I've been experiencing difficulty accessing my account for the past four days. The login process requires a code sent to my Indian phone number, but since I'm currently in Malaysia for studies, I no longer have access to that number. Unfortunately, my local SIM card is not compatible here, hindering my login attempts. Either assistance to update my mobile number or removal of the current one would enable me to login using my email address. My Snap ID is kbindra23.

I’m frustrated about receiving a generic email with no further explanation.
The last photo I shared was a work selfie using one of the filter on my story.
I did not receive any warning or notification about violating any terms of service.
I must recover my memories. It's concerning that this occurred without an investigation or attempt to communicate about a possible hack.
I am confused and upset about losing all my stored memories due to an error in the algorithm or lack of investigation.
I want to understand what caused the account deletion and why there was no warning to retrieve my memories beforehand.
I believe that data on the internet is never truly erased, so I hope the memories can be recovered.
Please explain what happened and provide a solution. Losing precious photos of my child and pregnancy is distressing, especially if it was due to an error.

I created a new Snapchat account earlier this year because I was embarrassed by my old username. I used to be able to access my old account easily, but now I can't log in even though I haven't changed the password. On September 23, [redacted], at 5:29 pm, someone hacked my Snapchat account in Atlanta, Georgia. When I tried to log in, I discovered that my password, email, and phone number were changed. The new email address added is [redacted] which doesn't seem valid. This account is important to me, and I've never had to update my email or phone number associated with it before. I suspect the hacker is trying to scam people through my account and has also gained access to a friend's account. One of my close friends messaged me asking to use my Snapchat for networking purposes. On Monday afternoon around 4 pm, my friend messaged me on Snapchat asking if she could post a survey video from her school. Thinking it was her, I shared my password. I own an iPhone 8+ and have encountered an issue with Snapchat. This is the second account I have set up on this phone, and it keeps randomly logging me out. When I try to log back in, it tells me my account is temporarily blocked. My friend's phone was stolen, and now the thief has logged her out of Snapchat on her iPad. My Snapchat account was hacked last week, but the hacker returned it. Just now, the account was logged out again, so I logged back in and deactivated it. I noticed the hacker’s email was listed, so I changed it back to mine. However, when I requested my account data, it was sent to the hacker’s email.
