Hello Snapchat Support, I am reaching out regarding my account username: RGFTaylors. I have previously contacted you about my account being locked due to third-party app usage. After serving the bans and removing all modifications from my phone, I have still faced additional bans upon logging back in. I checked my account on the website and discovered that I have received a permanent ban, despite complying with Snapchat's terms by removing all third-party applications. My device now operates with stock settings and no custom modifications. I am frustrated by this situation as I have diligently followed your guidelines to avoid further bans. I kindly request the permanent ban on my account to be lifted, as I believe it is unjustified. Additionally, having a fixed username can contribute to social anxiety, as users may feel self-conscious about their username and avoid sharing it with others out of fear of judgment. This could lead to isolation and a lack of engagement with the app and its trends. Many other social media platforms, like Instagram, have successfully implemented username-changing features, demonstrating that it is a feasible and user-friendly option. By updating this aspect of the app, Snapchat can demonstrate its commitment to meeting the evolving needs of its users and remaining relevant in the social media landscape. I received a text asking if I wanted to earn money. I explained that I didn't have a bank account. They persisted, and I gave my Snapchat details, thinking it was my friend. Shortly after, someone logged into my Snapchat and changed my password. I confronted them, and they claimed to be my friend's cousin doing business. They asked for my email to reset the password but stopped responding after I provided it. Later, I found out my friend was also locked out of her account. It seems like a scam where someone pretended to be her cousin. We are both locked out of our accounts now and unable to regain access. It's frustrating and worrying that our accounts were compromised in such a sneaky way.

I had a conversation with a girl on Snapchat, and she asked me to bring a condom for our next hangout, which she later denied. My Snapchat app on my LG Android phone keeps crashing constantly. I've been using it for two years, and while it used to crash occasionally, it's now crashing much more frequently. Whenever I try to take a snap, it crashes before I can even add any text or stickers. This issue is frustrating and time-consuming, and none of the troubleshooting steps like clearing data, cache, or memories have resolved the problem. I'm in desperate need of a solution. I recently received a report, and I'm unsure about the reason for it. Despite reviewing the guidelines thoroughly, I couldn't identify any potential violations on my part. However, I suspect that someone who has been targeting and harassing me might have falsely reported me. This individual has been creating burner phone numbers to harass me, contacting my loved ones, spreading false rumors, and more. I believe one of them could be behind the report. I seek assistance in understanding the reasons for the report, preventing future incidents, and if possible, discovering the identity of the person who reported me for my safety. Given that I have faced threats from these individuals before, knowing who to block to protect myself on Snapchat is crucial. Thank you.

Around seven months ago, we discovered that several Snapchat accounts we had been interacting with for over a year were fake. We still don't know who is responsible for creating these accounts and would appreciate your assistance in tracking them down. The account names in question are: william.powerrs, a.iden7, collinthefinessekid, and aiden-johnson7. Any help in identifying the creators of these accounts from Paulding County, Georgia would be greatly appreciated.

Yesterday evening, I deactivated my account on Snapchat, but now it won't reactivate. Whenever I try to log in, it says it's still deactivating. I'd like to receive an email about when it will be reactivated, which I need to happen faster. Unfortunately, I no longer remember the password for the email linked to my account. The deactivation process is taking too long, preventing me from using Snapchat daily. Please resolve this issue promptly so I can continue enjoying using the app.

I recently purchased the new iPhone XR, and I am disappointed with the Snapchat quality. When using the front-facing camera fully extended, the image is extremely zoomed in, giving a distorted appearance. Additionally, the colors are off, and the picture quality is poor. I have read online that the camera has not been optimized by the manufacturer. Will there be an update to address this issue? The current quality is so bad that I am hesitant to use Snapchat on this phone.

I tried to log into my account (lcholerton8), but it said my password was incorrect. When I selected 'forgot my password,' it claimed the email and phone number I used were not verified for the account. I recently changed phones and discarded the old SIM card that was linked to my account. I usually use the same email for all my accounts, so I can't remember another one I might have used. I would greatly appreciate it if the Snapchat team could help by updating the account email to [redacted] or changing the phone number to [redacted]7. A week ago, Alex posted nude pictures of girls, including those of my friends, threatening to post more if he doesn't receive more images. He has them in his "my eyes only" section. Please help remove these photos to protect our privacy. I am concerned about our personal information being shared. Unfortunately, I can't involve a trusted adult as my friends might face consequences. Removing his "my eyes only" or disabling his account is necessary since he is sharing these images on his story. He is also bullying a girl, pressuring her into inappropriate actions and manipulating her. This behavior needs to stop to preserve a safe and positive environment on Snapchat.

My Snapchat account, linds066, was hacked, as I noticed my password had been changed several times. Other linked accounts were also compromised. I managed to reset my password, but now I'm unable to access my account due to the two-step verification requirement from the authenticator app, which usually sends codes to email, but my email is a school account that doesn't allow this feature. I need assistance to access my account without the verification code, or to change my email to a personal one for two-step verification. I can verify ownership through my phone number if needed. I received a Snapchat message from my partner early Saturday morning, which I opened Saturday evening. Later on Saturday night, when we checked Snapchat together, there was no timer for our streak. On Sunday morning at 8:30 a.m., my partner checked Snapchat and found that the streak had been removed. We are both upset and confused and have contacted support through the app. We had been keeping our streak going for [redacted] days and believe it was not our fault it disappeared. Hello! Today is my 19th birthday, even though I usually celebrate it on February 28th since I was born on February 29th, a leap year and occurs only every 4 years. The issue is with Snapchat. When it displays the birthday cake icon on my profile, only I know it's my birthday, not my friends. This leads to them forgetting, causing unnecessary arguments about whether or not it's my birthday until March 1st. It would be great if Snapchat could change that, so on non-leap years, the birthday cake icon shows up for my friends too. This small change would mean a lot to me since it is really disheartening. After suffering a skull and brain injury, I turned to Snapchat to document my life through images, capturing both good and bad times. Unfortunately, I've lost access to my account as the phone number I used is no longer available, and I can't recall enabling two-factor authentication. The contents of my Snapchat, ranging from my rehabilitation journey to precious moments like reuniting with my daughter and the birth of my son in November [redacted], hold immense sentimental value. I am devastated at the thought of losing these irreplaceable memories. I still have access to my email but without my old phone number, I fear I may have lost these cherished moments forever.
