I accidentally left my cell phone at a friend's house in another city, and she accessed my Snapchat account and posted some private pictures without my knowledge. My Snapchat has been glitchy for about a month. Firstly, I'm experiencing issues where my chats open on their own without my interaction, causing me to miss messages. My friend and I had a falling out, and they blocked me on Snapchat. I didn’t block them. We are now friends again, and they said and showed that they unblocked me. However, for some reason, they can’t add me, and I can’t add them. When they search for my name to add me as a friend, my name doesn’t pop up. When I try to add them, I tap the add button, but nothing happens. I also tried to Snapchat them because it says they are in my contacts and it allows me to send a snap. It says delivered, but there is a grey bar at the very top of my phone that reads, "Sorry! Can’t find them." There are brackets and it shows Snapchat information. The Snapchat account originally created for Frank Ancona Honda dealership was transitioned to the new owners, Baxter Auto Group, resulting in the name change to "Honda of Olathe". Unfortunately, the login information provided, username: anconahonda and password: FAHonda1, does not grant access. Additionally, the geolocation filter still reflects "Frank Ancona Honda" instead of the current dealership name.
We need assistance removing the outdated location filter associated with the previous dealership name and gaining access to the Snapchat account for "Honda of Olathe".

Several months ago, back in February, I created a new Snapchat account. Unfortunately, I can't recall if I used an email address or my phone number to set it up, but I believe I used the phone number. After a factory reset on my phone, I forgot the password for that account. I decided to create another account using my phone number instead. Someone unauthorized accessed my Snapchat account by resetting my password and changing my verification information without my consent, including my phone number and email. I was on my Snapchat account like I am every day, when I received a link from someone I can't remember, claiming it would help me increase my Snapchat score. Naively, I clicked on it, unknowingly giving them access to my account by entering my username and password.
