I have lost access to my old iPhone SE account linked to [redacted] I recently switched to an Android device and cannot recall the password for my iCloud email, which I haven't used for a long time. I usually log in through Supercell and need the email for my account. I can provide proof of identity such as my driver's license or participate in a video call to verify my identity. I assure you I am not attempting anything fraudulent. My account was at Town Hall 9 with nearly all upgrades completed, except for the walls needing to reach level 10 and some barracks were not yet maxed. Please respond promptly. In the meantime, I will gather more information about my account to assist in resolving this issue.

I used to have an iPhone SE and possibly an iPhone 8 connected to the DayMan5 account under the email [redacted], which is now banned as I was trying to access it. The account is affiliated with Supercell, but I lack the necessary email or phone to regain access. Some details about the account include a Level 9 town hall, fully maxed defenses and mostly maxed walls, variable barracks levels with two maxed, three builders, a distinctive arrow-shaped active base pointing towards the bottom corner, and flags positioned at the top. My name is Dillion Day, and I believe I belonged to the "SC hillbillies" clan. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue.

I am attempting to regain access to my previous account, which was on a Samsung tablet that is no longer working. I have not used the account for approximately three to four years, possibly more like 4-5 years since I last changed the password. Since it was linked to an Android device and I am now using Apple products, I cannot remember the associated email address. I created a new account on my current device but when I tried to reclaim my old account recently, I was banned for allegedly attempting to steal someone's account. Interestingly, when I log into my current game, it displays my old account's name. The profile number for the old account is PQ8PJ08V, named Mynecksred, at level [redacted] with a fully upgraded Townhall 10, except for four levels on four and five levels on King. I believe the email for the old account might be [redacted] I also attempted to access my Supercell ID but did not receive the necessary email. I am hopeful to hear from you soon and eager to retrieve my account.

I have been playing Clash of Clans for a long time. Unfortunately, my phone was stolen, and due to traveling and being busy, it took me a while to address this issue. I've been trying to recover my account through the game's customer service "Recover Account" contact form. Each time I chat with them, they ask for details to verify my ownership, which I promptly provide, including screenshots from my personal email linked to the game. However, when I tried to log in yesterday after work, I was informed that my account has been banned for 31 days. I usually played on a Samsung S2 but occasionally used my personal laptop. Now, I have an iPhone and would like assistance in recovering my account.

I have been scammed badly, and my Clash of Clans account has been stolen. I wanted to sell it due to financial need, and a buyer took advantage of me. After taking all the account details, the person disappeared, leaving me without my account. The thief left my clan and joined a Pakistani clan, then moved to another one as well. I purchased the game believing I could progress steadily, but now in arena 13, I struggle to complete tasks. If I knew this earlier, I wouldn't have gotten the game. I feel stuck with no warning, and it seems unfair and misleading. Progressing feels impossible, and it's frustrating. Winning seems rigged, placing me against unbeatable opponents. I feel tricked into spending money on a game that hinders progress over time. It's unjust, and action must be taken. I might need to take legal action if this continues.

I recently sold a device where my Gmail account was still logged in, and someone accessed my game village using the SuperCell login code. Following the instructions from SuperCell support, I connected my village to Google Play Games and updated my Gmail security information. Now, I am requesting an unlock code to continue playing the game. I believe Supercell is unfairly targeting me. All three of my accounts were banned simultaneously. Even when I created new accounts, they were promptly banned as well. This situation is unjust and demonstrates a personal grudge from Supercell. I demand an explanation for the bans because I have always respected fair play and followed the terms of service. It seems unreasonable for all my accounts to be banned without cause. The individual responsible for these bans is behaving immaturely. I am disappointed in Supercell's team, as I expected better. I urge someone with integrity to assist me in resolving this issue and restoring my banned accounts. Thank you.

I was attempting to recover my other account through the help and support option after a long time away. Unfortunately, I couldn't remember my player name and tag. In my search, I came across Clash of Stats website and found an account similar to mine. I entered the tag in support, resulting in my active account being banned unintentionally. This was not my intention; I was only trying to recover my other account, which I can verify was linked to my Game Center and Apple ID. Hello, I'm currently facing a situation. Please don't respond with a bot, as it won't help me. Someone I don't know is using my account without my knowledge, engaging in suspicious activity. I have a Town Hall level 12, and I've invested a lot of time in the game. I own a Samsung A51, and previously had a Huawei P20 Lite and an iPhone SE ([redacted]). Please assist me with this issue. I am reaching out for support regarding a situation in my clan. Recently, there were some issues with certain members having multiple accounts under one name or under a couple of individuals' names. One of the clan members used racist language, and I took the decision to remove them from the clan. Subsequently, their friends, who also had multiple accounts, were upset with me for this action. After some conflict, it was agreed to remove these individuals from the clan as well. They proceeded to create a new clan and continued to make multiple accounts to target me for removal from the game. I suspect that these same individuals with multiple accounts are reporting me in an attempt to have me banned simply because I enforced the clan rules and removed them for disruptive behavior. I find it unfair that one person can create multiple accounts to falsely report another player. I have information on the clan IDs of these accounts and can provide them for your review. I am currently leading the clan in CWL and being banned is affecting my ability to participate. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.

To safeguard it from being hacked, I contacted support to modify my Supercell ID. During this process, I had to answer questions regarding my account's history. Due to some questions dating back quite far and my inability to recall all of them, I failed the test and lost access to my account. Despite my attempts to recover it, I was unsuccessful, leaving me disheartened. Currently, I am in contact with someone I used to play the game with, which has prompted me to contact you once again. At this point, I no longer wish to change my Supercell ID; I simply desire to regain access to my account so I can continue enjoying the game I cherish. The automated response locked my account and asked for a recovery code, even though there was no suspicious activity or breach. All I wanted was to update the email linked to the account. Now, I can't access my account due to this unnecessary measure. Please unlock my account as I am not facing any issues with it. I recently purchased a new phone and tried to access my Clash Royale account on it. I have invested over $[redacted] in Chests and card upgrades. While going through the beginner's tutorial, I was prompted to link my old Level 12 account to the new phone. After following the steps like logging in with my Supercell ID and email verification, I found that the account displayed was Level 1 without any of my progress.
