I recently received a bill for premium service from Spotify. I paid for it but later found out from a customer service representative that I only had a free account, which I promptly cancelled. Despite this, I received another bill this month on my credit card, which I have since cancelled.
I am looking to discontinue my association with Spotify altogether and request a refund for the charges I paid for a service I did not have. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly.

I have a phone with the Spotify icon and want to upgrade to Spotify Premium. I signed up for the 3-month free trial using my debit card, but it hasn't been activated on my phone. There are no payments from my bank yet, but I suspect Spotify may have my details without enabling the premium service. I want to avoid reentering my information. Could you advise on the next steps?

Hello, I'm Bradley Stockings, and I recently discovered that I have two separate Spotify accounts linked to my bank account. One is being charged through my EE phone contract bill and the other separately. I was unaware of this double charge until I reviewed my bank statements. Hello, I'm Guy Y. As the owner of the TNG Muzic Spotify platform and verified Tosin & Guy account, my label initially created the account after releasing 'Summer Thyme'. I have since claimed the artist account under my name, Guy Y. While I can manage the display picture, I am seeking access to the main account. I have been using Spotify free for a few months and comparing it to YouTube. I have decided to switch to Spotify. However, when I log in with my new premium account that I just purchased today, my playlists and all the data I have collected on my free account are not accessible. I signed up for a Spotify account using my email ([redacted]). A friend upgraded me to premium and reset my account. I am experiencing issues with my Spotify app as it fails to open, but the mini-player below still works to play my current playlist. I have been consistently paying £9.99 a month for over two years, as shown on my VISA statement under reference number [redacted]1. My email address has changed from [redacted] to [redacted], and I have not received any emails from Spotify.
When troubleshooting, 'not online' appeared even though I was connected, and on recent attempts, it showed 'incompatible program'. I hope that any necessary actions to fix this issue will not result in losing my playlists.

Spotify stops playing after about 10 minutes on both of my Fire Stick TVs, which are 4K. It works fine on my iPhone and ThinkPad. All Fire TV apps and iPhone software are up to date. I haven't had a chance to test it on my Toshiba Fire TV set in another room. Both of my Sony TVs have the same Spotify issue, though playing Sky News for extended periods doesn't have any problems. I have reset the modem/router a few times, restarted the Firestick multiple times, and uninstalled Spotify several times. Unfortunately, I haven't made any progress in resolving this issue yet. My husband has subscribed to a family plan and sent me an invitation to join. However, when I try to use the invite to log in, it says I already have an existing account.
