I have tickets for Hadestown and The Play That Goes Wrong next week. Unfortunately, I had a knee surgery and can't walk or bend my leg. I still want to go to NY for these shows, but I am physically unable. We're sorting out the flights and hotel, but I need help with the show tickets. Can we get a refund or reschedule for different dates due to my situation? Our plan was to fly out to NY on July 22nd.

I bought Aerosmith tickets for the 5th of May, [redacted] under order # 6P2-P9ZNZ8Q, section [redacted], row 2. Following the email instructions to accept the transfer led me to a Ticketmaster site saying the tickets were already accepted by another email address, missing from my account. On the 31st of May, [redacted], I tried sending them to my work email ([redacted]) without success. I can't retrieve the tickets there. Please send a new link to my [redacted] to access the tickets. The game time listed for the WNBA Washington Mystics game on Sunday, July 23rd was incorrect on SeatGeek. I purchased tickets for 3pm, planning to surprise my niece, a huge WNBA fan arriving at 2:30pm, only to realize last minute that the actual tip-off was at 1pm. This resulted in the tickets being wasted on individuals uninterested in the game, leaving my niece unable to attend. I am seeking a full reimbursement for the mistake and would appreciate any compensation for the disappointment caused to a first-time user like myself. I have recently created a new account to buy tickets. Unfortunately, I've had no luck with the chat support. My account is [redacted], but I can't see my ticket purchases because my password isn't working. When I try to reset it, I'm just redirected to the home page. Even after deleting the app from my phone, the issue persists. I eventually opened a second account with [redacted], which worked smoothly, but I still can't access my tickets. I recently purchased 4 tickets for the Sharks at Panthers game on October 24th at 7:45 pm at FLA Live Arena. I am currently in France and encountered an issue when trying to download the SeatGeek app to access the tickets. An error message indicated that I am not in a region where I can download the app. Do I need to be in the US to download it? Could you kindly send me the tickets in PDF format for easier access? I bought two concert tickets and was informed that they would be refunded but received a promo code instead of a debit card refund. I prefer a full refund on my card, not store credit. I tried to repurchase the tickets to resell but they are now unavailable on the site and the floor tickets cost more. The original purchase stated I would get the tickets 24 hours before the show, which seemed suspicious, leading me to return them. After reading reviews, I discovered others had been scammed with invalid tickets from SeatGeek.

I bought tickets to a Carly Rae Jepsen concert on 8/7, but it got canceled after she performed only 2 songs due to lightning. The show was rescheduled for the next day at 2 pm, which is impossible for me to attend since I live out of state and have work. I reached out to customer support, and they advised me to sell the tickets, but with such short notice, I couldn't manage to do so. I tried to sell them at almost half the price I paid, but no one purchased them. It's unfair not to receive any refund for missing out on the show, even though it was rescheduled. I'm disappointed with the situation and wish there was a phone number for me to call to discuss this. It would be more reasonable to receive a credit for future ticket purchases.

My family and I are currently on a round trip along the West Coast of the US. I purchased four tickets for the Broncos at 49ers pre-season game on August 19th in San Francisco. Unfortunately, I discovered that I am unable to download the SeatGeek app on my iPhone. We are from Europe, and it appears that the app is not available in the European app store. To complicate matters, I have already forwarded two tickets to my wife and son, who are also experiencing the same issue with the iPhone app.
Is there a way for us to receive the tickets via email instead? My order number is 6P2-D2D9Y69.

I selected seats for the August 22nd Baltimore Orioles game on Seatgeek. Applying a promo code at checkout and using Affirm for payment, I encountered an issue where the promo code was not accepted post-payment through Affirm. Consequently, I now face charges for tickets that were not actually secured. Despite being willing to cover the cost difference due to the promo code not being applied, I am unsure how to receive the tickets. Affirm has initiated charges for the unconfirmed tickets. I encountered an issue with my ticket purchase. Initially, I tried to buy 2 tickets, but the transaction failed. I then attempted to purchase 2 more tickets using a payment plan, which was successful. However, when I checked my bank account the next day, I noticed that I was charged for a total of 4 tickets. I contacted my bank to dispute the extra 2 charges, and they advised me to request a refund from "SeatGeek." Unfortunately, the refund process only provided me with a credit, and I am unable to afford 4 tickets. I need to verify my email address on SeatGeek to access my Metallica event parking passes. Although I purchased the parking passes on Vivid Seats, they are not showing up on SeatGeek where I am logged in currently. This morning, Vivid Seats sent me an email confirming the transfer of my Metallica Parking tickets to the email or mobile number I provided. I should have received a transfer notification from the team, venue, or primary market provider with instructions on how to accept the tickets. If I haven't received the email, I need to check my junk and spam folders. Hello! I purchased tickets for the Paramore concert in Portland the day before the event. Sadly, about 10 hours later, the band officially canceled the show. I received an email from Ticketmaster regarding the cancellation, instructing me to contact the ticket seller directly for a refund. I am unsure how to reach SeatGeek or what the typical timeframe is for this process. After reviewing SeatGeek's policies, I see they offer refunds for canceled events. I attempted to email them at [redacted], but my message was blocked and not delivered.

I purchased tickets for 'Book of Mormon' at Eugene O'Neill Theatre, New York, NY for Sunday, September 24. I purchased concert tickets but couldn't attend the event. I utilized Seatgeek Swaps to exchange them for a different date at no additional cost. Now, I need to refund this new set of tickets. If I use Seatgeek Swaps again, will I receive a promo code for the full value, or since the transaction cost was $0, would I not receive any promo code?

I received a refund for tickets on Seatgeek in the form of a promo code. However, I prefer to have the money refunded back to me directly rather than as a promo code for future events. I've emailed customer service but have yet to receive a response. Unfortunately, the lack of a customer service helpline has made it difficult to address this issue promptly. Furthermore, the live chat feature only connects me to a chat bot instead of a service consultant, limiting the assistance available. I'm hoping to speak with a real person to find a resolution soon.

As a senior citizen, I purchased two tickets to the Appalachian State vs. North Carolina football game on September 9, expecting to download traditional paper tickets as I have done in the past with Seat Geek. However, this time I was instructed to download the tickets to Wallet, which I cannot access on my old I-phone. Despite attempts with help, I was unsuccessful. I prefer paper tickets, and without them, I may not be able to attend the three-hour drive game. I'm Betsy V. and I purchased a parking pass for the Michigan State game this Saturday on SeatGeek. Although I can see the pass in my account and download it to my phone's wallet with a scannable QR code, I've encountered an issue trying to resell it. Every time I attempt to update the listing, I receive an error message stating "Failed to update listing - The new price is the same as the old price - no changes made." I've even uploaded a screenshot of the ticket, including the QR code, but the problem persists. I'm wondering what steps I can take to successfully sell the ticket or if there's an option to request a refund.

Last Friday, I bought tickets but mistakenly declined the transfer. I contacted customer service to change the tickets from the Sept 9th show to the Sept 14th show. They mentioned that they would request the seller to resend the tickets. However, it has been a week, and I have yet to receive the $[redacted] tickets. They informed me that the seller would send them to returns, and I would receive a promo code to purchase the correct tickets. Unfortunately, I have not received any updates on this matter or my tickets.
