I have a verified account that I used for the whole summer. After a year, I reopened it and made a deposit of 20£ from a friend to play on a merchant site (1xbet). Unfortunately, my payment was repeatedly declined by the merchant site. Despite trying to contact Skrill for assistance, I received no response from their support team. Consequently, I decided to create a new account with a different email. I'm MD Yousuf, and I've been attempting to verify my address for the past month. Initially, I submitted my Birth Certificate, which includes my birthplace address in Rogonathpur, Voygor, Fotolla, Narayangonj, a government-issued document. Unfortunately, this was rejected.
Next, I obtained a bank statement from my Bank, featuring my current address in Sahebpara, Sanarpar, Siddirgonj, Narayangonj, and uploaded it multiple times. After being asked for clearer pictures a few times, the document was eventually rejected, citing that it didn't meet the requirements.
As I live with my parents, utility bills are under their name. I don't earn enough to pay taxes, so I lack additional documents. My ID CARD displays the address in Bangla, our local language. The bank statement is provided by the bank, leaving me unable to provide alternative address proof. I have attached my documents here for your review. Could you please check them thoroughly and find a resolution? Additionally, if there are Bangladeshi individuals available who can read Bangla, they can refer to the back of my ID CARD for further address verification.
