Hi there, I purchased 2 tickets to see Blueface for the concert on Tuesday, October 29th through SeatGeek. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I was informed that the tickets were not valid because the venue does not work with SeatGeek. However, I did see the same concert listed on the SeatGeek website with tickets available for purchase. As a result, I had to buy 2 new tickets at the door. Can you please advise on the possibility of getting a refund for the original tickets? Thank you for your assistance.

I need urgent assistance! My event is about to start in 18 minutes, and I am missing five tickets! I purchased a total of 11 tickets for the CU versus Stanford game tomorrow. I can only access two out of three of my orders. I purchased two tickets for the Los Angeles Philharmonic concert on November 8, [redacted]. The event is on November 30 at 8:00 PM at the Walt Disney Concert Hall. The SeatGeek order number is [redacted]-354Y6Z7 for Section Front Orchestra, Row AA. The ticket price is $[redacted].00 each with a handling fee of $[redacted].09 per ticket. I received an email stating the tickets were ready to ship, with FedEx tracking number [redacted]32, for delivery on Wednesday, 11/13/[redacted] by 8:00 pm. To my disappointment, the tickets did not arrive by 11/18/[redacted] as scheduled. When I visited the FedEx branch, I was informed that the tracking number provided was not registered in their system, meaning SeatGeek did not send the tickets. I am concerned if this is a scam or if my tickets were sold to someone else. How can I resolve this issue promptly?

I am reaching out about the event that was cancelled featuring Sublime with Rome, Michael Franti, and Common Kings, scheduled for July 23, [redacted].
According to Sublime, they were prepared to perform, but the venue cancelled the event. Sublime has confirmed that the event will not be rescheduled.
I am hoping to find a resolution for this cancellation. If not, I will have to contact my credit card company to dispute the charges.

I was charged for two tickets to the Music City Bowl, but I only bought one. My bank statement reflects the double charge. Unfortunately, I encountered an error message when trying to place my order, but my credit card was still charged. I ended up purchasing tickets from another website successfully. I now need a refund from this company since I have no use for the duplicate tickets. This company is frustrating as there seems to be no way to contact them directly. I have tried to fill out their form numerous times without any response. This has been my worst experience with an online company.

I bought a ticket for the PFL MMA event at Hulu Theater at MSG. I got an email from someone trying to sell me a ticket for the same event, thought it was spam, and declined the ticket. I didn't realize that's how SeatGeek works with third-party sellers. I haven't received any other ticket transfer offers since then. The event is just a week away, and I still don't have a ticket. Hello, I'm Debbie D. I believed I bought 4 tickets for Frozen at the Paramount in Seattle around November 1. The seats were supposed to be in the 1st mezzanine, either in section 12 or 14, costing around $[redacted] to $[redacted]. Since it was my first time buying this way and I read that tickets would only be sent 48 hours before the event, I was a bit nervous but felt fine. I bought 10 concert tickets for Steely Dan and Steve Winwood on June 2nd, [redacted], at Veteran's Memorial Coliseum in Portland, Oregon. A few months back, before Christmas or earlier, my mom informed me that my grandma was ill and we would need to visit her around the week of the Trippie Redd concert in Philly on February 22. I purchased tickets for "Jagged Little Pill" last night for the show on February 5th at 7:30 PM. I bought two tickets. The order number is [redacted] and the order date was February 4, [redacted]. Each ticket was priced at $[redacted], making a total of $[redacted]. There was a Telecharge fee of $13.25 per ticket, a facility fee of $2 per ticket, and a $3 charge for shipping and handling, bringing the total amount to $[redacted].50.
The event was "Jagged Little Pill" at the Broadhurst Theatre in New York. The seats were in the CENTER ORCHESTRA section, Row B, Seats [redacted]-[redacted]. However, the seats were actually more like the 2nd row due to the theater's layout, blocking my view as I am short. I would like a full refund as the seats were not as advertised, and the theater was unable to move us. I hope for a prompt response. Thank you, Jill F.
