I was locked out of my "officialsammata" account a week ago and created a new account called "officiallyxSam." Today, I successfully unlocked my "officialsammata" account through the website and switched back to it on my phone. However, this action caused me to be forcefully logged out of my Snapchat. When I tried to log back in, it said my "officialsammata" account is permanently locked, and now my "officiallyxSam" account is locked as well. I do not use any third-party apps, adhere to Snapchat's policies, and have reached out to their support multiple times without any response. I'm disappointed by the lack of communication from Snapchat and would like assistance in regaining access to my "officialsammata" account. I recently had my phone stolen. Prior to that, I had uninstalled Snapchat and only reinstalled it after three days. When I tried to log back in, I couldn't remember my password. When attempting to use the SMS verification, I was told my phone number wasn't associated with any Snapchat account. This puzzled me as I recall receiving a code via text previously. After trying with my email, I managed to log in but found it was an old account I no longer use. Through that account, I discovered my actual account named "iyaaawn.t." I can see my original account is there, but I'm unable to access it. Can anyone assist me with this issue?

Recently, my account got deactivated without my permission, and I don't have a verified email or phone number on it. I still have my username, password, and other forms of ID. Hello, I really enjoy using your social media app, but I have a suggestion to improve the connection when sending Snapchats to a specific person. Currently, it's challenging for my friend and me to communicate because of the large amount of data the app requires. It would be great if there could be a feature where you could select one person to prioritize using less data, and the app wouldn't automatically load other snaps until you choose to view them. I recently changed my phone number, and Snapchat keeps sending my access code to my old number. I have access to the email associated with my account and would appreciate it if you could send a recovery code to that email. I am having trouble recovering my account using my Great Britain mobile number. When I enter my number, 7[redacted]37, Snapchat automatically adds a 'zero' in front of the 7 and states that it's not the number I signed up with. I've tried to remove the zero, but it won't allow me to. I am certain that I didn't sign up with a zero in front of the 7, but Snapchat keeps adding it. Subsequently, when I request a recovery code, it tells me 07[redacted]37 is not the number I registered with and locks me out.

Last night, I uninstalled and then reinstalled Snapchat. Now, I am unable to log in to my previous account. I have attempted to log in using both Wi-Fi and 4G, but I have not been successful. I tried to reset my password, but it does not recognize my phone number or email addresses. I also attempted to contact Snapchat through their website. However, I encountered an issue where it would not allow me to send my message, stating that my username could not exceed 15 characters when it was within the limit. I need assistance retrieving old data logs from July and August that I previously downloaded but lost due to damage to my computer. These logs are essential to disprove claims made against me regarding images/chats being sent to someone. In January of this year, my Snapchat account was hacked by someone in Florida. I was unable to log back in because the email associated with the account was outdated, and I didn't remember the password. Consequently, I created a new email, began fresh, and made a new Snapchat account. Unfortunately, it appears the hacker is still using my old account, having access to all my memories and saved photos. They are messaging people from my account, soliciting "cashapp for nudes," which is degrading and illegal. I urgently need assistance in completely terminating that account. I encountered an issue with my Snapchat account where I couldn't send messages. To try to fix it, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. However, upon logging back in, Snapchat thinks I'm using a new device even though it's the same phone. On Monday, September 9, my Snapchat was not working like many others. I couldn't send or receive snaps. Then, I realized my account was logged out without my knowledge. This is a mistake on your end because I have two-step verification, making it impossible for someone to access my account without a verification code. I can prove the account is mine through memories, unique codes sent to my best friends, and more. Although I changed my phone number, I can still access my email, but it's of no use since the number needs verification. I almost changed my number too, but I forgot to update it on Snapchat. This issue also affected my ability to log into Instagram.
