The app is not functioning properly. I purchased tickets for a concert and have been waiting for almost an hour attempting to access your website and app for the Shania Twain concert. I am requesting a refund and compensation for missing the event. My family is already inside, and I am upset at the ticket booth as they do not handle transactions from SeatGeek. This experience has made me realize the shortcomings of your company. - H.H.

I purchased 3 GA tickets for Illenium at the Gorge for Saturday. I transferred two tickets to my friends, but at the concert, their tickets did not scan due to different names showing on them. We were directed to the ticket booth where I completed a ticket dispute form. I was advised to contact your support team and ended up purchasing new tickets for my friends, costing me an additional $[redacted]. I have attached the completed ticket dispute form and kindly request assistance in obtaining a refund for the two tickets. Thank you.

While trying to buy Trevor Noah tickets, I discussed it with my granddaughter over the phone but didn't finish the purchase due to conflicting information. Shortly after, I received emails from Seat Geek claiming the purchase was completed, which is incorrect as I did not finalize it. I promptly notified them after receiving the emails. I am a senior citizen and find it difficult to navigate the technological platform they suggest for reselling. All I seek is a refund and nothing more. Thank you.

Hello, I recently purchased 3 tickets for the Broadway musical "Moulin Rouge," intending them for Saturday, 7/1, but mistakenly selected Saturday, 6/24. I noticed on your website that I can sell the tickets, but as a non-USA citizen, I am unable to provide my bank account number and other required details for the payout process. While I do have an account with Citibank USA, I don't possess a social security number, making it problematic to proceed on your website. Any suggestions for how to rectify this situation would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. - C. Prada

I am seeking assistance with returning my tickets. I have followed the instructions provided for transferring them from the Iowa Cubs Tickets third-party website to SeatGeek via email. However, I have not received confirmation that the tickets have been successfully returned. As I no longer have access to the tickets due to their transfer through the Iowa Cubs website, I kindly request clearer instructions via email or a phone number that I can contact to facilitate the refund process. Thank you.

As a Ravens PSL owner, I'm Joseph Prematta. I'm looking to sell tickets for games I can't attend. I believed you were now a service rep for ticket sales, sending me emails at [redacted] I received payment to my WF checking account for selling a preseason game ticket. However, I can't sign in to your site and encounters issues when trying to apply. I'm not sure if I'm part of SeatGeek services or not. I appreciate if you've sold my tickets, but I need assistance creating a username since it says mine is already in use. I receive your emails daily but can't access the site to check ticket prices. Despite my tickets being listed on the NFL site, I'm unable to sign in on yours. Why was I able to sell Eagles tickets then? I've transferred tickets to my son as well. I'm confused why my Ravens website username can't be used on your site too. Any help is welcome.

I have been a long-time SeatGeek fan and was thrilled to see they were hosting events. We purchased tickets for the Country Awards during the Cowboys presale as a gift for my wife and her friends. Unfortunately, after the purchase, we found out our seats were moved further from the stage and were obstructed view. Despite my wife's complaint to customer service, they couldn't assist as she didn't own the email used for the purchase. No response from customer service unless the purchaser contacted them directly. We were surprised that the obstructed view wasn't disclosed beforehand; the fence and wire mesh blocked their entire view. I request a future credit for another SeatGeek event due to this experience. I've had numerous discussions with the venue at the time. Thank you, Ande

I utilized Affirm to purchase two tickets for $77.10 per month for 12 months. During checkout, I opted to pay monthly rather than providing my routing and account information. The transaction seemed successful, and I obtained my tickets with Affirm's assistance. Later, Affirm informed me they canceled the transaction because my name didn't match the account information. To my surprise, SeatGeek withdrew $[redacted].00 from my account without consent, causing financial strain as it was different from the agreement. This situation made me miss my car payment and incur unexpected charges. I feel frustrated by this unexpected charge and the impact on my finances and credit score. Affirm advised me to request a refund from SeatGeek for their unauthorized charge, which I find distressing considering I followed a different payment method with Affirm.

I am looking to resell my tickets but am unable to proceed. Instead of offering to sell them, the only option available is a refund in the form of a promo code. After following the steps for the refund, I was instructed that an email containing a prepaid shipping label would be sent for me to return the tickets. However, the only email I have received is regarding SeatGeek Swaps, which advises me to manually transfer the tickets back to them using the platform where I initially received them within 24 hours, along with the SeatGeek Order ID. As the tickets were purchased directly from SeatGeek and delivered to me physically by UPS, I do not have a platform to transfer them back.

I have been struggling to reset my password for the past 2-3 days. The email link provided only redirects me back to the original screen. There was a brief moment where I saw a page requesting my old password, new password, and confirmation, which is confusing since if I remembered my old password, I wouldn't be resetting it. On June 21, [redacted], I bought 3 baseball tickets for $[redacted].42. Unfortunately, I am unable to verify if the purchase went through successfully. I am Donna S. from [redacted] Barnett Dr, Cedar Falls, Iowa [redacted]. You can reach me at [redacted]. My order number is 6P2-EJLJM2M. I would appreciate any assistance. Thank you.

I am experiencing issues with the online chat. On June 4th, I bought two tickets to see Johnny Mathis at Thunder Valley for tonight. There was a problem with my credit card, suspected of fraud. After confirming with my credit card company that it was not fraud, I was informed my initial order didn't process. I placed the order again and now have four tickets. I just realized I was charged $[redacted].59 twice. I need a refund of $[redacted].59 for the extra two tickets purchased in error.

I received tickets to Monster Jam on July 1 in Nashville from a suite owner. After downloading the SeatGeek app, I successfully obtained 6 event tickets; however, I encountered an issue when trying to accept a parking ticket. Despite trying various solutions found online, I have had no success. Can anyone assist with this issue? My mobile number for text messages is [redacted]. Thank you.

I am having trouble completing my ticket purchase for the Ranger/Astros game in Arlington. I received an email confirming my tickets are ready, but when I tried to access them, it prompted me for a 6-digit number that I never received. I attempted to set up an account as well, but encountered issues. There seems to be a glitch preventing me from obtaining my tickets. I do not require technical support, as my computer is functioning correctly. I simply need the tickets to be successfully emailed to me so I can attend the game. I am eager to resolve this quickly as I have limited time to spend on the computer. Thank you for your assistance in getting my tickets sorted promptly.

I encountered an issue with accepting a ticket I purchased on SeatGeek. After receiving an email indicating my ticket was sent by Sara and ready for acceptance, I clicked on "accept ticket" but was unable to complete the process due to an error message. I attempted to resolve this by resetting and switching to a different computer, to no avail. I am feeling quite frustrated as the 48-hour deadline for accepting the ticket is approaching, yet I cannot access it. Moreover, I was informed post-purchase that I wouldn't be able to view the ticket until closer to the event, which is unsettling. I specifically chose a returnable ticket, but now I am unable to either receive the ticket or process a refund. I am eager to resolve this issue promptly and receive a refund.

I have full season tickets for the NY Mets and I'd like to highlight some key features of one of my seats, like its aisle location, weather covering, early entry privilege, and access to special areas. These added benefits were available through StubHub when MLB was still using their services. However, when I list my tickets on SeatGeek, only the row and seat numbers are displayed. I'm wondering if there is a specific way I should be listing my tickets to include these details. Thank you for any assistance.

I received an email offering a discount on Jason Aldean tickets if I created an account. However, I didn't realize I needed to use the provided link to sign up. I created an account without the discount transferring, then attempted to use the link with a different email but still didn't receive the offer. Frustrated, I deleted the account, only to find out I couldn't sign up again as the email was already in use. When attempting to log in, it kept saying "incorrect password." I tried to reset the password but the link in the email I received was invalid. I need assistance with this issue.
