I have been charged by Spotify for the past two months for an account I don't use and was unaware of having. After finally accessing the account to cancel it, I couldn't find an option to do so. I removed my debit card from the payment method and blocked it but was still charged. Please cancel the account and refund the money. Check the login activity as I don't recognize the account or how it was created. It is linked to this email address.

I accidentally logged out of Spotify and am unable to remember my password to log back in. I tried using the Password Reset Form with my username but I am not receiving the reset emails since none of my current emails are linked to my Spotify account. The email linked to my account is outdated or forgotten. I am in a difficult situation where I don't have access to my password, linked email, or any connected accounts that can help me recover it. My mobile phone is the only device still logged in, but it doesn't display the email linked to my account. I'm stuck and wondering if there is any way for customer support to access my account using my username and help me regain access.

I am facing an issue where the songs I have downloaded are not playing. This has happened to me more than once and it is frustrating to be paying for a service that is not functioning correctly. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app multiple times, as well as reconnecting to wifi for extended periods to retrieve my music, to no avail. Logging in and out several times has not resolved the problem. Despite having sufficient storage space on my phone, my premium Spotify account is not working as expected. I feel like I have been wasting money on a service that is not delivering. I would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved promptly.

I recently noticed two unauthorized charges of £9.90 on my bank account from Spotify, although I am using the free version and not the premium service. I am concerned about how they obtained my bank information and why they are deducting money without my permission. I request a refund and an explanation for these charges. I urgently need help with my Spotify premium account. The email associated with it is going to be deleted soon, and I am trying to update it. When I try to change the email in my account settings, it prompts me to enter the password for the new email, but it keeps saying it is incorrect. I have tried with different emails and I am sure the passwords are correct. I am reaching out to the Spotify team to assist me in accessing my account, resolving this issue, and providing an explanation for what is happening. Good evening! I have a Spotify Premium account that I use on my cell phone but do not have access to the email associated with it. I would like to change it since I no longer use that email, but I can't do it through my phone because the "email" option on the Android app doesn't lead me anywhere; it's as if I'm not clicking on any option. I tried to access Spotify support, but since it requires a login and I don't have access to the email, I'm stuck not knowing what to do. I use Spotify on my Android device and on a computer, but on the computer, I have no access. My account username is Just Try. I am Stephanie, the Office Administrator at Bethel Pentecostal Church in Victoria, NL, Canada. Our church recently noticed two charges of $9.99 each from Spotify on our VISA statements. These charges have been appearing for the first time since we moved here in November [redacted], and no one at the church has initiated these transactions. Although we are interested in having an account with Spotify, we need assistance as we do not have the email address and password associated with the account. Any guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I've come across numerous complaints about Spotify regarding being wrongly charged despite having a free subscription. I, too, have encountered this issue as I was charged $12.99 on a card not under my name. My username is unzpcopx6g5aqwstqriujxxqr, which does not reflect my identity. Due to a previous chat session on 6/5/21 lasting over an hour, which I unfortunately lost the reference number for, I have decided to start the process again. My email is [redacted], and my name is Patricia. The person I mentioned earlier is Lorene, with the email renesway2009. Lorene confirmed I had a free account. I request the cancellation of my subscription, removal of the unwarranted credit card charge, and termination of any unauthorized autopayments.

I have been enjoying Spotify Premium in the Philippines, linked to my cellphone number (+63[redacted]), for Php149.00 per month. After reformatting my phone in April [redacted], I had to reinstall the Spotify App. However, upon reinstallation, I am still getting ads and prompts to upgrade to Premium even after being charged on April 22, [redacted], and May 22, [redacted], each for Php149.00 on my Globe bill.
I kindly request assistance in resolving this issue. I am puzzled by the double charges despite already paying and not experiencing ad-free listening for two months. Please rectify this problem or cease my subscription and reimburse me for the months without the expected Premium benefits.

I'm unsure how I ended up with your service, but I was shocked to see the $15.99 charge. I don't use the music subscription and never signed up with you. My current service costs me $14.99 a year, making your price 12 times higher. Please contact me via email to arrange a refund. Thank you.

I recently got a new phone and lost all my data on the old one. I've reinstalled Spotify Premium, but I'm unsure which account it's connected to. I noticed I'm still being charged monthly for the service. I have changed my Spotify password multiple times, and yet my ex-boyfriend still has access to my account on his PlayStation. Even after attempting to "forget the device," he interrupts my music from my phone to play his own on his PlayStation. This situation is affecting my mood and day negatively. I have made numerous unsuccessful attempts to remove my account from his device. I would greatly appreciate if you could assist me in completely removing my account from his PlayStation.

I recently canceled a 3-month Premium free trial with Spotify before it ended, but I'm still being charged $14.99 monthly. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to reach Spotify. I recently discovered two fraudulent charges on my payment card and had to have it canceled by the bank. They are issuing me a new card, but it will take up to 10 days to arrive. I noticed an unauthorized charge of $9.99 from Spotify USA on my credit card statement dated May 18, [redacted]. I didn't sign up for this service nor do I want it. I do not have an account with Spotify, so please remove this charge from my credit card statement. I am Patricia McCracken, and I do not wish to receive this service now or in the future. I have a peculiar issue with my digital identity theft that creates ongoing confusion. My Spotify account generates playlists and stations based on my interests, yet there are additional conflicting playlists that appear. Despite my enjoyment of the app, I am concerned about these conflicting elements. While I am not very tech-savvy, I suspect this issue may involve binary processes. I am looking for guidance on canceling my Spotify subscription. I have been trying for over a year to reach a customer service representative but have been unsuccessful.
