the old iPhone to be removed. My Clash of Clans village has been locked due to a hacking incident. Despite providing old purchase receipts and account name, my village remains locked even though it's linked to my Gmail. I've been attempting to recover my old Clash Royale account after a 2-year hiatus. I have invested money in Clash Royale and Clash of Clans. A Supercell representative named Joano tried to help but was unprofessional and seemed to misunderstand my issue. I believe I found my old account, T-bone, through a Google search, with similar cards and levels. Despite providing proof of a past purchase, the representative claimed it was my account. When I asked for further assistance based on my purchase history, he banned me for 31 days without listening to me. I am considering deleting both my Clash Royale and Clash of Clans accounts due to this disrespectful treatment. If there is no resolution, I will no longer support these games.

Over a year ago, I had an account banned due to using third-party software while playing Clash of Clans. It has been over a year, and I hope to recover my account to enjoy the game once more. Despite providing the requested information, they abruptly ended the chat without offering any assistance, leaving me frustrated and confused about the entire ordeal.

Recently, I was accused of phishing while trying to recover my older second account, Bunyan2, which I lost access to due to my device being inactive for a few years.
