I'm a Pakistani national currently working in Oman for the past five years. Two months ago, I applied for a Skrill account online using my email address [redacted], but I encountered an issue regarding providing residential proof for Oman as I don't have any documents with an Oman address. Despite my attempts to change my country through emails, I didn't receive any responses.
I created a new email account [redacted] registered with a Pakistani address but was informed by Skrill that there was a matching profile. I recently created a Skrill account, but unfortunately, I mistakenly entered the wrong date of birth, which prevented me from verifying my account. However, before attempting verification, I discovered the option to send money directly to mobile wallets or bank accounts. As I proceeded with this, it prompted me to link my card, which I did. In the final step, I was asked to verify my identity, which I couldn't do due to the incorrect date of birth. Subsequently, I removed my card, closed the initial Skrill account, and re-registered with a different email address containing the correct information. Now, when attempting to link the same card, I receive an error message stating that the card is already linked to another account. Kindly assist in removing the card from this current account linked to this email address. Thank you.

My Skrill ID, [redacted], is temporarily blocked due to unverified status. I recently transferred money after receiving an email notification, which I read later. I'm puzzled as to why Skrill accepted the funds and then blocked my account. It's urgent that I access the funds. I am encountering issues sending international transfers and would like to ensure I have not mistakenly initiated any unnecessary transactions. Could you please cancel any pending bank transfers within the next 2-4 days as well as cancel a $40 credit card transfer? I did not provide an email address during these transactions. I made a withdrawal of $60.87 from my forex trading account on Sunday night via email at [redacted] When I attempted to transfer it to another Skrill account, it got declined as it was in EUR and I was sending it to a USD Skrill account.
I then set up a USD Skrill account ([redacted]) and tried to send it again, but my account was frozen for being a duplicate. I have reached out to support, but it has been over 48 hours with no response.
