After deciding to test Snapchat on a spare phone, it caused my main phone to log out unexpectedly. Subsequent attempts to reaccess the app on my main phone have been unsuccessful for four days. When trying to log in, the loading screen with the gray bar and spinning circle appears indefinitely. If the screen locks or switches to another app, it reverts back to the initial login or sign-up page. Despite reinstalling Snapchat, the issue persists. I have been maintaining a Snapchat streak with my friend justinlohtd for a long time. However, our streak keeps disappearing without warning. Today, on the 21st of October [redacted], it vanished again without the hourglass notification. I frequently chat with my best friend on Snapchat, and we save all our messages. Recently, while scrolling through past conversations, I came across a message from a guy who made an inappropriate request to my friend. I've been experiencing delays with my notifications on the app. Even when I'm actively using it, the little blue dot won't appear unless it's a recent message. I've tried reinstalling the app and logging out and back in, but I still receive notifications late, sometimes days later. Despite having notifications turned on and sound enabled, I often miss alerts as they don't pop up. Today, I received two old notifications from a week ago. I sent my nightly streak last night at 11:45 pm, as I usually do. After typing a message, I tried to send it but it was still loading. I left the app open while using my phone and later closed all apps before bed. Unfortunately, the streaks were not sent yesterday. Hello, my name is Kris Menchaca. I recently received a call and text message from someone claiming to be from Snapchat, stating that my account was sending malicious content. They requested my password for a Snapchat technician to investigate and block the content. When I declined, they started sharing personal information about me and threatened to contact the authorities. I eventually gave them my password, and they mentioned a specific contact as the source of the issue. However, I explained that I did not have that person in my contacts. I insisted it was their job to resolve the issue and return my account. Despite this, they claimed they couldn't block the content because of my connection to that individual. I clarified that I had no recent interactions with that person and could not be sending any malicious content. After being warned my account would be deactivated, I changed my password and initiated the deactivation process. I am concerned about losing my Snapchat account and seek clarification on this situation.

I recently experienced a concerning situation with my Snapchat account. A person close to me was able to guess my password, changed it, and set my account to delete after 30 days. Despite my numerous emails to Snapchat, I keep receiving replies stating that the password cannot be changed or reset. I am frustrated that I am unable to verify my account using the phone number and email associated with it. This unauthorized activity has caused me a lot of distress, and I believe Snapchat should assist me in reclaiming my account if I can provide verification of ownership. I was using my Snapchat as usual when I got logged out unexpectedly. Only my mom knows my password, but she was working and not on her phone. After she helped me log back in, I kept getting logged out every few minutes. We attempted to change my password, but the issue persisted. I recently had my account, declanpatrick12, deleted on Snapchat which had all my memories, streaks, and friends. I did not violate any Snapchat rules and haven't used the app since Friday. I had asked a friend to keep my streaks going while I was without WiFi. My cherished memories are on there, and without access, I have no way to retrieve them. I am pleading for my account to be reinstated as I have not broken any rules. I have been a Snapchat user since I was 13, and I am now 15, so why would I suddenly breach policies? I was hacked about two years ago and have important memories on my Snapchat account under the name jerseyprincess7 that I would love to retrieve.
