I recently purchased a ticket for the Morgan Wallen concert intending to go with my friend. We mistakenly bought only one ticket per section through the website. When realizing this, I bought a ticket and my friend couldn't get one for the same section. Seeing the offer for a [redacted]% refund, I returned my ticket, and my friend purchased two tickets for a different section. I am seeking a refund of the promo code to be returned to my bank account for the initial ticket. As college students on a budget, we are looking for further possible solutions. Thank you for your assistance! - Preston C.

I purchased tickets on March 26 through Affirm but have not received a confirmation number from your company. Affirm confirmed the purchase, but I am unable to track the status of the tickets. I already reached out to Seat Geek's customer service but have not received a response yet. I bought three sets of tickets for an event on April 14 at Circuit of The Americas, and I would like this issue resolved promptly.

I encountered two problems recently. Firstly, I had to buy two sets of tickets, and secondly, when trying to purchase tickets through the app, it directed me to the wrong concert location. I used the app to buy three tickets for a concert in MD but was redirected to a concert in GA, leading to processing errors when trying to correct the purchase. After being stuck on the processing screen for about 10 minutes, I switched to the website but faced the same location issue. It would have been less concerning if I could cancel the transaction before it was deducted from my account, but this wasn't possible. I am seeking a full refund or would consider disputing the charges if needed.

I was on a waiting list with Dice.com for 2 Lovejoy tickets at Royal Oak. While waiting, I purchased 2 tickets from SeatGeek for the same concert. Recently, I got an email from Dice.com saying my tickets are ready. Shortly after, I received an email from SeatGeek mentioning that my tickets will be sent soon, possibly saying "sent you tickets". The Dice.com email mentions "Shay Resita sent you tickets". My main concern is whether I received the Dice.com tickets I was waiting for or if the SeatGeek tickets are actually from Dice.com but just sent through SeatGeek.

I followed the steps provided for selling tickets on my iPhone or Android device. When I reached the point to list the tickets, I encountered an issue. The message "LISTING FAILED. WE ARE UNABLE TO LIST THESE TICKETS AT THIS TIME" appeared. I am unsure how to proceed to get the tickets listed successfully. Can anyone offer any guidance on how to resolve this issue so I can list my tickets as intended?

My sister got 2 Racing Louisville season tickets for us. Today is the season opener, and she transferred the tickets to me via email. After I accepted, I gave my cell number, and they sent a link. When I clicked it, it opens Google Play and wants me to sign in with a Google email account, but I don't have one. How can I download the SeatGeek app? Why can't they just send the barcode to my cell phone?

In November [redacted], I purchased three tickets for the Billy Joel and Stevie Nicks concert scheduled for April 8, [redacted]. I purchased 4 single tickets to see Morgan Wallen in Tampa on May 6th. They are all in Section 10 - three are in Row G and one is in Row H. I bought them through Seat Geek. All tickets showed up in my Seat Geek app, and I received confirmation emails and ticket transfer emails via Ticketmaster. However, one of the Row G tickets came through as Row A, even though it was supposed to be Row G according to the listing and email I received. I contacted Ticketmaster, but they said they couldn't assist since I didn't buy the ticket from them. They advised me to reach out to the original seller. I've been trying to contact Seat Geek customer service for help, but haven't been able to get through. I am looking to either receive the correct Row G ticket I purchased or be compensated for the ticket that cost over $[redacted] and is not the one I intended to buy. Thank you.

Hello, I was a bit surprised by my recent transaction with SeatGeek. On April 10th, we purchased 3 tickets for the NBA exhibition game between Brooklyn NETS and Philadelphia with reference #[redacted]. We received a confirmation email the same day stating that tickets for Bloc [redacted], Row 20, Seats 24, 25, and 26 were confirmed and would be sent in a second email. The cost was debited from our account. Subsequently, on April 10th, SeatGeek (ref. Jon Sarka) sent us another email with the option to accept the tickets by clicking "accept tickets" to add them to our SeatGeek account. However, upon selecting this option, we encountered an "Internal Error" and were unable to create the account. We are three French visitors in NYC, and my daughter is a huge fan, so we are hopeful for a quick resolution. I believe the best solution would be to email us the 3 tickets in PDF format. Thank you. Best regards, Nadine W.

I purchased Rockies tickets for the August 16th game. During our visit to Colorado Springs, I am uncertain about how to obtain our tickets. Can we collect them at the stadium, or do I need to download them to my phone or print them at the hotel in Colorado Springs? Additionally, I'm experiencing difficulties logging into your website. I would appreciate assistance with changing my password as I am unable to access the site long enough to input my information. Thank you.

I need help listing Chicago White Sox parking tickets. I mistakenly grouped all four tickets together and need to list them individually. Could you guide me on how to correct this listing error so that each parking ticket can be sold separately? Thank you.

I purchased three tickets for the Bryan Adams/Joan Jett concert at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse in Cleveland on June 15, [redacted]. I sent one of the tickets to a friend who is joining me, but she's having difficulty retrieving it. Whenever she logs in to the SeatGeek site and tries to access the ticket by clicking on "Retrieve Ticket," she either receives a message stating that the ticket can't be retrieved at the moment and to try again later, or she encounters an error message. Can you please assist in resolving this issue so she can successfully retrieve her ticket for the concert?

I purchased 4 tickets for the Wizkid concert on March 14th, but the event was postponed to November. I recently discovered this change and now I cannot locate the tickets on the website or app. I have the order number, payment details, as well as the seat numbers and row information. When logging in, it prompts me to add tickets, but I originally had them and saw what they looked like before they disappeared. Could you please guide me on how to proceed with finding my tickets? Thank you.

I bought tickets through SeatGeek for Weekends with Adele on June 16, [redacted], at 8pm at the Colosseum at Caesar's Palace. I am looking to sell the tickets as I cannot attend. The tickets do not have barcodes, so SeatGeek won't let me upload them for resale. Ticketmaster couldn't assist me either, even though their logo is on the tickets. Here are my order details: Order number: 6P2-83YDJK8 Sale date: April 14, [redacted], 09:45 AM Event: Adele at The Colosseum At Caesars Palace, Las Vegas, NV Price per ticket: $[redacted].00 Fees per ticket: $[redacted].05 Quantity: 2 Total cost: US $1,[redacted].10 Customer Name: Cheryl Gagne Billing Address: 1 Boulder Road, Colchester, CT, [redacted] SeatGeek instructed me to accept the ticket transfer via a provided link. I want to sell the tickets promptly.

I received an email yesterday stating that I would get another regarding the ticket transfer. Unfortunately, I haven't received the second email yet. I spoke with two representatives who assured me that I would receive an email with ticket information, but apart from a transcript of our conversation, I haven't received anything. I have searched Live Nation, Ticketmaster, and AXS, and I also checked the SeatGeek app, which shows my order as fulfilled. The event is approaching, and I need to drive to the venue, but I still don't have the tickets. I'm seeking a resolution rather than just a friendly chat.

I purchased tickets for the July 7 Melanie Martinez concert in Ohio during the presale on April 6. I paid $[redacted] for VIP tickets but bought them from a reseller. I made sure to sit next to my friend by purchasing the tickets together. Unfortunately, I recently received an email stating that my tickets were cancelled because the seller violated guidelines. I am frustrated as I was not given a refund. Seeking a resolution, I insist on having my tickets reinstated rather than just receiving a refund. I have screenshots as evidence to support my claim. My order number is 3[redacted]-2[redacted]-0.

I purchased 2 tickets for the Ed Sheeran with Khalid concert in Foxborough on June 30. However, I discovered that the train wouldn't be running that day, so my wife and I couldn't attend. I realized the train was running for the July 1st show and contacted Seat Geek to exchange my tickets for a credit to use for the new date. Despite following their instructions, I didn't receive the credit when I purchased tickets for July 1st. Seat Geek then informed me I couldn't retroactively apply the credit. Frustrated, I tried to buy tickets again, but the credits were still not applied. The app was confusing, and communicating via email didn't help either. I've ended up paying for tickets three times and I'm unsure if I actually have them. All I want is to buy two tickets and only pay once.

I was billed twice for concert tickets to see Springsteen at Pechanga Arena in San Diego this December. I originally requested two tickets, but only two were confirmed, and I was assured a refund for the extra two tickets. However, the refund has not been processed. Additionally, I was advised to use a promo code for future concert purchases, but when I attempted to do so, the code was deemed invalid. Currently, there is $[redacted].00 tied up with Seat Geek, and I am unable to access it. I would appreciate prompt assistance with resolving these issues. Thank you.
