I am experiencing issues accessing my Skrill account. Roughly two weeks ago, I encountered difficulties when trying to withdraw money using my Visa card, which I have used for the past two years. The transactions failed without any notification. A week later, when attempting to log in, I received an error message stating that my email or password was incorrect. After resetting the password, I continued to have the same login issue. After multiple failed attempts, my account was temporarily locked for 24 hours. Despite changing the password as instructed, the problem persisted. I contacted customer support and was advised by "Simone" to clear my browsing history and cache memory, but the issue remains unresolved even after waiting more than 30 hours. Interestingly, I can access my account through the Skrill mobile app using my pin, but I am unable to perform any transactions as they fail each time. I am eager to resolve this matter promptly to continue using my account efficiently.

Hello, I am Mr. Clement K. from Ghana, West Africa. I am currently trading with FX Primux, a forex brokerage firm. I was recommended to open a Skrill account to transfer funds to my traders at FXPrimus. Despite repeatedly submitting my current Utility bill and National ID card for verification, my Skrill account remains locked, with requests for further verification. I have a bank account in Croatia, and so far, I haven't encountered any issues with withdrawing funds, and there are no restrictions on my account. However, I am confused by the message I received stating that my withdrawal can be processed either locally or internationally, depending on my country of residence and bank account's currency. The account is in the local currency, and I have provided the necessary information previously. Unfortunately, Skrill has not clarified what the problem might be or why the withdrawal is failing. Can anyone shed some light on this situation for me?

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with my Skrill account. I have been waiting for a week for verification, but I keep receiving the same generic message every day. Despite having funds in my account, I am unable to use it due to the lack of verification. To test the process, I created a Neteller account and it was verified within 24 hours. Interestingly, a friend created a Skrill account and was also verified promptly. I have submitted my verification documents but have not received any updates. I am in urgent need to withdraw money as I am currently homeless. The system is stating that my ID is not verified even though it is a government-issued ID. In New Zealand, the 18 plus card has been updated to the newer Kiwi Access Card, which is the only government-issued 18 plus card. I have proof of address, Facebook, birth certificate, passport photos, and a certified birth certificate, in addition to the Kiwi Access Card. I also have a certified copy of an outdated document signed by a Justice of the Peace, and my 85-year-old grandfather is willing to act as a guarantor. I really need your help with this today. I am experiencing difficulties accessing my account due to verification issues. I am unable to provide some of the requested documents as they are unfamiliar to me. I manage my finances online and do not possess utility bills or property. The tax return form I submitted was rejected for being outdated, and a new one will not be available until next year. The address linked to my Skrill account belongs to my employer as I do not have my own. I hope you can understand the unique circumstances in Kenya. Given that you already have my national Identification Document and bank account number on file, I am hopeful that a resolution can be reached. I have been a loyal Skrill user for nearly two years, and this situation is disheartening as I needed the funds for rent.

When attempting to log in, I encountered an error message regarding a similar account profile on your system. It appears that in the past, I signed up more than once and experienced this issue over a year ago. My initial account with Skrill dates back to [redacted] when residing in Scotland, my home country. Later, in [redacted] during a brief stay in Holland, I might have also attempted to create an account, possibly using the email address I am unsure about. Currently based in Switzerland with a valid 5-year residence permit, I have no intention of maintaining multiple accounts. Dear SKRILL team, I am a customer with account number [redacted]. On October 10, [redacted], I contacted you regarding the account lock issue (Case #[redacted]4) ref_00D260xzl._5004g23dyf2:ref. Approximately 24 hours later, I was contacted by the "Lottomatica team," who informed me they could not unlock the account on your behalf. I requested the closure of the account, and since then, I have been receiving requests for money throughout the night to ensure (as they claim) my identity and the security of my bank account and prepaid card. Even today, after thirty-five days and numerous nights of inconvenience, they continue to demand money to enable my prepaid posta pay card, through which all deposits were made. They requested a payment on 14/10/[redacted] to receive transfers and top-ups. You have all my gaming details, personal information, posta pay number, IBAN bank account, and identity documents. What else do you need to close the case? Yet today, they are asking for payments to enable the card!!! Hoping for a prompt response. Best regards, CD.

I am writing this message because on Thursday, November 28th, I requested a withdrawal from my Skrill user account, with a balance of $86.13. After the withdrawal fee of $6.07, my transaction was approved for $80.06 on November 29th, [redacted], with approval ID: [redacted] and Skrill ID: [redacted]. I received $59.25 in my bank account on December 4th, which was not the amount I requested. Considering the 3.99% currency exchange commission, my net amount should have been at least $76. I have already contacted my bank, and they confirmed receiving $59.25 without any additional charges. I hope to resolve this issue promptly and would appreciate being contacted either through this forum or by phone, as reaching Skrill directly has been challenging. Thank you.

This Customer Service experience has been incredibly disappointing. I have been attempting to reach out for weeks using both Customer Service numbers, only to hear the repeated message that my call cannot be completed. I currently have a $[redacted] CDN balance on my account that I am unable to access or have refunded because I haven't been able to specify my preferences due to the lack of communication from your end. When I attempt to communicate via email, my authorization code is changed without addressing my concerns promptly. I am requesting my Skrill ID be provided to me in a timely manner. I also expect the same credit card details used for deposits to be used for withdrawals from my Skrill account. The constant locking of my account and the unexplained lock-out of my friend's account, Yaa Dufie, with ID #[redacted]41, is unacceptable. In India, a tenant contract is typically more than one page long. It consists of a 3-4 page detailed index PDF document, a registration document, and a document containing all my details. I had trouble attaching all three documents, leading to my verification being rejected. When I received my new passport, I couldn't wear my glasses for the photo due to reflections, resulting in an unsatisfactory picture. I plan to take a new selfie sans glasses to address this. I feel overwhelmed by the demands placed on me. During interactions with two of your representatives, I was asked personal questions like my birth date, credit card details, and home address. As a 79-year-old pensioner, I am struggling with the stress this is causing me both mentally and physically.
