My account was compromised last night. The username for my snapchat account is lolaaa_mx and it was linked to [redacted] with the phone number [redacted]8. I suspect that the hacker has changed the email to [redacted] I attempted to reset the password, but they have altered the phone number associated with the account. I recently changed my cell phone number and got a new iPhone, requiring me to redownload all my apps. Snapchat is crucial to me, but I couldn't log in because I couldn't remember my password. Yesterday, a friend asked if she could use my Snapchat account briefly to catch someone in a lie. After providing her with my login information, I received a notification that my phone number had been changed. Despite her denial of making that change, I promptly changed my password. Following some back-and-forth messages, I changed my password again due to suspicious activity and a lack of response from her. I deleted my account (Anthony.ray) on 3/6/19 but later decided to reactivate it. Upon attempting to log in with my previous credentials, I received a message stating my account was being deactivated. Despite my email being verified and no deactivation email received, I am unable to login. I have found the verification email as proof. I recently got my phone repaired, and everything worked fine until two days later when I was suddenly signed out of my Snapchat account. Hello, I just realized this morning, on March 9th, that I lost my streak with one of my best friends. We snapped all day yesterday, in the morning and late afternoon, avoiding snapping while they were in class, for a couple of hours but never more than 12 hours, without seeing the hourglass. I've noticed the hourglass appears during times when no one is active on Snapchat. It's frustrating to lose a streak overnight when we've been snapping all day. I've even woken up in the middle of the night and seen the hourglass despite snapping most of the day. Please address this issue with the hourglass appearing when no one is active and losing streaks despite active snapping. I hope to revive the streak with my best friend. Thank you.

After the recent update, it's clear that something has drastically affected my data usage. Since December 6, [redacted], I've used 8.06GB, but from March 1, [redacted], I've already used 4.22GB, indicating a sudden spike. The app states 3.12GB used in the background since March 1st, which seems excessive when I'm not actively using it. I had to purchase extra data on Sunday and by Tuesday, all of it was used, even though I've been connected to WiFi most of the time.
This is a pressing issue that needs your immediate attention. I'm using an Android device, a OnePlus 5t, which may be relevant information for troubleshooting. Please resolve this matter promptly as it's becoming costly for me.
