I am working on a mock sales pitch (B2B) that involves a collaboration between Spotify and Snapchat. As a user of both services, I believe merging them would be interesting.
I would like to know the best time to schedule a meeting with Snapchat representatives to present this pitch. Are there specific periods or quarters when Snapchat tends to form new partnerships? If such times exist, when and where are they usually? Additionally, when would be the most suitable time to present new proposals to Snapchat? If there are any sources or statistics available for reference, that would be greatly appreciated.

I lost my phone and my SIM card, and now that I have a new phone, Snapchat keeps asking for a verification code sent to my old number. I have tried to reset the password through email, but it still asks for a verification code on my old number. Since I lost my phone abroad, I don't have access to that number. My username is jamilrtm1, and my password is waswaswe123. This is causing me a lot of distress as I have cherished memories and important photos on my account. I created a new Snapchat account with the username slater_franks on my iPhone. However, after logging into the account on my iPad last night and forgetting to log out, I attempted to access the account again on my iPhone this morning only to find it temporarily locked. I want to clarify that I have not engaged in any inappropriate or criminal activities on my account. I suspect the lock resulted from accessing the account on multiple devices, which was unintentional. Recently, I received a direct message on Instagram from a sorority sister asking me to add her Snapchat code. She managed to get my phone number and Snapchat username, then sent me a code leading to a password change on my account. Subsequently, my phone number and email were compromised, and now a hacker from Goldenrod, Florida, with an iPhone 6s Plus, keeps gaining access to my account by deactivating and reactivating it erratically. I have their IP address and am deeply concerned about the breach. My Snapchat holds my cherished memories from the past four years, and losing them is distressing. I recently changed phones and am unable to access my account because I did not update my contact details before logging out. My username is ainsleyyxoxo. The old mobile number linked to my account, +[redacted]0, is now being used by the new owner who also has a Snapchat account. I need help resetting my password and understanding how two accounts can be linked to the same number. Any attempt to reset my password using the mobile number resets the other user's account, belonging to Warwick. Warwick has reached out via email but has not received a response. Last night, while I was about to reply to my friend on Snapchat, the app suddenly logged me out. My account was hacked on Saturday, September 14th. While taking a video, I was suddenly logged out. Upon logging back in, it happened again. After inputting my correct details, it stated that the password was wrong. I then tried the "forgotten email" option, which worked. However, a second authentication code was required to access my account, an option I hadn't selected before. The hacker changed the contact details associated with my account, including my email and phone number. Despite reaching out to Snapchat using my signup email "[redacted]," they claimed it wasn't linked to the username "sapphy001" and couldn't assist me. I suspect the hacker has been active on my account as the snap score has increased. I've requested my friends to report the account. I'm concerned about my photos and messages on the account and where the hacker might share them.

I am seeking assistance following an assault incident last year which occurred at work in a law enforcement capacity involving my partner. I was fooled by someone pretending to be Team Snapchat who asked for my verification code, leading to my account being hacked. The hacker changed my contact information and now I am locked out of my account. They are using my account to sexually harass others, sending inappropriate messages to people I haven't been in contact with for years. This behavior is completely out of character for me and I find it embarrassing and distressing. I urgently request that my account "jazzy0234" be removed as soon as possible.

I encountered a problem when trying to log in to Snapchat today. Upon returning home from work, I encountered issues with accessing my Snapchat account. Unbeknownst to me, someone else has taken over my account and is engaging in harassing behavior towards my friends, asking for money. About two months ago, I woke up and opened Snapchat to find that I had been logged out of my account. When I tried to log back in, the app would continuously load without success. Eventually, I received a notification stating that my account had been temporarily locked. I assumed my account was locked due to someone hacking into it. Despite trying to unlock it on the Snapchat website, it continues to show as locked. Even when I create a new account to replace the old one, I can't log into either account. I would like to understand why my account was not deleted as per my request. I am concerned about the 30-day delay for deletion requests, as it has compromised my privacy. The automatic syncing programs and friend suggestions on Snapchat have caused unwanted messages from other users, creating issues in my relationship. Despite contacting Snapchat and requesting account deletion, I feel I was misled. I am now insisting on immediate deletion to avoid further complications. If I receive any more messages due to my account not being deleted and my name not being disassociated from Snapchat, I may take legal action. The mental stress and consequences this has caused in my life and relationship are a direct result of mishandling my personal request.

Hello, I reached out to Snapchat as I recently changed my phone number and can't recall my password for logging in. The support team suggested creating a recovery code, but I can only do this from within my inaccessible account. I couldn't find a contact number to call. I'm trying to speak to a live representative as I don't understand why they can't send a recovery email after numerous attempts via the "Forgot your password?" option.
