I had a technician visit on 4/13/[redacted] instead of the scheduled 4/15/[redacted] as on the invoice. The technician did not provide a signed work order, diagnosis, or repair cost details in writing as requested. After multiple attempts to reach out to the technician and customer service, I have not received a satisfactory response.

I bought a Kenmore Dryer on April 27th. The delivery was supposed to be on May 19th but got moved to June 16th. I had issues with rescheduling and missed the delivery window multiple times. Despite several attempts to get the dryer delivered, it never arrived, and I didn't receive any timely communication. I have now been informed that there is an issue, and my dryer won't be delivered as scheduled on July 8th. I have tried speaking to managers and requesting callbacks, but no one has followed up. I now want to return the dryer and get a refund, but there doesn't seem to be a way to contact a person for this. I would appreciate assistance in getting a full refund for a product that has not been delivered as promised.

We bought a mattress from Sears on June 6, [redacted]. We received a text on June 27 saying it would be delivered on June 30. When I called on June 29, I was told it was scheduled for July 3, which we were never informed about. Now, on July 2, we got a message saying the delivery is postponed with no new date. It's currently 7:20 pm EDT, and I'm on hold, likely for hours. I just want our bed delivered as promised or to at least know when. The level of incompetence from Sears is unbelievable. This situation is not acceptable. I simply want the product I paid for delivered or at least some clarity on when to expect it. The ineptitude from Sears is truly baffling.

On May 12, a technician from Sears came to repair my fridge. He quoted a price of $[redacted] for the repair, which I agreed to. After working on it for 2-1/2 hours, he advised me to wait 24 hours for it to cool down. By May 14, it was still not working, so I called to have him return. They said he would call back and come on either Friday evening or Saturday, but I never heard from him. When I called on May 15 to schedule another appointment, I was informed the earliest available date was June 1, which was unacceptable as I would be without a fridge for 2 weeks. I requested a refund and was initially told it would be no problem. However, I faced multiple delays and confusing information regarding the refund process. Despite paying with a personal check, they insisted I return the part used for the repair, which was not feasible as the old fridge was taken away when we had to purchase a new one. Numerous calls confirmed that the refund was not approved, and I was instructed to write a letter without any clear explanation. As of now, I am out $[redacted] without a valid reason provided by Sears.

I had an online conversation with a representative about repairing my dryer. Initially quoted $99 for sending a technician and another $50 for the washer check. The technician inspected the dryer, mentioning a new board was needed, but it's no longer available. My repair appointment for July 31 was canceled without notification. I was charged $99 for a wash cycle on the washer, something I could have done. Upon refund, they deducted another $99 for the dryer check. It's been over a month without a dryer, and the technician only ran a cycle on the washer. Feeling misled and misinformed about the total cost. The Sears website mentioned a local technician, but the person had a Billings license plate, not local. Scheduling appointments has been frustrating - the tech arrived early on one occasion when we weren't home and missed the next appointment reportedly due to illness. I have a large Kenmore upright freezer, Model #[redacted]0, with Serial #WB[redacted]5, that I purchased new 5 years ago.
I am experiencing a problem where the freezer regularly makes a loud buzzing noise due to what I suspect is a malfunctioning auto-defrost. I have to manually defrost it every month as the drain gets clogged, leading to an accumulation of ice at the bottom of the unit under the basket.
Could you please provide information on the interior freezer space in square feet? Additionally, I would like to know if this model includes a temperature control and if it indeed has an auto-defrost feature as we have been unable to locate a temperature control.
Lastly, I would appreciate any assistance in diagnosing the source of the buzzing sound the freezer is making.

On July 21, [redacted], a Sears technician visited my home to address an issue with our garage door opener. During the tests, he conducted one that caused significant damage to the garage door. He mentioned filing an insurance claim with Sedgwick insurance company, which has a low 1.2 rating and numerous customer complaints. Despite providing evidence of the damage through pictures, the insurance company denied any responsibility for the technician's actions. On June 8, [redacted], I bought a Kenmore Elite [redacted] 29.8 cu ft French door bottom-freezer refrigerator. Three weeks ago, it stopped functioning, still within the warranty period. On September 20, [redacted], I purchased an LG Microwave over-the-stove oven model LMV [redacted] with installation and haul-away service from the Concord CA store in the Sunvalley Shopping Center. The subcontracted installers from Transmotion arrived two different times, without the microwave on the first visit. On October 5, 15 days after purchase, they finally removed my old microwave and mounted the LG unit. However, during the installation, it was evident that they struggled to follow instructions, leading to shipping damage on the unit with a deformed door and display errors.
Despite contacting the store and LG service for assistance, the issue remains unresolved with a pending charge on my credit card. I have requested an exchange for a new undamaged unit without installation by Transmotion. As of today, October 15, 25 days since the purchase, I still have not received a date or estimate for the exchange, leaving me with a broken unit and a hole above my stove. I am willing to return the microwave for a refund or exchange for a properly functioning unit promptly.
