I have tried multiple times to upload my documents for Skrill account verification, but I keep receiving emails stating that my account verification was unsuccessful. I am concerned as money was transferred from one Skrill account to another, but the funds have not yet been received on my end. The sender confirmed that the funds left their account, and typically Skrill to Skrill transactions are instant. This situation is puzzling because all the correct details were entered. My brother has successfully sent me money through Skrill before, so it's worrying that this particular transfer is delayed. My friend is having trouble verifying their Skrill account with a screenshot of their online banking and linking it to their Facebook. I have been struggling to verify my account for more than a week now, facing difficulties accessing your website. Despite sending multiple copies of my Driver's License and address verifications, my account remains unconfirmed. It seems unreasonable that my address on the license and the banking information I provided are not matching up. This has been the most challenging account creation process I have encountered, unlike the seamless experience with PayPal. If you are unable to assist with my account, I will pursue a refund through my bank due to the prolonged holding of my funds without the ability to use them. I currently have $51 in my Skrill account, but unfortunately, my account is not verified. They have requested an address verification document, to which I have already sent two documents. Regrettably, both were rejected. Consequently, I sent a third document, which led to a message stating that my account has been permanently closed.
