My phone's microphone suddenly stopped working yesterday. I am using a phone I received last summer for homeless individuals through SafeLink. It was active for just a month since I also have a Qlink account. I'd like to obtain a SIM card for another phone so I can replace the current one. A few months back, I inquired about this and was advised to have SafeLink unlock it and then I could get a new SIM card from Qlink.

When I try to make a call, it shows "network not available," and I am unable to send texts. I signed up and received a card that didn't work in my phone. I then saw the offer for the tablet and phone but have yet to receive it. Despite an email confirmation, months have passed, and I still have not received the items. Now my account shows as closed due to inactivity, which was because I never received the package. I've been attempting to transfer my number from QLink to Verizon. Despite two lengthy phone calls to Verizon lasting over an hour each, we have not been able to reach a resolution. Communicating with QLink has proved challenging as their representatives come through faintly on the line. All necessary information was confirmed with QLink during the calls with Verizon. Unfortunately, QLink has yet to supply Verizon with a confirmation number. This situation has left me feeling very frustrated.

I recently had a Q Link account and phone number. This afternoon, my Q Link account got deactivated right before I could transfer my phone number to a new phone company. I urgently need to keep this specific phone number as it's connected to all my important accounts and appointments. When I reached out to the new phone company, they advised me to contact Q Link customer service to reactivate the phone number. Unfortunately, I can't seem to reach anyone at Q Link customer service as they require an active account to speak with a live agent. I switched to a different carrier and now I'm trying to retrieve my phone number. I've been trying to contact you since Wednesday, 11/30/[redacted], but haven't had much luck and feel ignored. If I don't receive assistance by Wednesday, 12/6/[redacted], I plan to share my experience on Facebook. It's frustrating not being able to speak to a real person and having to deal with automated systems that can't empathize like a human can. Waiting for a live agent for 15 minutes has been tough.

I purchased a tablet that was mistakenly sent to the wrong zip code by the sender. Despite providing the correct address, the USPS has indicated that only the sender can resolve this issue. The package has been sitting in a parcel locker since December 5th at 12:41. It was intended for me at [redacted] Jim McDowell Rd, but was delivered to zip code [redacted] instead of [redacted]. I reside at the West Side Shelter in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and rely on a fixed monthly income. Please assist in contacting USPS to redirect the package to the correct address. I need to provide proof of income for QLink, but I am unemployed. I do odd jobs like yard work and house work for friends who let me stay in a camper on their property. They give me $40-$50 a week for basic needs. How can I show proof of this to qualify for QLink without traditional pay stubs or tax papers? Thank you.

I have not yet received the phone and tablet I ordered for $29. The order is for Robert G. I am an existing customer but this purchase is for another person referred by me, Christine W. It seems the order for Robert has not been processed, and I am using my phone to sort this out as I can only receive texts currently. My phone needs to be fixed for me to handle emails properly.

As a QLINK customer with LIFELINE assistance, I acquired a device independently and wish to engage in the BYOD program. I possess the new SIM Card from QLINK and now seek guidance on its activation process. I require clarification on why my service got disconnected for two months. I had to pay for phone service to reconnect it and was promised a refund for those two months. I'm a senior citizen on a fixed income, and I chose Qlink for that reason. I use my phone to contact my doctor, family, and friends to keep my phone line active. They claimed that was the reason for my deactivation, which I believe is untrue. Please address my concerns via text. Thank you.

I am using a Q Link SIM card in an unlocked Motorola G Power ([redacted]). While calls work fine with my ported-in old number, there's an issue with text messages. They seem to mix between the original number and the ported-in number, sometimes showing up in the same chat window and sometimes in separate windows. Despite numerous resets and being told to wait 48 hours, the problem persists after a month with no resolution. I've contacted Q Link about this approximately 10 times but haven't found a solution yet.

I recently bought a Q-Link tablet, which I received on December 4th. About a week and a half ago, it stopped charging when I plug in the cord. When I try to turn it on by pressing Volume Up and Power, it just shows a battery symbol with an exclamation mark inside. Despite not being informed of the 14-day return policy, I would like to have the tablet replaced as soon as possible. I paid for the device, and I expect it to work properly. I have been trying to reach out multiple times a day to resolve this issue, and I hope it can be taken care of promptly.

I have been a Q Link user for over 5 years and qualify as a SNAP card holder in Rhode Island for over 8 years. Usually, I go to the Q Link site to recertify, but this time there was no link provided, causing me to lose my phone service, text, and unlimited data. I purchased an LG K30 phone from Q Link for $49 and received a free tablet that stopped working only two days after I received it. Despite sending over 15 emails, I felt like Q Link gave me the cold shoulder. It's frustrating dealing with them. Additionally, the National Verifier system froze up when I was forced to fill out information, which I already completed 6 years ago due to Q Link's mistakes. The verifier isn't working, and I've filled out the information numerous times without success. It's been very stressful and unproductive dealing with all of this.

A family member and I both have free wireless through Q Link Wireless. Recently, for no apparent reason, we've been unable to receive incoming calls or send/receive MMS messages like videos or pictures. As a result, we decided to switch to a more affordable 2-line prepaid plan elsewhere while keeping our current Q Link numbers. The challenge I'm facing is obtaining the required PIN number for the transfer process. We never used a PIN with Q Link, so we're unsure what it might be. It's not listed in our account details online, nor could I find it in any past email communications from Q Link. Any tips on how to locate or retrieve these account PINs would be greatly appreciated.

I recently received my approved QLink SIM card for my existing phone. I urgently need to cancel my account and phone number immediately and apply for your free phone and service plan. Through this number, individuals have fraudulently accessed my bank account, even falsely claiming to be from Cash App, leading to my account closure. My bank has taken action on this issue. Additionally, strange occurrences like receiving calls while already on the phone have been happening. I'm looking to transfer my Q Link number to a new carrier, Mint Mobile. I previously ported this number from Verizon to Q Link. Despite Q Link releasing the security on my number for the transfer, Mint Mobile is still unable to complete it. Q Link mentioned my account being through T-Mobile, but T-Mobile states that my number doesn't exist and directed me back to Q Link. It feels like a never-ending loop. Mint Mobile mentioned a possible issue with my PIN, which should be the same as my phone unlock code. I'm stuck and seeking assistance to resolve this number transfer complication. Hello, I am having difficulty reaching a representative by phone. I mistakenly transferred my ACP benefit to Q Link, not realizing it would affect my Comcast internet service.
