Je tiens à préciser que je n'ai pas commis cette infraction, mon compte Google Play avait été piraté en même temps que d'autres jeux, et d'autres plateformes ont compris ma situation, rétabli mon compte, et m'ont même dédommagé. J'ai expliqué cela à votre service, mais mes demandes sont restées sans réponse pendant tout ce temps. J'ai envoyé un message via votre site, on m'a conseillé de vous écrire directement, mais je n'ai toujours pas eu de retour de votre part. I attempted to change my Supercell ID but closed it halfway, resulting in my account being locked. I reached out through in-app support chat but did not receive a response or a code after providing my details. I also emailed Supercell with all the necessary information. Hello Supercell, my account is locked and the in-game support did not provide a response or code to my Gmail. I believe this happened during my attempt to change the Supercell ID. Hello, I found out I was banned today around 6 o'clock. I'm not sure why this happened since I followed the guidelines properly. I didn't use any hate speech or break any rules. I've invested a lot of time and effort into my account, achieving many trophies. Could you please consider reviewing the ban as I believe it was unjust? My account is under the name Sammy with the hashtag #YGPJQVVU8. I did have a disagreement with someone, but they were being unkind, so I had to defend myself. I assure you I did not violate any rules. It's disheartening to be suspended for 7 days, especially when I dedicate a lot of time to playing and progressing in the game.

I attempted to recover my old Clash of Clans account under the name Liam rules825. However, in the process of providing evidence to claim it, my main account was unexpectedly banned. I am seeking an appeal for this ban as I did not intend to violate any rules. Losing access to both my new and old accounts, which I have invested a lot of time in, has been disheartening.

I am James A. Handorf. I needed to retrieve my old game information to play with my daughter. However, the data was on my ex-wife's iPad and in her cloud account. I provided my account name "2CHAINZ" and number #CY8QUVGV to customer service, but they accused me of theft and banned me for 31 days. I find this situation unreasonable since the data is old, and it's just a game. I am willing to delete the game if necessary. I recently experienced difficulty with my account recovery process and mistakenly included some information that may have appeared suspicious, but I assure you I had no malicious intent. After submitting the ticket, I tried to cancel the process by typing "cancel," but it continued. It seems like I was attempting to steal an account, but that was not my intention. My tag is #8QYCYRJPJ. If needed, you can review the ticket and see that I innocently wrote "cancel" at the end. I did not realize this action could be misunderstood as phishing. This was my first time encountering this issue, and I did not intend to cause any trouble. Thank you for your understanding.

I received a 31-day ban on my account (tag #VQJ22JUV) for alleged phishing. I believe my account was wrongly banned on May 31 around 4am. I tried to reclaim access to two accounts, managing to recover one with a new Supercell ID. However, the second account got banned when I possibly answered the device question incorrectly due to playing on multiple devices while traveling. I seek to rejoin Clash of Clans in time for the Clan War Leagues (CWL) and continue contributing to my clan's success. Although I acknowledge the rules against phishing, I maintain that this ban was a result of my own error. I will work to identify the device associated with the banned account for reinstatement. As the clan leader of Dudz and Bubz, I go by the name Gready and recently received a 7-day ban for disruptive behavior in the game. It's not my style to tolerate misconduct within the clan, as I have previously taken action against such behavior. I recently experienced a similar situation resulting in a 2-day ban. A member attempted to sell a Town Hall 14 account, which I declined and subsequently kicked the individual out to prevent any issues. I woke up to find myself banned again, suspecting foul play. Our clan's atmosphere is positive, and I suspect someone may be trying to frame me for removing them. Despite this, I remain confident in my conduct. Thank you.

In early October [redacted], my account was banned. I have been trying to get it unbanned ever since. However, every time I reach out, I receive the same response saying that the ban is permanent. The incident that led to the ban occurred when I shared my Gmail account with a friend who allowed his 9-year-old brother, an avid Clash of Clans player, to inadvertently access my account and participate in a war. Unaware of this, I reported the unauthorized access to Supercell. Instead of addressing the issue, they banned my account, citing multiple device usage. I frequently upgrade my smartphone and my younger brothers also use my account. Is it wrong to share an account among family members? I love playing Clash of Clans and am requesting assistance in lifting the ban on my account. I did not lose my account, but I lost my position within the clan. There is no live customer service available, so I could only submit a ticket. Supercell has been unfair to me; I had to go offline for a while due to being busy recently and the pandemic situation, which is why I couldn't play Clash of Clans again. How can Supercell be so irresponsible as to promote another player to leader without my consent in the clan my girlfriend created for me on my birthday? I am deeply saddened. The clan holds about 2-3 years of precious memories with my girlfriend. Supercell should respect my rights; even though the clan was inactive for some time, it is still mine, and promoting another member to leader is unacceptable. This situation has truly upset me, and I hope to be re-promoted as the clan leader. Supercell, please acknowledge and respect the players' dedication and memories they have built in the game.

I have had a Clash of Clans account since the game's early days. I later created a second account on an old iPhone 5C. Recently, when I tried to access the account, I realized I had lost it due to not being able to update the game on the outdated device. I used the help tool with the robot and provided what information I could, but I didn't have the exact date and time of the account loss. Consequently, my main account received a 31-day ban for phishing, which I believe is incorrect. As the leader of a large clan actively participating in Clan War Leagues, this ban is unfair, and I am eager for Supercell to review the situation, evaluate the messages exchanged, and clarify why the ban was imposed. The severity of this penalty seems disproportionate, especially considering other more significant issues that exist within the game.

Hello, I recently reached out to Supercell regarding my old account from a few years ago. After providing some information, my account was unexpectedly banned. The questions they asked for verification included details that I could not recall accurately as it has been quite some time since I last played on that account. The account was active in [redacted], associated with the clan "Chocoball" which was previously my brother's clan. If they have records of clan activity, I can provide my brother's name for further verification. Subsequent to [redacted], my activity on the account decreased gradually. I feel it is unjust to be banned without even receiving their response, especially when the process of recovering my account appears more complex compared to friends who had a smoother experience. I am unsure how to demonstrate that I am not engaging in any malicious activity, but I am eager to resolve this matter with them. Hello, I wanted to discuss my recent transaction in Clash of Clans. The situation that unfolded is that while my phone was in standby mode, I inadvertently pressed some keys that led to a purchase. I've been away from Clash of Clans for about a year with my Town Hall 9. After getting my new iPhone SE (2nd gen), I wanted to play again. I downloaded the game and tried to access my account, Yapper. Since I had created a new Apple ID to separate my stuff from my mom's, I contacted COC support to recover my account. I provided all the requested information and even sent photos holding my old phone with the town on the screen, profile, friends list, and saved clans. Even after giving Supercell my purchase history from my mom's Apple ID, I got banned for allegedly trying to access someone else's account, which is actually mine. I've been playing daily since the ban on my old phone, and now the account is linked to a Supercell ID under [redacted] I can provide more photos of my old phone with the account and the purchase history from my old Apple ID.

I have been trying to get help with fixing my Hay Day game for over 6-8 weeks. It's frustrating that my issue was marked as closed when I still can't access the game. Every time I try to open Hay Day, I receive an error message prompting me to either restart the app or send feedback, which only leads me to Google.
