I recently changed my phone number, and my Snapchat account was created with that number without an email linked to it. As I have valuable memories of my deceased friend and pet on the account, I'd like to recover access to it. I have my username and can provide answers to any security questions asked to verify my identity. To update my account with my current phone number and add an email for verification, as the associated number is inactive. I am facing an issue called an Authentication Lock. I recently discovered a post on my Snapchat that I did not upload. I just woke up and was surprised to see a violation message, but I have not posted anything myself. I find this situation unfair as I recently got a new phone, created this Snapchat account a few days ago, and have not shared anything yet. My Snapchat contains crucial information, and I rely on it for work to support myself financially. I assure you that I would not jeopardize my account as it is essential for paying my bills.

Hello, I am experiencing difficulties accessing my account due to it being flagged for suspicious activity. The account was linked to another account which has since been permanently locked. Despite waiting 24 hours, I am still unable to log in. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this issue as I believe the problem stems from someone else who previously had access to my account. I woke up today to find that I can't access my Snapchat account. A message says, "Due to repeated failed attempts or other unusual activity, your access to Snapchat is temporarily disabled." I've attempted to contact Snapchat support as advised, but my account seems to be blocked from reaching out to them. I've also tried logging in on a different device without success. I have years of cherished photos and videos stored in my memories and many friends I can only communicate with through Snapchat, putting it all at risk. I respectfully request assistance in resolving this matter and restoring access to my account. I realize I may have unintentionally breached community guidelines and assure that it won't recur. I am unable to access my Snapchat account due to repeated failed login attempts. The message states that my access is temporarily disabled because of this. My account on Snapchat, which I have had for 2 years, was recently banned. I have been a premium member for a few months, and the ban was due to being hacked. It is not a temporary ban but a permanent one. I am also currently facing a temporary ban from using Snapchat in general, and despite it being 3 days now, I am still unable to access the app. I believe it is unfair as I did not engage in any wrongdoing; someone hacked my account, causing me to lose all my privileges on Snapchat.

The last time I was able to log in was on May 18th at 4:30 PM, and the compromise leading to the ban took place at 5:30 PM on the same day. I am unaware of the actions that caused my account to be banned as I did not have access during that time. I am able to provide evidence to verify my ownership of the account and to confirm that I was not in control at the time of the incident. Please advise me on the necessary steps to reverse this lock. I can't recall the last password I changed on my Snapchat account. Unfortunately, the only recovery option involves receiving an SMS on a deactivated phone number. I have attempted to recover the number but it's not possible due to quarantine restrictions. I did not link an email to my account initially. I contacted Snapchat for assistance, but they were unable to help. At the moment, I am still logged in but need to reset my phone before sending it for repairs. This action will result in the permanent loss of my Snapchat account.

I recently experienced a sim-swapping attack that resulted in my Snapchat account, which has a unique username "@computer," being compromised. Fortunately, Snapchat locked the account before any significant damage occurred. However, I have been struggling to recover and secure my account. Hello, My name is Domonique Martinez, and my account was recently permanently locked because my brother, a minor, posted something on my Snapchat story without my permission. I am upset by this and have been trying to get help. As a law student, I know that when a child under 13 acts without parental supervision, the affected party is entitled to compensation. I have had my account for 7 years without any issues until now. Although I understand why my account was locked temporarily, I believe a permanent lock is unjust due to the circumstances. I have tried to explain that the post was made by a child who didn't understand the consequences, but my appeal seems to have been overlooked. I will continue contacting support because I find this unprofessional. I have changed my password and tried to explain that the post was unauthorized, but my account remains locked. As an adult, I can void any agreements made by a minor, and I believe my account should be reinstated considering the situation. I may take legal action if this matter is not resolved fairly. Hello, my name is Fernando, and I need help with my temporarily locked account. I can't unlock it because I'm not receiving the 6-digit code in my email to complete the process. This happened suddenly while I was trying to send snaps to my streaks a few days ago, and now I'm locked out. My account may have been compromised or falsely reported for rule violations as I received an email from Snapchat stating my account is temporarily locked. I was using Snapchat when I suddenly got logged out.
