I made a mistake typing my email address when I withdrew money to my Skrill account. Instead of sending it to [redacted], I mistakenly sent it to [redacted] I contacted Leoprime broker, but they said Skrill transactions are instant and cannot be reversed once processed. They advised me to reach out directly to Skrill for assistance since the email address I used does not exist. The correct email for my Skrill account is [redacted], without the "h" at the end. Can someone help me locate the $90 withdrawal and initiate a reversal, please?

Hello, I hope you are doing well. I am having some difficulties with my account. Previously, I was informed that I needed to upload additional documents to increase my transaction limit. I have uploaded the required documents, and they have been confirmed. I am active in forex trading and need seamless transactions through my Skrill account. I primarily trade using my phone but also use a laptop when available. I am based in Kenya, East Africa, and our document standards may differ. My identification reflects my place of birth, which differs from where I currently reside and work. I would appreciate it if Skrill could consider the unique needs of users from Africa to facilitate smoother transactions. Despite uploading the necessary documents, my transactions have been on hold, preventing me from trading since yesterday. Although I promote Skrill on social media, I am experiencing inconveniences. Your prompt assistance in resolving these issues would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Skrill informed me about suspicious activity on my account, noting multiple logins from different locations and devices, resulting in over £[redacted] being taken. A third-party email was added to my account, with my password and contact details changed. After contacting the company receiving the payments, they verified no payments were made in my name, indicating potential fraud. The company advised me to have Skrill initiate a chargeback to recover the funds.
Despite providing necessary information like changing email addresses, sending ID photos, and updating passwords as requested, Skrill has not expedited the process. They have now concluded it was not fraudulent, which contradicts their initial alert about the unusual transactions. I have evidence from the third-party company supporting my claim of fraudulence and urge Skrill to proceed with the chargeback and allow the company to investigate further.

I am experiencing issues depositing funds from my Skrill account to Olymp Trade. I recently deposited $15 to my Skrill account, and when attempting to transfer it to Olymp Trade, I am receiving an error indicating insufficient balance. Despite Olymp Trade having a minimum deposit requirement of $10 to initiate live trading, I am unable to proceed. Please note that I view Olymp Trade as a trading platform, not a gambling site. I am disappointed by the lack of technical support, which is crucial for a smooth customer experience. This is my first time utilizing Skrill for transactions.
Additionally, I am encountering challenges with withdrawing funds back to the original account used for deposit. While transactions seem rapid when funds are debited, the process of withdrawal poses difficulties. I am seeking assistance and guidance on navigating these matters effectively. Thank you.

Kindly assist me in resolving this matter promptly so that I can successfully deposit the funds into my FXTM account. Thank you for your support, and I look forward to your assistance as soon as possible.

Identity Verification with Nigerian Temporary Driver's License
Hello, I am reaching out regarding identity verification using a Nigerian Temporary Driver's License for my Skrill account.
I possess a Nigerian Temporary Driver's License that I have been issued while waiting for the Permanent License, as per the customary process in Nigeria. I aim to utilize this for verifying my identity on my Skrill Account.
I await your prompt response and clarification on this matter to prevent any disruptions to my account. The verification deadline is approaching, as I need to withdraw funds to my local bank by next week.
Please treat this as urgent. I have attached images of the front and back of my Temporary Driver's License for your reference.
Thank you.

I'm the legitimate owner of my account. I've used it to withdraw money via my M-Pesa on my Safaricom number ([redacted]) and also have another line with Telkom ([redacted]). I've been using Safaricom's M-Pesa platform without issues until recently when I couldn't log in due to credential mismatch. My national ID has an incorrect birth date (27/10/[redacted]), which I use for all official purposes. I have a new ID but didn't scan the old one due to physical changes. The errors on my ID are due to government bias against my tribe, the Luo community in Kenya. I want access to my account restored to transfer funds to my M-Pesa or Barclays account.

Good morning, I'm Jessy. I've been waiting for Skrill to verify my documents for over [redacted] hours, focusing on location verification. Despite opening 3 cases since November 30, [redacted], I have not received any response except on Facebook instructing me to "CONTACT SUPPORT," which I have already done initially. As a bug tester, I urgently need the money to buy my father's diabetes medication as I am the only one available to assist him, causing him to miss doses for two consecutive days. On top of that, we are now 3 days overdue on our electric bill, resulting in anxiety from this ongoing issue for nearly a week. I hope Skrill can show care for their customers by expediting the document verification process. My only wish is for them to approve my documents promptly or provide a clear response to my inquiry. My User ID is [redacted]64.

I am perplexed by the verification process. Despite submitting numerous documents such as my National Identification Card, selfies, and bills, my account remains unverified. I am disappointed by this experience as I hoped to give your company a chance despite negative reviews. It seems futile to continue uploading more documents as the outcome remains unchanged. At this point, I would like the funds to be returned to the sender, and my account to be closed. This frustrating ordeal has led me to the decision to cease using Skrill as it seems to be losing valuable customers. As my account is locked, I am unable to withdraw the funds myself. Kindly assist in returning the funds to the sender promptly.

I registered with Skrill in September or October to receive my funds from Spin Palace. I tried to withdraw $[redacted] but couldn't due to my expired driver's license. Although I uploaded the front of my 18+ card for verification as it was the only photo I had, I lost the card and couldn't provide the back. I also submitted my birth certificate and expired license as proof of identity, but it was rejected. Despite repeatedly emailing Skrill for assistance, I received the same response requesting a valid ID. I last logged in two months ago and haven't received any support since. I can't access my account, even though I remember my password and PIN and have the app on my tablet. I need urgent help with this issue.

I previously had an account as Martha Nolan, but after moving and losing the new card you sent, I obtained a new Residence Card with my single name, Martha Lucia Vergara Gallego, due to the passing of my husband. I tried to open a new account with my single name but encountered an issue when the system recognized my bank account was linked to the old Martha Nolan account. I am now seeking assistance to open the new account with my updated name and address. I am willing to provide documentation, including my late husband's Death Certificate, my German permanent Residence Card, and official council registration in Bergisch Gladbach. Please contact me at your earliest convenience as I urgently need access to my Skrill Card and account. Thank you, Martha Lucia Vergara Gallego.

Hello,
I am John Anthony S. Rioja from the Philippines. I encountered an issue when trying to withdraw funds from SKRILL to my GCASH account due to an invalid date of birth entry. Despite multiple attempts, the problem persisted. I created a new account, successfully signed up, and transferred the amount from my old account to the new one. However, upon transferring the funds, I discovered that the system identified a duplicate account, preventing me from accessing my new account. I tried closing my old account to resolve the issue with the new one, but faced the same problem. I am seeking assistance to resolve this matter.
Thank you.

Hello. Recently, I received funds in my Skrill account. I attempted to withdraw them, but Skrill requested account verification as per their rules. After following their instructions, I received an email stating they were unable to verify my account and requested me to submit my documents again. When I tried to log in to my Skrill account to resubmit the documents, I encountered an issue where I could not access my account despite entering the correct email and password. I attempted to log in via various devices but faced the same problem. When trying to reset my password, I had difficulty retrieving it. The funds in my Skrill account are crucial as my mother recently passed away, and I need to cover her funeral expenses and clear outstanding hospital bills. I am in a tough situation and seek assistance in resolving this matter with Skrill. Thank you for your help.

I encountered an issue with a $9.99US payment on GoG.com using Skrill for Neverwinter Nights 2. During the transaction verification, my browser unexpectedly closed causing an error message stating my transaction was declined. Since I am in Canada without long-distance phone service, contacting Skrill's Customer Service by phone is challenging. I urgently need assistance because GoG.com only permits gifting through Skrill. I am requesting a prompt live chat with a customer service agent to resolve this matter efficiently.

My name is Zuljfi Islami, and I hold an account with your bank, account number [redacted]64. I am facing an issue with my account as it has been frozen for the last two weeks. Dear Sirs,
It has been almost three weeks since my account was blocked due to an attempted login from a different location, which was actually me after moving to a new apartment. I understand the need for security measures, and I promptly provided a picture of my passport and mobile phone bill as requested. Despite submitting the documents twice, there has been no response or progress. Whenever I try to log in, I receive the message: “Your document is now being processed. You will receive an email once your verification is complete.”
I am seeking clarification on the status of my account and when I can access my funds. I hope this issue can be resolved swiftly and amicably.
Best regards,
Branko C.

Hello,
I previously had a Skrill account for freelancing about 4-5 years ago. Upon returning to my country from Malaysia, I decided to resume freelancing and opened a new Skrill account two to three days ago. Today, I attempted to deposit $5 to verify my account and provided all the necessary information such as address, country, and currency. However, after entering all the details, I encountered an error preventing me from logging in. The error message indicated a similar account was detected in the system and advised me to retrieve the password for the active account if forgotten, or contact support for further assistance. I would like to clarify that I no longer wish to use my previous account as I have forgotten its credentials. I prefer to continue with my new account created under the email [redacted] Any help in removing the old account and enabling me to proceed with the new one would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
