I recently encountered an issue with Skill. I mistakenly sent $[redacted] to the wrong person but managed to get $85 back after contacting them. However, when I tried to withdraw the money, they requested verification. I provided my voter ID as I hadn't received my national ID physically yet, but it was rejected multiple times. They also rejected a document from my local government confirming my residency. I obtained my national ID number digitally but they refused to accept the soft copy. Skill then closed my account citing a violation of their terms, without specifying the exact offense. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue, they permanently closed my account and charged an administration fee. I believe I did not breach any terms and was merely trying to verify my account. It has been a frustrating experience, and I am eager to retrieve my funds as I no longer wish to engage with Skill.

I am seeking assistance regarding my Skrill account. I mistakenly registered my account twice with the same password and email address. Although I deposited [redacted] AED (equivalent to EUR [redacted].28), my balance does not appear when I attempt to log in. I tried to cancel one of the accounts but failed to withdraw the deposit before making the cancellation request, which was an oversight on my part. I received a payment notification from Skrill for an item I am selling. Soon after, I received an email stating there was a hold on the transaction. I was instructed to go to a Shoprite store to transfer money, send the reference number and pin to Skrill. After doing so, I was told the money would be credited to my account. Subsequently, I was asked to transfer a courier fee and provide proof of payment. Following this, I was requested to transfer an insurance fee and provide evidence of payment. Despite these transfers, I have not seen any money reflecting in my Skrill account. I am confused as to why the buyer is not covering the insurance, courier, and commission fees directly. This situation has left me concerned about the legitimacy of the transaction.

I purchased a truck through your service, and now they are asking for an additional $[redacted] at the border for delivery. The seller was Wendy Vance, and her email is still active. After depositing $[redacted] through a bitcoin machine for the truck, I was informed they needed $[redacted] for delivery insurance. Even after paying the $[redacted], now they want another $[redacted]. I threatened to involve the police, but they have stopped responding. I feel scammed for $[redacted] as they initially claimed to be at the Montana border, then changed their story. They are now at a different border, insisting on the $[redacted] payment before proceeding through customs. I refuse to comply with this request. I'm experiencing an issue when trying to deposit funds. Despite successfully depositing yesterday, I continually receive an error message stating, "Something went wrong, try again," after confirming the amount. I've attempted numerous times with no luck. I also tried calling from Spain but had to hang up after waiting nearly 20 minutes in the queue. Additionally, I've sent several emails without any response from your team.

I have approximately $[redacted] in my Skrill account. Unfortunately, I am facing several issues such as the inability to transfer funds between Skrill accounts, transfer funds to non-Skrill accounts, update my credit card information, and designate my credit card for fund withdrawals. After reaching out, I received a follow-up email regarding being a Politically Exposed Person (PEP). I printed the attached form, filled it out, scanned it, and replied via email.

I am experiencing issues with verifying my account even after uploading multiple documents. As a student with limited documentation, I do not have additional documents to provide beyond what I have already submitted. I lack an international passport since I am not a car owner nor have I travelled abroad. I would appreciate being able to use my account and withdraw funds temporarily until I can obtain the necessary documents. I have a Skrill account that I haven't used much, but now I can't access it. I've tried entering my email and password correctly, but it's asking for 2-factor authentication that I no longer have access to since I changed my phone. Hello, I tried to purchase a Transcash card, but it was rejected because my Skrill card is not 3D secure. The site did not accept the purchase, but Skrill debited my money.
