I recently changed my username on Snapchat. A couple of days ago, I deleted the app. I had two accounts, and I managed to log into my main account. However, I couldn't access my second account which I've had for years but only started using this year. The issue is that when I tried to log in, it kept saying my password was incorrect, which isn't the case. The problem actually lies with my username change. I didn't update my password; it's just that the new username is causing the login problem. Additionally, I hadn't linked any phone number or email to that account.

I have autism and struggle with changes and things that trigger my sensory issues. The recently added AI bot is causing me extreme distress, pushing me to the brink of a meltdown. I have tried various support methods to remove it, but none have been successful. I urgently need it gone as I am on the verge of a panic attack every few seconds. I'm experiencing the same issue. I cannot recall the password for my Snapchat account. After following the reset steps with my username, email, and code, and setting a new password, I receive a notification that the password has been reset. However, when I try to log in with the new password, it states "password incorrect." It's frustrating as I have important photos of family members who have passed that I'm concerned about losing. Despite sending multiple emails outlining my problem, the suggestions provided have not resolved the issue.

I'm curious about the new Snapchat update, version 12.31.0.48. The update supposedly only includes bug fixes, but I noticed there is now an AI added to my Snapchat. When I tried to remove the AI as a friend, it directed me to manage friendships, but the option to "unadd friend" was not available.
Additionally, I asked the AI about my location settings, and it initially claimed it did not have access but then accurately identified my state. However, when I mentioned being in a different city, it contradicted itself by saying it didn't have my location, then stated I had previously shared it with Snapchat, revealing my city. I'm concerned about the AI's capabilities and what information it can access without being mentioned in the update or privacy policy. I believe there should be transparency regarding these changes.

My previous account got hacked when I let someone use my phone number to reset their own account. They ended up using it to change the password on my account. Yesterday, my Snapchat account got hacked and I was unaware because I had been focusing on exams. Upon receiving messages and calls from friends about random links and photos being sent, I realized it was a scam for money.
